"Skripsi ini menjelaskan Perilaku Bullying yang dialami oleh remaja yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif pendekatan dan metode deskriptif. Tujuan pertama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk intimidasi yang dialami oleh remaja. Yang kedua adalah mencari tahu penyebab remaja yang menjadi korban bullying. Yang ketiga adalah untuk menggambarkan efek intimidasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Komunitas Sudah Dong yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang masalah intimidasi. Remaja adalah masa transisi untuk mempersiapkan diri menuju kedewasaan, tetapi intimidasi sering terjadi dan memengaruhi Kesejahteraan Psikologis seseorang dan menyebabkan masalah kesehatan mental.

This thesis explains the Bullying Behavior experienced by adolescents who use qualitative approaches and descriptive methods. The first objective of this research is to describe the forms of bullying experienced by adolescents. The second is to find out the cause of adolescents who are victims of bullying. The third is to illustrate the effects of intimidation. This research was conducted at the already Dong Community which aims to raise awareness about the problem of intimidation. Teenagers are a transition period to prepare themselves for maturity, but intimidation often occurs and affects one's psychological well-being and causes mental health problems."

"Studi ini meneliti hubungan antara family functioning dan respons bystander bullying pada siswa SMA. Respons bystander bullying dikategorikan menjadi tiga, yaitu defender (menolong korban), outsider (tidak melibatkan diri), dan reinforcer (mendukung pelaku). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Family Assessment Device (Miller, Ryan, Keitner, Bishop, & Epstein, 2000) dan Alat Ukur Respons Bystander Bullying yang merupakan modifikasi dari penelitian Gini, Pozzoli, Borghi, dan Franzoni (2008). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 101 siswa SMA di Jakarta dan Depok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara family functioning dan respons sebagai defender. Berikutnya, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara family functioning dengan respons outsider dan reinforcer. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya sekolah melibatkan keluarga dalam upaya minimalisasi respons outsider dan reinforcer, serta mencegah bullying di sekolah.

This research aims to study the relationship between family functioning and bullying bystander response among high school students. Bullying bystander responses are categorized into three, namely defender (to help victims), outsider (not involved), and reinforcer (supporting actors). The instruments used in this research are Family Assessment Device (Miller, Ryan, Keitner, Bishop, & Epstein, 2000) and the Bullying Bystander Response Measurement Tools which is a modification of the study conducted by Gini, Pozzoli, Borghi, and Franzoni (2008). The samples are 101 high school students in Jakarta and Depok.

The result indicates that there is no significant relationship between family functioning and response as a defender. The result also shows that there is a negative and significant relationship between family functioning with outsider response and reinforcer. The implication of this study suggest to involve families in effort to minimize bystander response as outsider and reinforcer, and also to prevent bullying at school."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai tahap perkembangan Caring Teens Community (CTC) yang merupakan program dari Yayasan Sejiwa. Kelompok ini bertugas menjadi anggotanya sebagai agen tindak bullying di dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan pemilihan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan elemen dalam proses pembentukan kelompok yang mengidentifikasikan keterbatasan kelompok yaitu tujuan yang tidak dapat diukur, sistem keanggotaan yang terbuka, minimnya fasilitator, dan minimnya sumber dana. Keterbatasan inilah yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi perkembangan kelompok CTC yaitu rasa nyaman yang dirasakan hanya satu anggota, proses pemilihan berdasarkan delegasi, tingkat cohesiveness rendah, masalah belum terselesaikan, perubahan yang tidak terjadi pada semua anggota."

"Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan strategi coping yang digunakan oleh anak sebagai korban bullying di sekolah. Selain itu, penulisan ini ingin menjelaskan penerapan strategi coping dikarenakan persepsi kerentanan dirinya sebagai korban bullying dan perasaan stress selama ia di sekolah. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penulisan unobtrusive melalui pendekatan analisis isi. Jumlah keseluruhan artikel media massa online mencapai 105 kasus. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan penulis, strategi coping yang digunakan yaitu diam, menghindari sekolah, mencari pertolongan, membalas, membawa senjata ke sekolah dan mengikuti kegiatan di sekolah. Dukungan sosial dan penjagaan di sekolah mampu mempengaruhi penggunaan coping oleh korban bullying.

The purpose of writing is to explain the coping strategies used by the child as a victim of bullying at school. In addition, this paper wants to explain the application of coping strategies due to the perception of vulnerability itself as the victim of bullying and feelings of stress for his/her at school. This writing used unobtrusive research through content analysis approach. The total number of mass media articles online reached 105 cases. Based on the results of the review authors, coping strategies used are silent, avoiding school, seeking help, revenge, bring weapons to school and attending activities at school. Social support and capable guardianship in schools can affect the use of coping by victims of bullying."
