Abstrak :
Penerapan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana utama dan pendukung bisnis bank adalah menjadi bagian yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan agar tidak menjadi kendala perusahaan dalam melaksanakan operasional perbankan dan pengembangannya.
Penelitian integrasi teknologi informasi dilakukan pada sebuah bank yang jaringan operasionalnya cukup luas didalam dan luar negeri. Selanjutnya diteliti kemungkinan dilakukannya strategi peremajaan teknologi informasi yang tepat dari seluruh jaringan kerja untuk kepentingan transaksi dan administrasi yang mendukung bisnis perbankan yang canggih.
Fokus dari tulisan ini membicarakan strategi peremajaan dengan pendekatan terintegrasi yang ditinjau dari sisi operasional dan bisnis perusahaan yang diidentifikasikan dalam suatu kebutuhan teknologi informasi untuk jangka pendek dan panjang sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi kendala pulau-pulau teknologi informasi, proses bisnis yang sulit dikembangkan lebih lanjut karena kelemahan dari sisi arsitektur, topologi jaringan, platform dan aplikasi sehingga tidak mampu mengikuti perkembangan bisnis bank dengan teknologi mutakhir yang begitu cepat tanpa harus diikuti perubahan "current sistem" secara mendasar. Dengan strategi peremajaan teknologi informasi ini diharapkan bank dapat memperluas jaringan kerja dengan sistim automasi pelayanan yang memungkinkan dengan cepat dan taktis mengikuti perubahan dan bahkan mampu meluncurkan produk perbankan baru inovatif yang diinginkan pasar.
Strategi peremajaan teknologi informasi dilakukan atas dasar strategi bisnis perusahaan dengan menyusun sebuah rencana jangka pendek dan panjang, mengidentifikasikan layanan yang diperlukan di semua tingkatan manajemen perusahaan. Strategi peremajaan teknologi informasi yang dilakukan harus mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek yang terkait : perubahan environment di Indonesia, environment teknologi informasi yang ada saat ini, penggantian dengan paradigma baru, visi teknologi, requirement operasional bisnis, arsitektur teknologi strategis.

Implementation of Information Technology as main and supporting infrastructure in banking business is very important. It is expected that the company doesn't have problems for business operational and expansion.
Research of information technology integration was done on Bank B. Bank B has a wide operational network in Indonesia and abroad. Afterwards research of the opportunity of an effective information technology migration strategy for overall network was done in order to support a modern banking business especially in transaction and administration.
This thesis is focused on migration strategy with integration approach of operational and company business. It is identified to an information technology for short and long term requirements for surpassing difficulties of islands of information technology, difficulties in expanding business processes because of weakness in architecture, network topology, platform and application. So bank B can't follow the fast growth in modern banking technology without having to change the basic current system. Bank 13 expects to be able to extend service automation network that follows changing quickly and tactically and Bank B can launch new innovative banking products to adapt to market needs.
Information Technology migration strategy is worked based on company business strategy by arranging a short term and long term plan, identifies service needed for all management level. Information technology migration strategy must consider some aspects: changing environment in Indonesia, current information technology environments, changing to new paradigm, technology vision, business operational requirements, strategic technology architectures.
