Abstrak :
Dengan pengaturan yang membatasi Pengusaha dari tindakan kesewenang-wenangannya terhadap Pekerja, maka peraturan mengenai Pembayaran Upah Minimum, hak waktu kerja, waktu istirahat yang diperoleh pekerja/buruh perlu diadakan pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Sehingga, kesejahteraan didapati pekerja serta mewujudkan keadilan sosial agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan dan pekerja tidak lagi diperlakukan dengan tidak baik. Maka Penulisan ini dibuat bertujuan untuk dapat melihat bagaimana pemberlakuan kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Perusahaan mengenai pemberian upah dibawah upah minimum yang diperoleh Pekerja pada PT.X karena situasi Covid 2019 yang terjadi pada saat ini diseluruh duinia, dan tidak terlepas juga dialami oleh Indonesia yang berdampak pada faktor Ekonomi bagi seluruh perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Dengan beragam kebijakan dari Pemerintah pusat yang menjadi auan bagi Perusahaan untuk melakukan pembayaran upah dibawah upah minimum. Dan menjadi permasalahan bagi para Pekerja PT.X dimana Perusahaan memberikan kebijakan kepada Para Pekerja bahwa Perusahaan sedang mengalami kemunduran produksi dan pengurangan pendapatan sehingga diminta bentuk loyalitasnya bagi para pekerja yaitu menerima Upah dibawah upah minimum. Sehingga apa bila pekerja tidak menerima kesepakatan dan kebijakan dari perusahaan tersebut maka pekerja dapat mengundurkan diri atau perusahaan akan melakukan PHK terhadap para pekerja ......With regulations that restrict Employers from arbitrary actions against Workers, regulations regarding Payment of Minimum Wage, right to work time, rest periods obtained by workers/laborers need to be implemented during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Thus, the welfare of workers is found and social justice is realized so that inequality does not occur and workers are no longer treated badly. So this writing aims to be able to see how the implementation of policies made by the Company regarding the provision of wages below the minimum wage obtained by workers at PT. X because of the 2019 Covid situation that is currently happening throughout the world, and is also experienced by Indonesia which has an impact on Economic factors for all companies in Indonesia. With various policies from the central government that become a reference for the Company to pay wages below the minimum wage. And it becomes a problem for PT.X Workers where the Company provides a policy to the Workers that the Company is experiencing a decline in production and a reduction in income so that they are asked for a form of loyalty for workers, namely receiving wages below the minimum wage. So what if the worker does not accept the agreement and policy from the company, the worker can resign or the company will lay off the workers

Pandemi Covid-19 tentunya menyebabkan banyak sekali penyesuaian yang harus dilakukan oleh masyarakat, termasuk mahasiswa. Pada masa pandemi ini, mahasiswa banyak melakukan kegiatan secara daring yang menyebabkan perubahan hidup yang cukup signifikan pada mahasiswa. Situasi ketidakpastian akibat pandemi berdampak pada subjective well-being mahasiswa. Keluarga sebagai salah satu sumber dukungan sosial, berperan penting dalam membantu mempertahankan tingkat subjective well-being yang tinggi pada mahasiswa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran keberfungsian keluarga terhadap subjective well-being mahasiswa pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Peneliti menggunakan tipe penelitian kuantitatif dengan strategi penelitian noneksperimental, di mana peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner keberfungsian keluarga (Family Assessment Device) dan kuesioner subjective well-being (Subjective Happiness Scale) kepada partisipan. Sebanyak total 390 mahasiswa dan mahasiswi S1 dengan rentang usia 18 - 23 tahun berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multiple regression, diketahui bahwa keberfungsian keluarga berperan secara signifikan terhadap subjective well-being mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19 (R2 = 0,274, p < 0,05). Dimensi keberfungsian keluarga yang berperan secara signifikan adalah dimensi komunikasi, peran, dan respon afektif. Oleh karena itu, keluarga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan komunikasi, pembagian peran dan respon afektif sehingga dapat mempertahankan tingkat subjective well-being yang baik......The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a lot of adjustments that need to be done by the community, including college students. During this pandemic, students are doing a lot of online activities that cause significant life changes for students. The situation of uncertainty due to the pandemic has an impact on the subjective wellbeing of students. Family as a source of social support plays an important role in helping to maintain a high level of subjective well-being in students. This study aims to determine the role of family functioning on college students' subjective well-being in Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative nonexperimental study, using Family Assessment Device (FAD) and Subjective Happiness Scale (SHS) questionnaire. A total of 390 men and women college students in the range of 18 - 23 years old participated in this study. Using multiple regressions analysis, the results showed that family functioning has a significant role on college students’ subjective well-being in Covid-19 pandemic situation (R2 = 0,274, p < 0,05). In addition, we obtained that communications, roles, and affective response dimensions have a significant role on subjective well-being. Therefore, families are expected to improve communication, roles and affective responses to maintain a good level of subjective well-being in college students.

Pelayanan publik pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Unit Pengelola Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kecamatan Ciracas belum memanfaatkan secara maksimal digitalisasi pelayanan. Walaupun sudah mendigitalisasi permohonan layanan perizinan, fakta di lapangan belum 100% layanan dilakukan secara digital. Dilatarbelakangi permasalahan tersebut kemudian dirumuskan pertanyaan penelitian bagaimana kualitas pelayanan pengurusan perizinan dan non perizinan pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di UPMPTSP Kecamatan Ciracas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan pengurusan perizinan dan non perizinan pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di UP PMPTSP Kecamatan Ciracas. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori Servqual dari Parasuraman dengan 10 aspek dimensi antara lain Reliability, Responsiveness, Competence, Access, Courtesy, Communication, Credibility, Security, Understanding, Tangibles. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa survei kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan perizinan dan non perizinan di UP PMPTSP Kecamatan Ciracas, termasuk dalam kategori baik. Saran yang dapat diberikan antara lain: pada Dimensi Reliability yaitu menyederhanakan alur pelayanan perizinan dan non perizinan, sehingga pelayanan sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan dan dapat dihandalkan, Dimensi Responsiveness yaitu menyederhanakan alur pelayanan perizinan dan non perizinan, sehingga pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat, Dimensi Competence yaitu UP PMPTSP Kecamatan Ciracas agar memberikan pelatihan, sosialisasi dan motivasi kepada pegawainya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan, Dimensi Security yaitu UP PMPTSP Kecamatan Ciracas dapat menyediakan tempat penyimpanan atau pengarsipan yang lebih rapih agar terjamin keamanan dan kerahasiaannya. ......Public services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Investment Management Unit and One- Stop Integrated Services, Ciracas District, have not taken full advantage of the digitization of services. Even though the application for licensing services has been digitized, the facts on the ground are that not 100% of the services are done digitally. Against this background, a research question was formulated on how the quality of licensing and non-licensing services during the COVID-19 pandemic was formulated at UPMPTSP, Ciracas District. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of licensing and non-licensing services during the COVID-19 pandemic at UP PMPTSP, Ciracas District. The theory used in this study is the Servqual theory from Parasuraman with 10 dimensions including Reliability, Responsiveness, Competence, Access, Courtesy, Communication, Credibility, Security, Understanding, Tangibles. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaire surveys, interviews, and observations. The results showed that the quality of licensing and non-licensing services in UP PMPTSP, Ciracas District, was included in the good category. Suggestions that can be given include: the Reliability Dimension, which simplifies the flow of licensing and non-licensing services, so that services are as promised and reliable, the Responsiveness Dimension, which simplifies the flow of licensing and non-licensing services, so that services become faster, Competence Dimensions, namely UP PMPTSP Ciracas District in order to provide training, socialization and motivation to its employees to improve the skills and knowledge needed, the Security Dimension, namely UP PMPTSP Ciracas District can provide a neater storage or archiving place to ensure security and confidentiality.
