"Isu tentang kekurangan pegawai seringkali terdengar, baik pada rumah sakit Pemerintah maupun Swasta, sebagaimana dialami dep Unit Laboratorium Klinik Rumah Sakit Santo Borromeus Bandung. Hai inl disebabkan oleh karena beban kerja yang tinggi di unit tersebut.Beban kerja yang tinggi pada unit tersebut, pada dasarnya disebabkan oleh banyaknya permintaan pemeriksaan laboratorium yang tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang tersedia pada satu periode waktu kerja, sehingga terjadi penambahan jam kerja.Oleh karena itu, untuk menambah kebutuhan tenaga Analis, sudah sepantasnya dilakukan penghitungan beban kerja sehingga diperoleh sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan tingkat beban kerja di unit tersebut.Penelitian ini merupakan peneiitian deskriptiif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana untuk mengukur beban kerja digunakan pengukuran kerja studi waktu terhadap waktu yang dibutuhkan pada setiap tahapan pemeriksaan, sehingga diperoleh jumiah waktu setiap pemeriksaan.Dengan menggunakan Teori Keseimbangan Gans diperoleh jumlah kebutuhan tenaga Analis sebanyak 25 orang per hari, dan dengan Formula Beban Kerja diperoleh 28 orang per hari, sehingga didalam memilih metode pengukuran jumlah tenaga, harus menetapkan Teori Keseimbangan Gads lebih tepat dan lebih efisien.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa di unit laboratorium klinik terdapat kekurangan tenaga sebanyak 6 orang per hari, dengan pertimbangan, jumlah ini dapat lebih dikurangi, apabila dilakukan beberapa perubahan-perubahan kebijakan di unit tersebut, sehingga tercapai tingkat kebutuhan tenaga yang lebih realistis.Daftar Bacaan : 23 (1983 - 2000)

The Analysis on the Need of Analysts Based on Work Toad at the Clinical Laboratory Unit of Santo Borromeus Hospital, Bandung, 2000Issues on the lack of employees have been commonly exposed both at government and private hospitals, as encountered by the Clinical Laboratory Unit of Santo Borromeus Hospital In Bandung. This has been caused by the high work load at the unit.This high work load is basically caused by the high demands for the laboratory examination services which are not in accordance to the available time in a period time of work, therefore, additional. working time is required.In this regard, in order to meet the need for the analysts, it has been the time to calculate the existing work load so that the human resources in accordance to the said work load can be achieved.This research is an descriptive-analytical one by applying the quantitative approach, at which to measure the work load, this study uses the time study of worked measurement over the time needed at every level of examination to measure the total time of each examination could be counted.By using the Balanced-Line Theory, it is obtahted the total required number of analysts, that is, 25 persons per day, and with the Work Load Formula of 28 persons per day, so that in choosing the method of measurement of the total analysts, the writer considers the Balanced-Line Theory is more appropriate and efficient.On the basis of the result of the research, a conclusion can be drawn that the clinical laboratory unit lacks of 6 persons per day, with the consideraton that this number can be lessened if some policy changes are taken at the unit, so that the more realistic requirement for analysts can be achieved.Bibbllography : 23 (1983 - 2000)"

"[ABSTRAKKegiatan manusia sangat beragam dan mereka membutuhkan media yang dapat terjadi padanya. Sidewalk sebagai fasilitas fisik dan ruang terbuka publik memiliki peran untuk memberikan kualitas yang baik kegiatan rekreasi untuk manusia, setelah mereka puas kegiatan utama mereka lainnya. Kegiatan rekreasi telah menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat, terutama bagi mereka yang tinggal di daerah perkotaan. Penulisan akademik ini akan mengeksplorasi peran trotoar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan manusia untuk kegiatan waktu luang mereka. Literatur yang akan disajikan adalah berbagai standar fisik dan studi kasus dari trotoar di daerah rekreasi.Pengamatan studi kasus akan berlangsung di Kemang, Jakarta dan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. Trotoar juga akan dipertimbangkan dengan membandingkan pembahasan batas fisik, kualitas fisik, pengamatan umum dan dimensi. Pada akhirnya, kesimpulan diperoleh menyatakan bahwa perlu pertimbangan lebih.

, Human activities are very diverse and they require a media that can take a place on it. Sidewalk as physical facility and public open space has a role to provide a good quality of leisure activities for human, after they have satisfied their other primary activities. Leisure activities have become part of the lifestyle done by society, especially for those who live in urban areas. This academic writing will explore the role of sidewalk in fulfilling human needs for their leisure activities. The literature that will be presented is the various physical standards and case studies of sidewalk in leisure area.

Observation of the case studies will be taken place in Kemang, Jakarta and Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. The sidewalk also will be considered by comparing the deliberation of the physical limits, physical quality, general observation and dimensions In the end, the conclusion obtained stating that it needs further consideration to environmental factors and environments nearby in determining the physical criteria to adequate the setting of the sidewalk.
