Abstrak :
selecting dan measuring performance of supplier is one of the fundamental aspect to the seccess of implementing supply management. By having qualified suppliers, companies can offer excellent products and services to their customers. Thus, the success of a supply chain can be accomplished. PT "AR", which is located in Denpasar had evaluated the performance of its suppliers by a conventional method. The aims of this research is to implement analytical hierarchy process method for evaluating performance of the suppliers by integrating some criterias used by the company. By implementing this method, PT "AR" will know the rank of its supplier. Supplier with execellent performance, hand in hand with PT "AR" will tr to realize their success.
