"Pedagang besar farmasi sebagai fasilitas pelayanan distribusi berperan penting untuk menjamin ketersediaan perbekalan farmasi yang aman dan bermutu ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan lain dan/ atau PBF lainnya hingga sampai kepada masyarakat (pasien) sesuai pedoman CDOB. Untuk mendapatkan tingkat stok persediaan yang efektif maka perlu kebijakan pengendalian persediaan yang tepat. Analisis ABC sebagai salah satu pengendalian persediaan sediaan farmasi yang digunakan oleh Perusahaan PT SamMarie Tramedifa. Dalam praktiknya, kelompok obat pareto A masih terdapat kendala kelebihan stok. Olek karena itu, pengawasan pengendalian persediaan perlu dilakukan dengan menggunakan kombinasi ABC-FSN (fast-moving, slow-moving, dan non-moving) yang diharapkan dapat mencapai tingkat persediaan yang efisien melalui rencana pengadaan yang optimal dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat perputaran persediaan item tersebut selama periode 1 Oktober-31 Desember 2022. Berdasarkan hasil analisis 150 item obat kelompok A, ditemukan 9 item obat kelompok AN (Non-Moving), 20 item obat AS (Slow), dan 121 item obat AF (Fast) yang membutuhkan kontrol peninjauan persediaan, perencanaan dan metode pengendalian yang berbeda.

To get an effective inventory stock level, it is necessary to have the right inventory control policy. ABC analysis as one of the inventory controls for pharmaceutical preparations used by the Company PT SamMarie Tramedifa. In practice, the pareto drug group A still has problems with excess stock. Therefore, inventory control monitoring needs to be carried out using a combination of ABC-FSN (fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving) which is expected to achieve efficient inventory levels through optimal procurement plans taking into account the item's inventory turnover rate during October 1 - December 31, 2022. Based on the results of an analysis of 150 group A drug items, 9 items of AN (Non-Moving) group drug were found, 20 items of AS (Slow) group drug, and 121 items of AF (Fast) group drug that required inventory review control, different planning and control methods."

"Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) mengatur 12 aspek yang harus dipenuhi persyaratannya oleh Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), salah satunya adalah tentang bangunan dan peralatan. Suatu perusahaan PBF harus memperhatikan kondisi bangunan dan peralatannya untuk memastikan kualitas produk terjaga dengan baik dan dapat melindungi produk dari kerusakan. Dalam aspek tersebut, diatur juga mengenai kondisi suhu dan pengendaliannya. Pemantauan suhu ruangan penyimpanan perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa produk disimpan sesuai temperatur yang dipersyaratkan. Jika suhu tidak dipantau secara berkala, dapat terjadi penyimpangan suhu terlalu tinggi, terutama untuk ruangan penyimpanan biasa, dimana persyaratan suhu < 30oC. Laporan praktik kerja ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemantauan suhu mingguan pada ambient room PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading DC – 3 Cikarang untuk memastikan suhu pada ambient room sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah ditentukan dan mengetahui suhu terendah dan tertinggi pada ambient room saat pemantauan mingguan. Hasil pemantauan suhu menunjukkan ambient room memiliki rata – rata suhu 28,92oC di titik tertinggi dan 28,56oC di titik terendah, dimana suhu minimum dan maksimum masing - masing titik adalah 26,60 dan 32,30oC di titik tertinggi dan 26,90 dan 31,20oC di terendah.

If the temperature is not monitored regularly, a temperature deviation may occur, especially for ordinary storage rooms, where the temperature requirement is < 30oC. This work practice report aims to conduct weekly temperature monitoring in the ambient room of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading DC - 3 Cikarang to ensure that the temperature in the ambient room is in accordance with predetermined requirements and to determine the lowest and highest temperatures in the ambient room during weekly monitoring. The temperature monitoring results show that the ambient room has an average temperature of 28.92oC at the highest point and 28.56oC at the lowest point, where the minimum and maximum temperatures at each point are 26.60 and 32.30oC at the highest point and 26.90 and 31.20oC at the lowest."
