"ABSTRAKRisiko atau gangguan dapat terjadi ketika sebuah perusahaan mengerjakan kegiatan operasionalnya dan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja yang diberikan kepada konsumen. Dalam penelitian sebelumnya telah banyak penelitian yang mempelajari tentang berbagai kondisi yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan baik secara internal, eksternal maupun tentang hubunganya dengan para konsumen yang dapat memberikan dampak, baik positif maupun negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan 3PL. Risiko atau gangguan dapat terjadi ketika mereka melakukan kegiatan operasionalnya, baik risiko atau gangguan dalam hal memberikan orientasi kepada konsumennya, kualitas hubungan antara 3PL dengan konsumennya ataupun dalam hal manajemen kargo. Studi ini merupakan sebuah studi deskriptif yang akan mempelajari hubungan antara orientasi konsumen, kualitas hubungan serta manajemen kargo berdasarkan persepsi PT. 123 selaku konsumen dari 3PL PT. XYZ serta bagaimana hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dimana hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kualitas hubungan dan manajemen kargo terhadap kinerja PT XYZ namun untuk variabel orientasi konsumen tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja PT XYZ

ABSTRACTRisk or disruption can occur when a company works on its operations and can affect the performance into customer. In previous studies, there have been many studies that study the various conditions faced by companies both internally, externally and about their relationships with consumers which can have an impact, both positively and negatively on the performance of 3PL companies. Risks or disruptions can occur when they carry out their operational activities, either risk or disruption in terms of providing orientation to their customers, the quality of the relationship between 3PL and its customers or cargo management. This study is a descriptive study which study the relationship between consumer orientation, relationship quality and cargo management based on the perception of PT. 123 as the consumer of the 3PL PT. XYZ and how the relationship between the variables is. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis where the results of testing the hypothesis found that there is an influence between relationship quality and cargo management on the performance of PT XYZ but for consumer orientation variables does not have an influence on the performance of PT XYZ."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan konsep pengendalian internal dengan kerangka COSO atas pengadaan dan pengelolaan aset tetap dalam upaya peningkatan keandalan laporan keuangan. PT WAN merupakan perusahaan penyedia jasa logistik dengan menyediakan jasa angkutan darat. Dump truck dan alat berat merupakan komponen penting dalam aktivitas bisnis. Beberapa kejadian kekeliruan aset tetap seperti perbedaan pencatatan, ketidaksesuaian status kepemilikan aset, dan dokumentasi yang tidak memadai. Selain itu, aset tetap lainnya juga memiliki permasalahan seperti terdapat aset yang tidak dicatat dan didepresiasi dan ketidaktahuan nilai perolehan aset. Hal tersebut membuat PT WAN harus menginisiasi langkah yang tepat dalam menekan masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diolah diperoleh dari wawancara, melakukan observasi, analisis dokumen internal kemudian dievaluasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip COSO 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pengendalian internal atas pengadaan dan pengelolaan aset tetap perusahaan. Kelemahan tersebut adalah alur pengadaan, pencatatan dan penjualan aset yang tidak teratur, tidak tercatatnya seluruh aset tetap, dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang proses pengadaan dan pencatatan aset tetap. PT WAN harus membuat dokumen formal terkait SOP aset tetap, memberi label pada perlengkapan dan peralatan perusahaan, melakukan stock opname aset tetap setiap bulan, melakukan manajemen ulang data seluruh aset tetap perusahaan, menambah tenaga akuntansi dan memberikan pelatihan.......This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the concept of internal control within the COSO framework for the procurement and management of fixed assets in an effort to increase the reliability of financial reports. PT WAN is a logistics service provider company by providing land transportation services. Dump trucks and heavy equipment are important components in business activities. Several incidents of errors in fixed assets such as discrepancies in recording and asset ownership status, also inadequate documentation. In addition, other fixed assets also have problems such as unrecorded and depreciated assets and ignorance of the acquisition value of assets. This made PT WAN have to initiate the right steps to suppress the problem. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The processed data is obtained from interviews, conducts observations, analysis internal documents and then evaluated based on COSO 2013 principles. The results showed that there are still deficiencies in internal control over the procurement and management of the company's fixed assets. These weaknesses are the unorganized flow of procurement, recording and sale of assets, not recording of all fixed assets, and lack of knowledge about the process of procuring and recording fixed assets. PT WAN must establish formal documents related to SOPs of fixed assets, labeling the company's equipment and tools, carrying out stock taking of fixed assets every month, re-managing data on all of the company's fixed assets, adding accounting personnel and providing training."
