AHF memiliki kemampuan menghambat pertumbuhan S.sanguinis paling efektif pada konsentrasi 100% ......Dental and oral diseases in Indonesia is still widely found in different societies. The prevalence of caries in Indonesia is still relatively high. S.sanguinis along with S.mutans plays a role in the early stages of caries formation. Ammonium Hexa Fluorosilicate (AHF) is a new material for clinical application that are found for the development of caries prevention and the treatment of AHF application showed that it produces no staining on the teeth. This study aim is to look at the inhibitory effect on growth of S.sanguinis and S.mutans bacteria invitro than be compared with SDF and NaF as a control. The concentration of AHF tested is 100%, 50%, and 25%. As to measure zone of inhibition, diffusion test was performed on BHI and BHI agar mediums. From the diffusion test on BHA medium, the scores of inhibitory zone are: 12,8mm (100%), 7.3mm (50%), dan 7,5mm (25%). The concluded that AHF has the most effective concentration on inhibiting the growth of S.sanguinis at 100%.

This research addresses the problem of finding a minimum Hamming Weight by proposing a left-to-right recoding of integers (from the most significant bit to the less significant one). This representation is the enhanced and modified version of a well-known recoding method called Generalized Non-Adjacent Form (G-NAF). Scanning the digits from the left-to-right is called Modified Generalized Signed Digit Non-Adjacent Form (MGSDNAF), which unlike the G-NAF, presents the ‘nice property’ to be obtained. A ‘nice property’ is one that is based on intuition and is particularly desirable to be obtained in a given context. This processing direction is of great importance because a table of pre-computed values may be used to speed up the scalar multiplication only for that direction. A subsequent advantage is that recoding the exponent in advance is not required. This results in better performances in both running time and memory space. This representation method can reduce the Hamming Weight of integers from about 21.6% for radix 3 to 15.1% for radix 9. These numbers for G-NAF recoding are 16.7% and 8.9% respectively. Comparing these numbers together shows that efficiency of the proposed method in reducing the Hamming Weight is more than the efficiency of G-NAF, which is from 30% (for radix 3) to more than 65% (for radix 9) more efficient in reducing the Hamming Weight. Finally, two radix 3 single scalar multiplication methods for Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), which are based on G-NAF and Left-to-Right MGSDNAF, are compared in order to examine the application of the proposed method in cryptography. The results show that the proposed method can reduce the number of underlying arithmetic operations in single scalar multiplication by 14.1% while G-NAF can only reduce this number by 11.5%.

......Deformation detection efforts after an earthquake are very important as a means of monitoring unexpected disaster events. Earthquakes can cause the earth's crust to deform. Yedisu is located in Eastern Turkey, this region has experienced 6 earthquakes in June 2020. This study aims to obtain the distribution and value of vertical deformation in Yedisu (East Turkey) in June 2020. Differential Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (DinSAR) is a a microwave remote sensing method by utilizing the phase difference of two SAR images to investigate the phenomenon of surface deformation with an accuracy of centimeters to millimeters with a large area coverage. This study uses two Sentinel-1A satellite image data on June 8, 2020 and June 20, 2020 by utilizing the DinSAR method to observe ground surface deformation. The results of this study showed that there was subsidence deformation, where the value of land subsidence ranged from 0.001 meters to 0.11 meters. It is believed that this deformation was caused by tectonic earthquake act4ity on June 14, 2020 and June 15, 2020 and the active North Anatolia Fault (NAF).

In this experiment X-ray diffraction was used to measure the diffraction spaces of some crystal units, namely MgO, LiF and NaF. Monochromatics X-rays with 0.154 nm wavelength scattered by those crystals according the Bragg's law. Using tel -X-Ometer (Tel 580) it was found that the diffraction space of MgO is 0.456 nm, LiF is 0.415 nm and of NaF is o.458 nm. These results differ from the numbers reported in the Handbook lattice spacing about 8,3 % fo MgO; 2,98% for LiF; and 0,87% for NaF
