"ABSTRAKInteraksi antara mangsa, pemangsa sekunder dan pemangsa primer dalam model mangsa-pemangsa dengan pemanenan pada populasi mangsa akan diperkenalkan dalam skripsi ini. Interaksi yang terjadi dapat dideskripsikan sebagai piramida makanan, dengan mangsa berada di tingkat terendah piramida makanan, pemangsa sekunder di tengah-tengah piramida makanan, dan pemangsa primer di atas piramida makanan. Intervensi manusia dibutuhkan untuk mengendalikan populasi mangsa dan akan dianalisis bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap eksistensi populasi pemangsa sekunder dan populasi pemangsa primer. Titik keseimbangan dan kriteria eksistensi serta kestabilan lokal akan dianalisa untuk menemukan syarat yang akan menjamin koeksistensi sistem ini. Beberapa simulasi numerik akan diberikan untuk menggambarkan hasil analisia. Berdasarkan hasil analisia, diperoleh bahwa selama laju pemanenan pada populasi mangsa lebih kecil dari tingkat pertumbuhan intrinsik mangsa, koeksistensi dari masing-masing populasi akan tercapai.

ABSTRACTnteraction between prey, secondary predator, and primary predator as a mathematical model of one prey and two predator system with constant harvesting in prey population will be introduced in this thesis. Their interaction might describe as a food pyramid, with the prey is in the lowest level of pyramid, secondary predator in the middle of food pyramid, and primary predator in the top of food pyramid. Human intervention to controlling prey population is needed and will be analyzed how this will effect on the existence of secondary predator population and primary predator population. Equilibrium points with their existence criteria and local stability will be analyzed to find a threshold that will guarantee the coexistence of this system. Some numerical simulation will be given to illustrate the analytical results. We find that as long as harvesting rate in prey population is smaller than prey recruitment rate, coexistence might achieved."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai skema piramida dalam pendistribusian barang sebagai tindak pidana sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 105 Undang-Undang No. 7 Tahun 2014 tentang Perdagangan. Pada pasal tersebut melarang setiap pelaku usaha distribusi untuk menerapkan skema piramida pada kegiatan usahanya. Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui tindak pidana pelaku usaha distribusi dalam pendistribusian barang menggunakan skema piramida serta penerapan, persamaan dan perbedaan antara Pasal 105 Undang-Undang No. 7 Tahun 2014 tentang Perdagangan dan Pasal 378 KUHP tentang Penipuan. Pada skripsi ini penulis akan membandingkan tiga putusan yaitu satu putusan sebelum dikeluarkannya peraturan larangan penerapan skema piramida dalam Undang-Undang No. 7 Tahun 2014 dan dua putusan setelah peraturan larangan penerapan skema piramida dikeluarkan. Hadirnya Undang-Undang ini dapat menjadi suatu hal positif karena di Indonesia sudah terdapat berbagai kasus yang dimana pelaku usaha distribusi menerapkan skema piramida dalam proses kegiatan usahanya.

This thesis discusses pyramid scheme in the distribution of goods as a criminal act as regulated in Article 105 of Law No. 7 of 2014 on trade. The regulation forbids any business communities to implement the distribution system pyramid scheme in distributing goods.

The purposes of this thesis are to learn about criminal act done by business communities in distributing of goods with pyramid scheme and its practice, along with similarity and difference between Article 105 of Law No. 7 of 2014 on Trade and Article 378 of Indonesian Criminal Code.

On this thesis, the author compared three different court decisions the first is court decision before Law No. 7 of 2014 on Trade was assigned, the second and the third is after the Law No. 7 of 2014 on Trade was assigned. The presence of Law No. 7 of 2014 on Trade could be advantageous in Indonesia, given that there were so many cases where business communities implemented the pyramid scheme."

"Pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup manusia sehari-hari perlahan mulai bergantung pada kemajuan teknologi, salah satunya mulai dikenalnya investasi aset kripto oleh masyarakat. Perdagangan aset kripto dilaksanakan melalui pasar fisik aset kripto melalui Bappebti. Hal tersebut karena aset kripto sendiri dipandang sebagai suatu komoditi yang diperdagangkan di bursa berjangka dan diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 99 Tahun 2018. Namun, prinsip kehati-hatian dalam hal ini harus dikedepankan mengingat setiap aspek kehidupan tak luput dari potensi terjadinya tindak kejahatan, seperti potensi praktik skema piramida dan skema ponzi dalam ranah dalam ranah investasi aset kripto. Salah satu contohnya adalah kasus EDCCASH, sebuah investasi kripto yang mendasarkan kepada cryptocurrency E-Dinar Coin Cash. EDCCASH sendiri merupakan jual beli kripto dengan sistem perekrutan anggota baru. Pada tahun 2021 kemarin, terjadi system error pada aplikasi EDCCASH yang mengakibatkan perubahan nilai aset cryptocurrency yang bermuara pada kerugian. Kerugian ini menyebabkan investor melaporkan EDCCASH kepada pihak berwajib atas dugaan penipuan dan penggelapan hingga divonis 6 (enam) tahun penjara oleh Majelis Hakim dan EDCCASH diputus melanggar Pasal 105 jo. Pasal 9 Undang-Undang No. 7 Tahun 2014 tentang Perdagangan, yang berarti EDCCASH telah melakukan aktivitas skema piramida. Namun, kasus ini tidak menggunakan ketentuan mengenai aset kripto sebagaimana yang diatur dalam SK Bappebti, sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan apakah kasus ini masuk ke dalam ketentuan skema piramida sebagaimana yang diatur dalam UU Perdagangan, ataukah sebenarnya harus dilihat sebagai kejahatan yang menggunakan skema ponzi. Belum ada peraturan perundang-undangan yang membedakan skema ponzi dari skema piramida, walaupun di beberapa putusan pengadilan Hakim menyatakan telah terjadi pelanggaran yang menggunakan skema ponzi, seperti pada putusan 163/Pid.B/2017/PN Mpw yang diadili di Pengadilan Negeri Mempawah. Sehingga timbul suatu permasalahan atas urgensi adanya peraturan yang membedakan pengaturan skema ponzi dan skema piramida dalam perdagangan barang ataupun jasa dengan melihat karakteristik kasus cryptocurrency yang dilakukan oleh EDCCASH.

Human's basic needs gradually become dependent on technological advances, one of which is the public’s awareness regarding investment in crypto assets. Crypto asset trading is carried out through the physical market for crypto assets through Bappebti. The crypto asset itself is seen as a commodity that sells on futures exchanges and is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Number 99 of 2018. However, the precautionary principle in this case must be put forward bearing in mind that every aspect of life does not escape the potential for crime, such as potential pyramid schemes and ponzi schemes within the scope of crypto asset investment. For instance, there is a case that involves EDCCASH in Indonesia, a crypto investment based on the cryptocurrency E-Dinar Coin Cash. EDCCASH itself is buying and selling crypto with a new member rehabilitation system. In 2021, a system error occurred in the EDCCASH application, which resulted in a change in the value of cryptocurrency assets which led to losses. This loss caused the investor to report EDCCASH to the authorities on suspicion of accusation and embezzlement and was sentenced to 6 (six) years in prison by the Council of Judges and EDCCASH was sentenced to violate Article 105 jo. Article 9 Law no. 7 of 2014 concerning Trade, which means that EDCCASH has carried out a sketch scheme activity. However, this case does not use the provisions regarding crypto assets as stipulated in the SK Bappebti, raising the question whether this case falls under the provisions of the scheme as stipulated in the Trade Law, or does it have to be seen as a crime using a ponzi scheme. There are no laws and regulations that distinguish ponzi schemes from pyramid schemes, although in several court decisions the Council of Judges stated that there had been violations using ponzi schemes, such as in decision 163/Pid.B/2017/PN Mpw. Hence, a problem arises from a need for regulations that distinguish the arrangement of ponzi schemes and schemes in trading goods or services by looking at the characteristics of cryptocurrency cases carried out by EDCCASH."

"Preservasi arsip adalah upaya pencegahan kerusakan pada arsip dengan melakukan perlindungan pada kondisi fisik arsip dan melakukan restorasi pada bagian fisik arsip yang mengalami kerusakan. Apabila preservasi arsip tidak dilakukan secara optimal, maka arsip dapat mengalami kerusakan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi penanganan arsiparis dalam upaya preservasi kondisi fisik arsip dinamis konvensional Unit Kemahasiswaan FIA UI, menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan kajian dokumen yang dikaitkan dengan survei preservasi arsip sesuai panduan Ritzenthaler (2010) dan upaya preservasi terhadap arsip dinamis konvensional Unit Kemahasiswaan FIA UI berdasarkan piramida preservasi yang dirancang oleh Teygeler (2001). Pengambilan data dilakukan bulan Februari hingga Juni 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar kegiatan preservasi arsip Unit Kemahasiswaan FIA UI telah dilakukan sesuai dengan komponen yang terdapat dalam piramida preservasi, tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam upaya penerapan preservasi arsip dinamis Unit Kemahasiswaan FIA UI yang perlu diperbaiki yaitu tidak adanya kebijakan khusus terkait preservasi arsip, tidak stabilnya suhu AC dan kelembaban ruangan, tidak adanya rak khusus untuk penyimpanan arsip di ruang Unit Kemahasiswaan, beberapa arsip belum ditata sesuai tahun penciptaan dan kode klasifikasi, dan restorasi belum dilakukan karena kurangnya sarana dan prasarana untuk melakukan restorasi.

Archive preservation is an effort to prevent damage to archives by protecting the physical condition of the archives and restoring the physical parts of the archives that are damaged. If archive preservation is not carried out optimally, archives may be damaged. This study identified the handling of archivists in an effort to preserve the physical condition of the conventional dynamic archives of the FIA UI Student Affairs Unit, using interviews, observation, document review methods associated with archive preservation surveys according to Ritzenthaler's guidelines (2010) and preservation efforts of conventional dynamic archives of the FIA UI Student Affairs Unit based on preservation pyramid designed by Teygeler (2001). Data collection was carried out from February to June 2023. The results of the study show that most of the FIA UI Student Unit archive preservation activities have been carried out in accordance with the components contained in the preservation pyramid, but there are still some deficiencies in efforts to implement FIA UI Student Unit dynamic archive preservation that need to be corrected, namely no archive preservation policy, unstable room temperature and humidity, some archives have not been arranged according to the classification code, and restoration has not been carried out."

Berdasarkan teori Piramida Preservasi yang mencakup preventive conservation, passive conservation, active conservation, dan restoration, penulis ingin melihat komponen apa yang telah dilakukan atau belum dilakukan oleh PDIKM dalam mempreservasi koleksi fotografi. Serta berdasarkan fungsionalitas PDIKM yang juga menjadi objek wisata, juga terdapat komponen preservasi yang kurang diperhatikan dan perlu ditingkatkan yang meliputi kebijakan preservasi, anggaran preservasi, pencatatan secara berkala kondisi lingkungan tenpat penyimpanan fotografi, serta kegiatan restorasi.

The Minangkabau Cultural Information and Documentation Center (PDIKM) as one of the information institutions is an institution that plays a role in efforts to preserve the existing photographic archives at the institution. Based on the theory of the Pyramid of Preservation, including preventive preservation, passive preservation, active preservation, and restoration Author would like to find what component those have or have not been done by PDIKM in preservating the photographic collection, Also, based on the functionality of the PDIKM which is also a tourist attraction, there are preservation components that are not being considered and need to be improved, such as the preservation policy, preservation budget, periodical checking on the storage where the photographic archive is restored, and restoration. For supporting this research, the writer enriched this with literatures. Moreover, for analyzing needs, the writer use theory that based from Koentjaraningrat whose his books talk much about human and culture. The result of this research tells that the ancient Egypt is the oldest advanced civilization. This Conclusion is proved by inheritance of the ancient Egypt, it is Pyramid."

"Pemanfaatan agama dalam promosi kegiatan bisnis bukan merupakan fenomena yang asing. Dalam praktiknya, hal ini semakin ditunjang apabila aktor yang melakukan adalah tokoh agama dan dihormati masyarakat. Namun, seringkali kepercayaan umat dan kekuasaan yang dimiliki oleh tokoh agama ini digunakan untuk melakukan penipuan yang disebut sebagai affinity fraud. Sosok tokoh agama dapat memanipulasi kegiatan bisnis yang merugikan seperti skema piramida menjadi bisnis yang diminati. Hal inilah yang membuat affinity fraud khususnya dalam promosi skema piramida memiliki urgensi tinggi untuk diberi perhatian. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kualitatif kritis yang membahas isu tersebut dengan menggunakan perspektif kriminologi kritis. Dalam penyusunannya, peneliti melakukan studi kasus terhadap viktimisasi enam orang korban affinity fraud dalam kegiatan perekrutan mitra bisnis PayLay. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status tokoh agama dan narasi keagamaan kerap digunakan untuk melakukan penipuan melalui eksploitasi kepercayaan umat terhadap agama mereka.

The utilization of religion in promoting business activities is not an unfamiliar phenomenon. In practice, this is further supported when the actors involved are religious figures who are respected by the community. However, often the faith of the followers and the power held by these religious figures are used to engage in fraud, known as affinity fraud. Religious figures can manipulate detrimental business activities such as pyramid schemes into popular businesses. This is what makes affinity fraud, especially in promoting pyramid schemes, an issue that requires significant attention. The research method conducted is a critical qualitative study that discusses this issue from the perspective of critical criminology. In its development, the researcher conducted a case study on the affinity fraud victimization experienced by six individuals who were recruited as business partners by PayLay. The research indicates that the status of religious figures and religious narratives are often used to deceive people by exploiting their faith in their religion."
