"ABSTRAKMasalah yang dihadapi oleh Departemen Perencanaan Material saat ini adalah menyusun perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan yang sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada di perusahaan. Dari masalah tersebut, maka tujuan dari studi ini adalah menyusun perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan sebagai upaya memperbaiki sistem yang ada.Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dan analisa, maka diusulkan pendekatan MRP (material requirements planning) sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah. Masukan utama dari metode MRP adalah master production schedule, bill of material, dan inventory records. Proses MRP meliputi : netting, lotting, offsetting dan explosion dengan menggunakan perbandingan tiga teknik lot size yang ekonomis.Dengan penerapan metode MRP yang diusulkan akan terjadi penghematan total biaya persediaan sebesar 22,04 %, dan pada akhir periode, persediaan sama dengan nol.Metode MRP dapat memberikan informasi yang diperlukan untuk pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

ABSTRACT

In this moment the Department of Material Planning was confronted the problem, there was once to order the planning and inventory control that adapted the company's condition. From it the problem, the object of this research to construct the planning and inventory control as means to improve the system.

After it was calculated and analysis, so the MRP (material requirements planning) approach proposed as alternative problem solving. The primary inputs of MRP were a master production schedule, a bill of material, and an inventory-records file. The MRP process consists : netting, lotting, offsetting, and explosion with used three comparing techniques of economics lot sizing.

With MRP method applied , so economics of total cost inventory was 22.04 %, and then the end period of inventory was zero .

The MRP method could give necessary information as consideration in the decision making."

"AbstrakThe development policy in Maluku Province cannot separate from the small islands that dominate the areas. Its central potentials are in the field of fisheries, agriculture, and mining. This research aims to analyze the potentials of the leading sector and to formulate policy priorities for regional development in Maluku Province. The research used in this research is Location Quotient (LQ), Growth-Ratio Model (MRP), Overlay, SWOT and Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results showed that in Maluku Province there are eight economic categories that have base sectors. The result of Growth-Ratio Model (MRP) shows that the sector with the highest average the ratio of growth in the study area (RPs) is mining and quarrying sector. Furthermore, Overlay analysis shows that government administration, defense, social security sectors are obliged to contribute to and the highest growth. The result of SWOT-ANP shows that policy priority in regional development is the acceleration of infrastructure development."
