"This report is one of the outcomes of the student project execution being done by the writers as a part of the graduation conditions for students. The project, which was being executed in one semester, is to make a design of an integration system for all business process being done in every department in Bimasena. Bimasena is an executive membe club. The object includes all business process being done by the manager, Accounting Department, Spa & Club Facilites Department, Program Execution & Development Department, Members Relation Department, and also the Inventory Department. The integration was needed as previously each department was going on its own with each respective system (if there is any). This resulted in complex business process, difficulties to retrieve information from one department to another, not to mention miscommunications. The integration system, named Bimasena Enterprise Integrated Information System, is expected to be able to simplify every business process in the company, making it possible for every department to get real-time information from other departments, and to avoid miscommunications. Bimasena itself is a club for the mines and energy society in Indonesia. It stood with an objective to be come the center of harmony and synergy of the mines and energy society in Indonesia, and also to be the focus for regional and international forums by facilitating business and social interaction. Bimasena also has an objective to improve the business relationship among the mines and energy society in the Asia Pacific region through interactive dialogues and international forums."

"Pemantauan program malaria di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bengkulu secara Pasif Case Detection (PCD) saat ini data laporan malaria dari Kabupaten/Kota diinput ulang yang dapat menyebabkan inkonsistensi dalam penginputannya sehingga akurasi data kurang baik dan laporan terlambat disampaikan. Pada evaluasi program malaria di Dinas Kesehatan yang menjadi permasalahan untuk output laporan dan ringkasan data untuk pendukung keputusan dibuat manual masing-masing bagian sehingga lama tersedia untuk disajikan dan perlu tatap muka untuk konfirmasi dan pemutahiran data.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem yang telah berjalan pada program malaria di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bengkulu, mengidentifikasi prioritas masalah utama dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan, pengolahan, penyajian, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan, pengolahan, penyajian data malaria. Menyediakan data malaria yang berkesinambungan dan lengkap agar dapat digunakan untuk pendukung keputusan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan perancangan sistem menggunakan SDLC (System Development Live Cycle). Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pengelola malaria yang ada di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bengkulu dan petugas monev malaria Kabupaten, puskesmas. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode Kecukupan (Adequasi). Tahun 2013 kelengkapan laporan program malaria di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bengkulu 100%, sedangkan ketepatan pengiriman laporan 80%. (Profil Dinkes Provinsi Bengkulu, 2013).
Monitoring malaria program in Bengkulu Provincial Health Office in Passive Case Detection (PCD) current malaria report data from the District / City inputted again which can cause inconsistencies in input so the accuracy of the data is less good and the report was late to delivery. In the evaluation of malaria programs in the Department of Health which is the case for the output reports and summaries of data for decision support created manually each piece is so long and need to be available for face-to-face served to confirm and update the data. This study aims to analyze the system that has been running on the malaria program in Bengkulu Provincial Health Office, identify priority problems in recording and reporting major, processing, presentation, identify the needs of users in recording and reporting, processing, data presentation malaria. Malaria data provide continuous and complete in order to be used for decision support. This study used a qualitative method to method development system design using SDLC (System Development Live Cycle). Informants in this study is the management of malaria in Bengkulu Provincial Health Office and District malaria monitoring and evaluation officer, a health center. Samples were taken using the method Sufficiency (Adequasi). In 2013 the completeness of reporting of malaria programs in Bengkulu Province Health Depeartement 100%, while 80% report delivery accuracy (Bengkulu Provincial Health Office, 2013)."
