ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul "PEMENUIIAN HAK ATAS RASA AMAN DAN BEBAS DART KETAKUTAN DALAM PELAKSANAAN ADMISI DAN ORIENTASI NARAPIDANA DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN NARKOTIKA KLAS IIA JAKARTA". Latar belakang pemilihan judul ini didasarkan pada kajian empiris dan teoritis, bahwa tahap admisi dan orientasi narapidana merupakan fase kritis yang menentukan keberhasilan pembinaan narapidana sehingga diperlukan pemenuhan hak-hak asasi narapidana. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Klas HA Jakarta dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Beranjak dari latar belakang di alas, rumusan masalah yang mengemuka adalah : (1) Apakah narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Narkotika Jakarta merasa terpenuhi hak atas rasa aman dan bebas dari ketakutan selama masa admisi dan orientasi; (2) Faktor apakah yang menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak alas rasa aman dan bebas dari ketakutan selama masa admisi dan orientasi narapidana. Untuk mencari jawaban atas pertanyaan penelitian tersebut, metoda pengolahan data yang dilakukan mengarah pada metode deskriptif eksplanatory. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa selama dalam pelaksanaan admisi dan orientasi, hak narapidana atas rasa aman dan bebas dari ketakutan belum terpenuhi. Adapun faktor yang menghambat pemenuhan hak atas rasa aman itu adalah kondisi over crowded, emosi narapidana yang labil, tidak memadainya kualitas pengetahuan dan pemahaman petugas terhadap hak asasi manusia, punish and reward yang kurang ditegakan, dan prosedur pengaduan yang panjang. Memperhatikan hasil penelitian tentang kondisi aktual pemenuhan hak atas rasa aman dan bebas dari ketakutan dalam pelaksanaan admisi dan orientasi narapidana maka perlu dilakukan pengurangan isi lembaga pemasyarakatan, pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang hak asasi manusia terhadap petugas lembaga pemasyarakatan, penerapan sanksi yang tegas dan terukur, menyederhanakan prosedur penyampaian keluhan
ABSTRACT
The title of this research is THE FULFILLMENT OF SECURE AND FREE FROM FEAR RIGHTS OF INMATES ON THE ADMISSION AND ORIENTATION STAGE IN CLASS IIA NARCOTICS CORRECTION INSTITUTION - JAKARTA". The background reason why author decide to choose this title is based on empirical and theoretical studies, that the stage of admission and orientation of inmates is a critical phase in which decides the success of inmates' treatments. In this stage, the fulfillment of human rights for inmates is a necessity. The locus of research is taken in Class HA Narcotics Correction Institution by using qualitative research method. Based on the background above, the construction of problems which developed are: (1) Do the inmates in Class IIA Narcotics Correction Institution feel that the rights of secure and free from fear has been fulfilled in the admission and orientation stage?. (2) Define the factors that become obstacles in order to fulfill the rights of secure and free from fear on the admission and orientation stage. In case of finding the answer of those research questions, the data processing method directed to explanatory descriptive method. The result of research shows that during the admission and orientation stage the rights of secure and free from fear of inmates have not fulfilled yet. However, some factors which become obstacles in fulfillment of the rights of secure are: over crowding condition, instability of inmates emotions, the limitation of human rights knowledge and understanding of officers, punishment and reward norms are not promoted in every aspect of admission and orientation stage, and a long complain procedure. Focusing on the research result about the actual situation in rights secure and free from fear fulfillment of inmates on the admission and orientation stage, several methods shall be taken such as: decreasing the amount of inmates in correction institution, training and education of human rights for officers, implementation of strict and reliable punishment, and simplify the complain procedure.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan antara prokrastinasi akademis dengan tiga jenis goal orientation, yakni mastery orientation, performance approach orientation dan performance avoidance orientation. Prokrastinasi diukur dengan melihat frekuensi menunda serta persepsi individu mengenai seberapa besar dampak prokrastinasi. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistika korelasi parsial. Untuk memahami lebih dalam arah hubungan antara goal orientation dengan prokrastinasi akademis, dilakukan pengujian korelasi tambahan antara jenis goal orientation dengan alasan-alasan melakukan prokrastinasi. Penelitian terhadap 208 mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa mastery orientation memiliki hubungan yang signifikan negatif dengan prokrastinasi akademis, sementara performance approach orientation memiliki hubungan yang signifikan positif dengan prokrastinasi. Di sisi lain performance avoidance orientation tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, namun jenis goal orientation ini paling banyak banyak berhubungan positif signifikan dengan alasan melakukan prokrastinasi. Analisa tambahan menunjukkan bahwa jenis goal orientation paling dominan pada responden adalah mastery orientation. Sementara itu ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, perbedaan signifikan hanya ditemukan pada kecenderungan mengadopsi performance avoidance orientation.


ABSTRACT

This study investigated the relationship between academic procrastination and three types of goal orientation, that are mastery orientation, performance approach orientation and performance avoidance orientation. Two hundred and eight University of Indonesia’s students are participated in this study. Academic procrastination was assessed by the frequency of delays and person’s perception about problems related to the delays. To assess the relationship between those variables, partial correlation is used in this study. Since partial correlation cannot assess the correlation’s direction, additional analysis such as the correlation between goal orientation types and reasons to procrastination is necessary to be done. Mastery orientation was found to be inversely significantly correlated with academic procrastination, while performance orientation was positively correlated with the same variable. Performance avoidance orientation was not significantly correlated with academic procrastination, but this type of goal orientation was found to be correlated with most of procrastination’s reasons. Additional results show that mastery orientation is the most dominant adopted goal orientation. Meanwhile based on gender, the only significant difference in adopting goal orientation was found only in performance avoidance orientation.
