Abstrak :
Skripsi ini berisi ulasan yuridis UU Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 tentang larangan praktik monopoli dan monopoli studi kasus persaingan usaha tidak sehat pada pengiriman (outgoing) dan pengambilan (incoming) kargo dan pos di Bandara Kualanamu. Untuk itu dalam pembahasan skripsi akan dijelaskan tentang Praktik Monopoli dilihat dari perspektif Hukum Persaingan Usaha dan regulasi terkait pengiriman (outgoing) dan Pengambilan (incoming) kargo dan pos di Bandara Kualanamu. Penulisan skripsi ini mengkaji apakah telah terjadi pelanggaran Praktik Monopoli yang dilakukan oleh Angkasa Pura II telah terbukti adanya secara sah, dibuktikan dengan pemenuhan unsurunsur pada Pasal 17 UU Nomor 5 tahun 1999 sebagai pedoman dari kasus ini.
This thesis contains a juridical review of Law Number 5 the Year 1999 concerning the prohibition of monopolistic practices and monopoly case studies of unfair business competition on the outgoing and incoming cargo and post at Kualanamu Airport. For this reason, in the thesis discussion, it will be explained about Monopolistic Practices from the perspective of Business Competition Law and regulations related to outgoing and incoming cargo and post at Kualanamu Airport. The writing of this thesis examines whether there has been a violation of Monopolistic Practices committed by Angkasa Pura II that has been legally proven, as evidenced by the fulfillment of the elements in Article 17 of Law Number 5 of 1999 as a guideline for this case.
