Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas penetapan Nilai Jual Kendaraan Bermotor pada kendaraan ubah bentuk offroad di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menggambarkan analisis penetapan Nilai Jual Kendaraan Bermotor pada kendaraan ubah bentuk offroad dan masalah-masalah yang ada dalam proses penetapannya. Penetapan Nilai Jual Kendaran Bermotor pada kendaraan ubah bentuk offroad dilakukan berdasarkan harga pasaran umum dan nilai ubah bentuknya. Permasalahan dalam penetapan Nilai Jual Kendaraan Bermotor ubah bentuk offroad disebabkan pihak Dinas Pendapatan Daerah tidak bekerjasama dengan bengkel spesialis dalam penentuan nilai ubah bentuk dan kurang cermatnya pihak kepolisian dalam proses cek fisik kendaraan bermotor ubah bentuk offroad. ......This undergraduate thesis analyses the determination of vehicle selling value on the offroad modificated vehicle in Jakarta. This research purposes are to describe the analysis in determining the vehicle selling value of offroad vehicle and probelems that occur due to the determination. The basis in determining the value is based on the market value and the modification value. Furthermore, the problems that occur during the determination are generated by the non-cooperativeness of the local revenue division (dinas pendapatan daerah) with the related automotive workshop in determining the modification value; morever the judicative is also less prudent in physically testing of the offroad modificated vehicle.
