"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses preservasi pengetahuan di perpustakaan komunitas, mengidentifikasi pengetahuan penting yang harus dipelihara di perpustakaan komunitas, mengidentifikasi masalah penyebab ancaman kehilangan pengetahuan, serta menganalisis nilai potensial yang ada di perpustakaan komunitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang berfokus pada intepretasi pengetahuan yang dimiliki
pengelola serta pengalaman relawan dan masyarakat sekitar dalam memaknai keberadaan perpustakaan komunitas di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan enam tahap proses preservasi pengetahuan dari World Bank (1998). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan tacit yang dimiliki pengelola merupakan pengetahuan yang penting dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan komunitas
dan sebagian kecil preservasi pengetahuan telah dilakukan secara tidak sadar oleh pengelola, khususnya tahap diseminasi pengetahuan. Akan tetapi, pengelola belum menyadari bahwa pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dan pengetahuan relawan yang terlibat merupakan aset penting dalam pengelolaan Rumah Baca Zikri. Selain itu, melalui preservasi pengetahuan ini dapat ditangkap beberapa makna
keberadaan Rumah Baca Zikri yaitu seperti nilai kekeluargaan, kebersamaan, kerja sama, keikhlasan, pengorbanan, tanggung jawab, kemandirian, kemanusiaan serta terdapat juga unsur kepercayaan;This research aims to understand the knowledge preservation in community

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi proses preservasi pengetahuan arsip materi budaya Gruda yang telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat Gegesik Cirebon berdasarkan tiga tahap preservasi, yaitu seleksi, penyimpanan, dan aktualisasi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dilakukan pada bulan September sampai dengan Desember 2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa preservasi pengetahuan arsip materi budaya Gruda didorong oleh Ketua Adat yang diperkuat oleh Pemerintah Desa Gegesik Lor. Pengetahuan lokal diwujudkan dalam bentuk pengetahuan tacit kolektif. Hal itu teridentifikasi melalui nilai, keyakinan, pemikiran, perilaku, tindakan, dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Gegesik. Tahap pertama preservasi pengetahuan yaitu seleksi, diawali dengan identifikasi pengetahuan tentang Gruda oleh Pemerintah Desa Gegesik, yang menghasilkan pemikiran bahwa Gruda merupakan pengetahuan lokal yang menjadi identitas masyarakat Desa Gegesik Lor. Selain itu, kehadiran dari perwakilan Keraton Wilayah Cirebon dianggap menjadi sarana pengakuan dan legitimasi terhadap pengetahuan lokal Gruda. Kedua yaitu penyimpanan, dilakukan melalui personalisasi. Tendon pengetahuan mengenai Gruda secara komprehensif mengacu pada individu (people-based-knowledge respository). Yang terakhir, yaitu tahap aktualisasi. Sifat dinamis dan adaptif dalam pelaksanaan aktualisasi pengetahuan arsip materi budaya Gruda dituangkan melalui serangkaian ritual dan arak-arakan setiap tahun pada bulan Maulid bahkan di tengah pandemi Covid-19.
......The aim’s of this research is to identified the process of preserving knowledge of the Gruda cultural material archives that had been carried out by the Gegesik Cirebon community based on three stages of preservation, namely selection, storage, and actualization. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach with a case study method. The method of data collection is based on observation and interviews were carried out in September until December 2021. The results of this study indicate that the preservation of knowledge of Gruda's cultural material archives is encouraged by the Customary Chief who is strengthened by the Gegesik Lor Village Government. Local knowledge is realized in the form of collective tacit knowledge. It is identified through the values, beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, actions, and skills possessed by the Gegesik community. The first stage of knowledge preservation, namely selection, begins with the identification of knowledge about Gruda by the Gegesik Village Government, which results in the idea that Gruda is local knowledge that becomes the identity of the people of Gegesik Lor Village. In addition, the presence of representatives of the Cirebon Regional Palace is considered a means of acknowledging and legitimizing Gruda's local knowledge. The second is storage, done through personalization. The knowledge tendon about Gruda comprehensively refers to the individual (people-based-knowledge respository). The last one is the actualization stage. The dynamic and adaptive nature in the actualization of knowledge of Gruda's cultural material archives is poured through a series of rituals and processions every year in the month of Maulid even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi praktik preservasi pengetahuan dalam aspek pengalihan pengetahuan berdasarkan Model SECI Nonaka & Takeuchi dalam bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran Fasilkom UI yang telah memanfaatkan sistem e-learning SCeLE (student centered e-learning environment). Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang mendeskripsikan serta menginterpretasikan interaksi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan tatap muka di kelas dan komunikasi online di SCeLE (blended learning).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan praktik preservasi pengetahuan dilakukan dengan pengalihan pengetahuan eksplisit dan pengetahuan implisit dosen kepada mahasiswa dengan cara sosialisasi, eksternalisasi, kombinasi dan internalisasi. Semua pengetahuan eksplisit tersimpan di SCeLE dalam jangka panjang untuk keperluan repositori pengetahuan dan pengembangan kualitas pendidikan dan pengajaran.
......This study aims to indentify the practise of knowledge preservation based on Four Modes of Knowledge Conversion from Nonaka & Takeuchi or SECI Modes in the education and teaching field at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia which has implemented the SCeLE (Student Centered e-Learning Environment) system. This research was conducted by using qualitative methods with a case study, which described and interpreted the interactions between lecture and students both in class and in online communication using SCeLE system (blended learning method).
The Results show that practice of knowledge preservation was converting the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge from lecture to students through socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. The knowledge is then preserved in SCeLE, which functions as a repository system in the long run, and it used to enhance the teaching quality at the faculty."

"Makalah proyek akhir ini membahas proses preservasi pengetahuan Batik Gambo Muba di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Musi Banyuasin. Preservasi pengetahuan Batik Gambo muba di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Musi Banyuasin memiliki kendala dalam kurangnya sumber daya manusia, sehingga dengan adanya kendala tersebut menjadikan proses preservasi pengetahuan batik Gambo Muba perlu untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan periode pengambilan data selama 3 bulan terhitung dari September-Desember 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses preservasi pengetahuan dilalui dengan 3 tahapan, yaitu identifikasi, penyimpanan dan transfer pengetahuan. Tahapan identifikasi dilalui dengan proses observasi dan validasi pengetahuan, tahapan penyimpanan dilalui dengan proses dokumentasi pengetahuan serta temu kembali, serta tahapan terakhir transfer pengetahuan melalui proses socialization, job shadowing dan penyebaran pengetahuan. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Musi Banyuasin perlu meningkatkan tahap identifikasi dengan menemukan narasumber yang lebih banyak, kemudian tahapan penyimpanan dan temu kembali Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Musi Banyuasin juga perlu meningkatkan jumlah koleksi Batik Gambo Muba dengan menelusur sumber-sumber lain yang valid. Selanjutnya pada tahapan transfer pengetahuan diharapkan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Musi Banyuasin juga mengoptimalkan dan membentuk sarana regenerasi agar pengetahuan mengenai Batik Gambo Muba tetap terjaga dan berlanjut sampai generasi selanjutnya.
......This thesis discusses the process of preserving knowledge of Batik Gambo Muba at the Musi Banyuasin Library and Archives Service. Knowledge preservation of Gambo Muba Batik at the Musi Banyuasin Library and Archives Service has problems in the lack of human resources, so that with these obstacles the process of preserving Gambo Muba batik knowledge needs to be researched. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach with a data collection period of 3 months starting from September-December 2021. The results show that the knowledge preservation process is carried out in 3 stages, namely identification, storage and transfer of knowledge. The identification stage is passed by the process of observation and validation of knowledge, the storage stage is passed by the knowledge documentation and retrieval process, and the last stage of knowledge transfer is through the process of socialization, job shadowing and knowledge dissemination. From the results of the study, the Musi Banyuasin Library and Archives Service needs to improve the identification stage by finding more sources, then the storage and retrieval stage. The Banyuasin Library and Archives Service also needs to increase the number of Gambo Muba Batik collections by searching other valid sources. Furthermore, at the knowledge transfer stage, it is hoped that the Musi Banyuasin Library and Archives Service will also optimize and form a regeneration facility so that knowledge about Batik Gambo Muba is maintained and continues to the next generation."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai preservasi pengetahuan di Bank Indonesia Institute melalui progam yang mereka selenggarakan yang disebut Begawanship. Topik preservasi pengetahuan dipilih karena pentingnya dilakukan kegiatan preservasi pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh Bank Indonesia terhadap business process lembaga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami keberlangsungan proses preservasi pengetahuan yang dilakukan di Bank Indonesia Institute dalam memenuhi program kerjanya, bagaimana Bank Indonesia Institute mengatasi kendala yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan berbagi pengetahuan, serta pentingnya sustainablility program Begawanship. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses preservasi pengetahuan di Bank Indonesia Institute memiliki empat tahap yaitu sosialisasi, eksternalisasi, kombinasi, serta internalisasi. Pengetahuan yang dipreservasikan merupakan pengetahuan Gubernur dan Dewan Gubernur Bank Indonesia saja, preservasi pengetahuan pegawai selain yang disebutkan belum dilakukan. Transfer pengetahuan serta artikulasi dari pengetahuan yang ditangkap dan dieksplisitkan menentukan keberhasilan dari program Begawanship. Sustainablility dari program Begawanship menjadi penting karena business process di Bank Indonesia bisa berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat nilai bagus dari konsultan yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap business process di Bank Indonesia.

This study discusses the preservation of knowledge at Bank Indonesia Institute through a program they held called Begawanship. Knowledge preservation was chosen as the topic of this study because of the importance of preservation of knowledge towards the institutions business process. The objectives of this study are to understand the sustainability of the knowledge preservation process carried out at Bank Indonesia Institute in fulfilling its work program, how Bank Indonesia Institute overcomes the obstacles found in the implementation of knowledge sharing, and the importance of Begawanship program sustainability. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study. The results of this study indicate that the process of knowledge preservation at Bank Indonesia Institute has four stages which are socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization. The knowledge that is preserved is the knowledge of the Governor and the Board of Governors of Bank Indonesia only, knowledge preservation of employees other than those mentioned has not been done. The transfer of knowledge and the articulation of knowledge captured and externalized determine the success of the Begawanship program. The sustainability of the Begawanship program is important because the business process at Bank Indonesia can run well and get good feedback from consultants assigned to assess the business process at Bank Indonesia."
