Penelitian ini mengkaji aspek ergonomis desain pesawat perintis berpenumpang 19 berdasarkan aktivitas egress darurat pilot untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi desain pesawat perintis ergonomis yang mendukung aktivitas egress darurat pilot. Dihasilkan usulan konfigurasi dari pintu darurat, handle di bagian kokpit, serta foot step di bagian kokpit dan di bawah pintu darurat yang akan dianalisis. Pendekatan metode yang digunakan adalah metode digital human modelling dengan sistem penilaian PEI yang mengintegrasikan tiga metode yaitu Low Back Analysis, Ovako Working Posture Analysis System, dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu usulan konfigurasi desain pintu darurat dengan tinggi 85.24 cm dan lebar 46.64 cm; konfigurasi foot step di bawah pintu darurat dengan ukuran panjang 26.6 cm, lebar 20 cm dan tinggi 10 cm; konfigurasi foot step di bagian luar badan kokpit berukuran panjang 10 cm dan lebar 22 cm; serta didapatkan juga hasil konfigurasi handle terbaik dari sisi ergonomi dengan ukuran tinggi 20 cm dan panjang 10 cm.
ABSTRACT
This research studies the ergonomics aspect 19-Passenger STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) Utility Aircraft based on activities egress emergency pilot to get the recommendation of an ergonomic aircraft design that supports activities egress emergency pilot according to the Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) result. Researcher proposed configuration tools from emergency exit door, handle in the cockpit, foot step in the cockpit and below the emergency exit door to be analyzed, where the configuration of this tool is able to assist the pilot emergency egress. Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) was an approach that integrated the results of these three analysis methods Lowback Analysis, Ovako Working Posture Analysis System, and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment. "Keadaan gawat darurat adalah keadaan yang tidak dapat diprediksi dan apabila tubuh atau jiwa kita sendiri yang menjadi taruhannya, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kita pasti mengharapkan penanganan yang optimal, cepat, serta tepat. Hal ini tidak lepas dari peran para petugas parameds yang terlibat secara langsung dari segala proses penanganan pasien, dari mulai pertama kali ditemukan hingga diangkut ke ambulans. Salah satu proses yang paling penting atau paling krusial ialah proses saat pertama kali ditemukannya pasien oleh petugas paramedis. Penanganan pada proses inilah yang paling menentukan keadaan pasien pada hari-hari berikutnya. Faktor ergonomi baik ergonomi fisik maupun ergonomi kognitif tidak dapat dilepaskan dari pembahasan ini. Ergonomi fisik serta ergonomi kognitif memiliki peranannya masing-masing pada diri petugas paramedis. Pada saat penanganan awal ditemukannya pasien, alat-alat serta obat-obat darurat untuk penanganan pasien, dan seluruh obat-obat dan alat-alat tersebut semuanya terkumpul dalam tas paramedis. Tas paramedis menjadi suatu perlengkapan yang sangat membantu serta cukup sering berinteraksi dengan petugas, karena memang fungsinya mengangkut seluruh alat-alat serta obat-obatan petugas paramedis. Dalam perancangan tas paramedis adalah suatu hal yang perlu bagi perancang untuk memerhatikan domain ergonomi fisik serta kognitif untuk efisiensi dan efektifitas pekerjaan petugas paramedis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tas yang biasa dipakai pada Rumah Sakit X, dengan metode Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) dan NADI Model, berdasarkan hasil evaluasi akan diperoleh design guidelines untuk merancang prototype tas yang baru. Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai PEI, Design Guidlines, dan perbandingan prototype tas yang baru dengan tas yang lama.

Emergency state is an unpredictable state and could happen anytime, and if our life is on the line, we can't help ourselves but demanding an optimum, quick, and accurate treatment. This can't be separated from paramedic or emergency responder role which they involved in all emergency treatmen's process, from the first time the patient is found, to mobilization to the ambulance. The most crucial process of this treatment is when they find the patient for the first time, this process will determine the next treatment, and the patient's condition in days forward. Ergonomic factors both physical and cognitive, can't be segregated from this discussion. Both physical and cognitive ergonomic has their own role in paramedics. These two domains play bigger role when the paramedics find the patients for the first time, since this process is the most crucial process as mentioned earlier. In this process, all drugs and medicine tools are stored in one bag, the emergency response bag. Emergency response bag become a very helping equipment and also the one with the most interaction with the paramedic. In designing an emergency response bag, it is necessary to pay attention to both cognitive and physical ergonomic domain for efficiency, and effectiveness of paramedics' work. This study aims to evaluate an emergency response bag that has been used by Hospital X, helped with Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) and NADI Model, based on the evaluation, it will produce design guidelines for designing new prototype of emergency response bag. The result of this study are: PEI Score, design guidelines for designing new prototype, and comparisons of the current emergency response bag and the new prototype."
