"Penelitian ini mengenai persepsi karyawan tetap Divisi Sumber Daya Sarana dan Umum, PT Askes (Persero) Kantor Pusat atas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Smith, Kendall, dan Hulin, yaitu pekerjaan itu sendiri, imbalan, kesempatan promosi, supervisi, dan rekan kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa mayoritas responden merasa puas. Pada penelitian ini didapati kesempatan promosi memiliki tingkat kepuasan terendah; sedangkan rekan kerja memiliki tingkat kepuasan tertinggi.

This research is about perception of permanent employee of Resource and General Division, PT Askes (Persero) Head Office to factors that influence employee job satisfaction, based on theory from Smith, Kendall, and Hulin that consists of five dimensions, namely the work itself, pay, promotion opportunity, supervision, and coworkers. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The result of this research shows that majority of respondents have been satisfy with their condition. This research also found that promotion opportunity has the lowest score level; while coworkers has the highest score level."

"Motivation have a primary needs in an organization, in sub part of chief administration and protocol which an organization having main task and function to operate programs in which formal programs in government of Depok City where an organization have needs good works motivation. When doing a task in protocol division, good motivation in each implementer employees was needed.
This research has describe to look and description a perception of employees about work motivation in sub part of chief administration and protocol of general division regional secretarial Depok city. This research using a quantitative method with a type description research and use cross sectional survey dimension. Total population in this research is 30 respondent and use total sample technique. All data has a count by SPSS version 15.
Mc.Clelland (Needs Theory) has a focus about three factor; needs of success, needs of power or work authority and needs affiliation. Need of success consist of indicatorindicator work result, timing of finished works, resolve problems and detention in work and effectively. Needs of power consist of authority and responsibility. Needs affiliation consists of relationship with work partner, relationship with a chief and level of participation in organization. Based on process data result find out an employees perception about work motivation in sub part of chief administration and protocol of general secretariat regional city of Depok in high level."

"Selebiriti merupakan figur yang mendapatkan sorotan publik. Hal ini yang sering dimanfaatkan oleh pengiklan untuk mempromosikan produknya. Penelitian ini ingin melihat perbandingan pengaruh persepsi pada endorser dalam dua iklan televisi (TVC) Pond?s White Beauty terhadap sikap pada merek Pond?s White Beauty. Teori yang digunakan adalah VisCAP Model dan Hierarchy of Effect.
Penelitian ini menerapkan paradigma positivis, pendekatan kuantitatif, metode eksperimen, dan merupakan penelitian eksplanatif komparatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Korelasi Pearson dan T-Test untuk menguji menguji pengaruh persepsi pada endorser terhadap sikap pada merek dan untuk menguji perbedaan antara 2 kelompok penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi responden pada endorser selebiriti lebih positif dibandingkan pada endorser non-selebriti. Dari hasil pengukuran juga dapat dilihat bahwa sikap responden terhadap merek Pond?s White Beauty lebih positif saat melihat iklan yang dibintangi oleh selebriti. Kemudian, hasil penelitian juga membuktikan adanya korelasi positif antara persepsi pada endorser dengan sikap pada merek.

Celebirities are figures that attract attention of the general public. This issue is often manipulated by advertisers to promote their products. This research is aimed at comparing the influence of perception on endorsers in two Pond?s White Beauty advertisements towards the latter?s brand attitude. The theory used is the VisCAP Model and the Hierarchy of Effect Model.
This research applies positivism paradigm, quantitative approach, experimental methods, and represents a comparative and explanatative research. This research uses Pearson`s Correlation and T-Test to test the influence of perception on endorsers towards brand attitude and to test difference between 2 research groups.
Research outcomes reveal that respondents perception on the endorser who is a celebrity is more positive as compared to non celebrity. Measurement indicators also show that respondents attitude on Pond`s White Beauty brand is more positive upon seeing an advertisement starred by a celebrity. Furthermore, this research also proves a positive correlation between perception on the endorser and brand attitude."
