"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis kepada proses sosialisasi siswa yang terjadi di Madrasah 'Aliyah "Raudlatul Ulum", Anyar, Serang, Jawa Barat. Madrasah ini merupakan salah satu unit pendidikan keagamaan yang berasal dari pesantren yang diperluas dengan pendidikan umum. Perluasan ini mencakup pengajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia dan Pendidikan Moral Pancasila sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diterbitkan Departemen Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang terkenal dengan Kurikulum 1984. Kurikulum tersebut berisi pesan-pesan kebudayaan nasional yang disosialisasikan melalui proses kegiatan belajar mengajar agar menjadi milik siswa yang, selanjutnya, diwujudkan dalam perilaku. Di Madrasah 'Aliyah ini terdapat kegiatan belajar ?mengajar. Kegiatan ini melibatkan guru, siswa, memerlukan bahan yang diajarkan, cara mengajarkannya, mempunyai tujuan yang akan dicapai dan dalam situasi tertentu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diduga menimbulkan mekanisme pengajaran. Mekanisme pengajaran diperkirakan merupakan proses sosialisasi, karena unsur-unsur dalam mekanisme pengajaran tersebut sama dengan unsur-unsur yang dibutuhkan dalam proses sosialisasi. Masalah yang dirumuskan untuk diteliti adalah bagaimana fungsi guru dan siswa dalam mekanisme pengajaran dan bagaimana proses sosialisasi antara guru dan siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Moral Pancasila dan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah bersifat deskriptif, karena subyek penelitiannya adalah studi kasus dengan instrumen pengumpulan data wawancara kepada orang-orang yang terlibat langsung dan tak terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan pendidikan ; juga dilakukan pengamatan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan penulis menganalisis isi peraturan dan undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan yang diberlakukan di madrasah ini. Data lapangan yang diperoleh itu diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan struktural fungsional. Pendekatan ini menempatkan unsur-unsur tersebut di atas dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sebagai suatu sistem. Bahasa dan Sastera Indonesia dan Pendidikan Moral Pancasila tersusun secara sistematis di dalam Kurikulum 1984 sebagai isi pesan kebudayaan nasional. Proses sosialisasi dua mata pelajaran tersebut di madrasah ini berlangsung masing-masing enam belas dan dua belas jam pelajaran, tetapi perilaku yang diduga sebagai perwujudan nilai-nilai moral Pancasila ternyata bukan hasil sosialisasi Pendidikan Moral Pancasila, sedangkan pemakaian Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia baku terwujud dalam perilaku siswa, terutama di lingkungan sekolah."

"Manusia hidup untuk menjalani takdir yang telah ditetapkan oleh Tuhan dan manusia tidak dapat mengelak dari ketetapan tersebut. Salah satu takdir yang diberikan oleh Tuhan kepada manusia pada tahun 2020 adalah adanya penyakit mematikan yang mewabah di hampir seluruh belahan dunia dengan nama Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). Di tengah wabah tersebut, Boedhie Pramono menciptakan lagu berbahasa Jawa dengan judul Jagad Anyar Kang Dumadi yang mengandung ajaran bagaimana sikap manusia Jawa ketika menghadapi takdir. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud menjabarkan sikap manusia Jawa menjalani takdir-Nya yang terdapat pada lagu Jagad Anyar Kang Dumadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan falsafah Jawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam lagu Jagad Anyar Kang Dumadi terdapat dua ajaran sikap manusia Jawa yang harus dimiliki ketika menjalani takdir, yaitu sikap nrima dan pasrah yang menghasilkan sikap optimis. Adapun kesimpulan berlandaskan hasil penelitian, kedua sikap tersebut dapat memberi ketenangan pada hati yang sedang gelisah, karena kedua sikap itu selalu mengingatkan manusia untuk kembali kepada Tuhan dan memasrahkan segalanya kepada-Nya dengan penuh optimis.......Human beings live to face and fulfil their destiny that have been determined by God, and human cannot avert what has been stated. One of the destinies that God has given for human beings in the year of 2020 is the global pandemic, Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). In the middle of this pandemic, Boedhie Pramono composed a Javanese song with the title Jagad Anyar Kang Dumadi which portrays the teachings on how the Javanese facing their destiny. In accordance to that, the purpose of conducting this research is to explain how the Javanese face their destined life that is portrayed in Jagad Anyar Kang Dumadi. This research used qualitative method by using Javanese philosophy as its approach. The research showed, Jagad Anyar Kang Dumadi portrays two teachings practices on Javanese behaviour whom Javanese have to to possess in facing their destiny. These two behaviour are nrima and pasrah, the kinds of behaviour that will lead to an optimistic attitude. To conclude the research, both of those behaviour always give calm and serene to the restless self because they keep remind people to find their way to God and surrender to God’s will."

"An Analysis on the Quality Service of The Management of the Multiple-floored Low-Priced Housings (Case Study of the Multiple-floored Low-priced Housing at the Karang Anyar Village, Sawah Besar Sub District, of Central Jakarta District, in the Province of the Jakarta Capital City)The village Karang Anyar is one of many slum areas found in the Central Jakarta District. But not categorized as illegal housings, since the area has been inhabited for decades and passed on trough some generations, furthermore in the land with once was set in fire that devastate all the housings on it, many of the people living there are already granted with Certificate for the land they occupied.The Development of the Multiple-floored Low-priced Housing provided by the Local Government of the Capital City of Jakarta is part of it's service to the public, in order to meet the need for homes for city inhabitants. It is expected that the management of the multiple-floored housings to provide good service quality for the satisfaction the occupants of the multiple-floored housings.Service represents the implementation of the policy with has been formulated by the policy maker in this case, The Capital City of Jakarta Housing Agency. The service quality referred to including facility service implementation at the Multiple-floored Low-priced Housings at the Karang Anyar village, from unsatisfied up to extremely unsatisfied.The above mentioned matter is due to the lack of personnel to undertake the task on the field as the Person In charge on the location, as will as the inadequate operational cost allocated for the maintenance of the Multiple-floored Low-priced housings, which is caused by the collected can not cover the operational cost need.This research is finding out whether there is correlation or gap between the inhabitant's perception and expectation on the service quality of Multiple-floored housings management as well as the level of quality service implementation which is provided by the management of the Karang Anyar's Multiple-floored Low-priced housings.This research is a descriptive analysis and a case study based, the analysis is performed quantitatively, which can describe clearly factors of the Multiple-floored housings services. The Quantitative analysis is used due to the inclusion of research variables which is aimed at resolving the existing current problem.In this research the respondents are taken from some of the inhabitants of the Multiple-floored Housings involving 150 family heads out of totally 360 family heads occupied the housings.The data collection method used in this research is the questionnaire method in the form of questions list addressed directly at the inhabitants of the Multiple-floored housing based o the accidental sampling technique for those taken as respondent in this research.This kind of Data collection technique is applied to collect main data which '?ill be used to evaluate/answer questions in this research, besides by using study case . Since the case study method has variations can be either simple or even' complex . This case study can be implemented in one or more places at the same time.The outcome of this research reveals description of gap between perceptions and expectations of the occupants against the level of service provided by the management of the Karang Anyar Multiple-floored Low-priced Housings. The highest gap level figure is earned at the reliability dimension measurement reading - 2.48 with satisfaction level scores 42 %. the inhabitants fail to be satisfied according to their expectations. While the occupants satisfaction level from all dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) stand at 47 °/o with gap level of -2.21. therefore there is a gap between perception and expectation of the inhabitants of the Multiple-floored Low-priced housings of 53%. Therefore an improvement is obviously needed on all dimension of quality service, in order to meet the expectations of the inhabitants as the user of the service provided.Bibliography 60 books ( year 1973 - 2003 )"
