"Ilmu farmasi merupakan salah satu ilmu kesehatan yang akan terus berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Ruang lingkup farmasi begitu luas sehingga bentuk praktik kefarmasian juga sangat beragam. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasiannya, seorang apoteker dituntut memiliki standar kompetensi. Standar kompetensi ini dapat dilatih dalam praktik kefarmasian, sehingga dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker dibeberapa tempat dan berbagai bidang, diantaranya adalah Apotek Atrika, PT. Hexpharm Jaya, PT. Anugrah Pharmindo Lestari dan Puskesnas Kramat Jati. Secara keseluruhan apoteker belajar melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara professional dan etik, menggunakan komunikasi yang efektif dan menggunakan keterampilan organisasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal yang baik dengan pasien maupun dengan teman sejawat. Pada bidang pelayanan, apoteker harus mengoptimalisasi penggunaan, dispensing, pemberian informasi terkait sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan. Apoteker juga dapat mengupayakan hal yang preventif maupun promotive untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Dalam bidang industri, apoteker belajar terkait pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, dimulai dari tahap formulasi, produksi hingga pendistribusian. Selain belajar memenuhi standar kompetensi yang harus dimiliki apoteker, pada kesempatan praktik kerja, apoteker juga diberikan persoalan yang akan dibahas pada masing-masing laporan hasil praktik kerja profesi apoteker.......Pharmacy is one of the health sciences that will continue to develop along with the development of science and technology. In the industrial sector, pharmacists learn about the management of pharmaceutical preparations, from formulation and production to distribution stages. In addition to learning to meet the competency standards that pharmacists must possess, on work practice opportunities, pharmacists are also given issues that will be discussed in each report on the results of the pharmacist's professional practice."

"CPOB atau Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik bertujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Dalam CPOB tercantum persyaratan untuk ruang karantina. PT Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories memiliki ruang Work In Process (WIP) sebagai ruang karantina produk yang merupakan area penting dalam proses. Area ini digunakan sebagai tempat untuk karantina produk antara dan/atau tablet yang siap untuk dilakukan proses primary packaging. Kegiatan dan produk yang ada di ruang WIP harus sesuai dengan pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), produk yang berada dalam ruang WIP harus jelas identitasnya, ruangan harus terjaga kebersihannya, wadah yang digunakan harus sesuai ketentuan, dan akses untuk memasuki ruang WIP harus terbatas hanya untuk orang yang memiliki wewenang, seperti supervisor dan PIC pada ruang produksi. Penumpukan dalam ruang WIP juga dapat menyebabkan mix up batch yang dapat terjadi apabila operator salah mengambil material atau saat operator menggeser wadah, label identitas dari produk yang menempel pada wadah terjatuh mengakibatkan kemungkinan label tertukar. Oleh karena itu, dalam tugas khusus ini penulis diminta untuk memanajemen ruang WIP agar lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik dengan cara pembuatan mapping dan lay out pada ruang WIP. Hasil yang didapat, hampir semua aspek pada ruang WIP PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratorium sudah sesuai dengan pedoman CPOB, hanya aspek kerapihan saja yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Aspek kerapihan dapat diatasi dengan memanajemen ruang WIP dengan pembuatan mapping, hasilnya cukup efektif untuk membuat ruang WIP lebih terstruktur sehingga dapat menghindari risiko mix up batch dan memudahkan operator dalam mencari MSC atau MSS yang akan diproses......CPOB or Good Manufacturing Practices of Drugs aims to ensure that drugs are made consistently, meet the stipulated requirements and are in accordance with their intended use. The activities and products in the WIP room must comply with the guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the product in the WIP room must have a clear identity, the room must be kept clean, the containers used must comply with the provisions, and access to enter the WIP room must be limited to authorized persons, such as supervisors and PICs in the production room. Stacking in the WIP chamber can also cause a mix up batch which can occur if the operator picks up the wrong material or when the operator shifts the container, the identity label of the product attached to the container falls, resulting in the possibility of labels being confused. Therefore, in this special task, the author is asked to manage the WIP room so that it is more structured and in accordance with the guidelines for the Good Manufacturing Practice of Medicine by mapping and laying out the WIP room. The results obtained, almost all aspects of the PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratory has complied with GMP guidelines, only the tidiness aspect still needs to be improved. The neatness aspect can be overcome by managing the WIP space by making a mapping, the results are quite effective in making the WIP room more structured so as to avoid the risk of batch mix ups and make it easier for operators to find MSC or MSS to be processed."

Salah satu syarat untuk lulus pendidikan profesi apoteker, harus mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan maupun di fasilitas kefarmasian lainnya. Kegiatan PKPA ini menjadi salah satu wadah bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk mendapatkan ilmu secara langsung dan pengalaman di tempat kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Desember 2021. Pelaksanaan Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Roxy Pamulang untuk melihat gambaran peran apoteker di apotek. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories untuk mempelajari peran apoteker di industri farmasi. Oleh karena itu dalam pelaksanaannya seorang apoteker harus dapat memperbarui pengetahuan tentang kondisi kesehatan di dunia ini. Dengan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan sarana bagi seorang calon apoteker dalam memperoleh pengalaman dan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuannya. Praktik kerja di PT Hexpharm Jaya yaitu merupakan industri farmasi yang dapat memberikan gambaran dalam mempelajari bagaimana suatu obat dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga saat sampai kepada konsumen dapat mempengaruhi kondisi fisiologi lebih baik. Kemudian pelaksanaan praktik kerja selanjutnya di Apotek Kimia Farma 366 Maharaja yang menjadi sarana dalam memahami peran apoteker di apotek harus dapat memberikan obat yang baik dan benar kepada pasien agar diperoleh efek yang diinginkan dari obat tersebut. Dan selanjutnya praktik kerja yang dilaksanakan di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, yaitu sebuah distributor obat yang dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di bidang distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan. Oleh sebab itu, penyusunan laporan praktik kerja ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan beberapa topik dan pembahasan yang diberikan oleh setiap tempat praktik kerja.......Pharmacists have an important role in the world of health, because the task of this pharmacist must be able to guarantee that drugs to be used by humans and animals must be guaranteed from safety, efficacy, and quality.
