"ABSTRAKPekerjaan dan pelayanan kefarmasiaan harus dapat dipahami dan dipraktikkan oleh seorang apoteker. Untuk dapat menjadi seorang apoteker yang kompeten, calon apoteker harus memiliki wawasan dan pemahaman yang baik terkait pekerjaan kefarmasiaan yang nantinya akan dilaksanakan. Wawasan dan pemahaman tersebut didapatkan dengan adanya pembelajaran secara teoritis dan praktis. Demi terwujudnya seorang apoteker yang profesional dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasiaan, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan pelayanan kefarmasiaan pada institusi kefarmasian, seperti industri farmasi dan apotek. Industri farmasi dan apotek dapat menjadi wadah bagi seorang calon apoteker untuk dapat mengasah keterampilan kefarmasiaannya sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam dunia kerja nanti. Untuk itu, mahasiswa melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories dan Apotek Rizki. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKPA ini, mahasiswa mampu menambah wawasan, keterampilan, dan ilmu pengetahuan dalam melakukan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung di institusi farmai.

ABSTRACTPharmaceutical practices must be implemented and practiced by a pharmacist. In order to become a competent pharmacist, prospective pharmacists must have good insight and understanding of the pharmacy practice to be carried out. These insights and understandings are obtained through theoretical and practical learning. For the sake of realizing a professional pharmacist in doing pharmacy practice, one of the important things to do is directly in carrying out work and pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical institutions, such as the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies. The pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies can be a place for prospective pharmacists to be able to hone their pharmacy skills so that they can be applied in the current world of work. For that, students do Intership at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories and Apotek Rizki. With this internship, students are able to build insights, skills, and knowledge in pharmaceutical practice directly in pharmaceutical intitutions."

"Profesi apoteker berperan penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Satu hal substansial yang harus dilakukan adalah menjadi seorang apoteker profesional yang melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara langsung dengan berpedoman pada aspek etik. Oleh sebab itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kompetensi apoteker sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. Harsen Laboratories periode Januari – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu periode Maret 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan, meningkatkan keterampilan, memperoleh pengalaman, dan mengamalkan ilmu yang didapat.

Pharmacist plays an important role in pharmacy work. One substantial thing that must be done is to become a professional pharmacist who practices pharmacy directly based on ethical aspects. Therefore, pharmacist candidates are required to undergo professional practice as a provision in improving the understanding and competence of pharmacists before entering the world of work. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held in PT. Harsen Laboratories for the period January – February 2022 and Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu for the period March 2022. Through the PKPA process in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, pharmacist candidates are expected to obtain insight, improve skills, gain experience, and apply the knowledge gained."

"Apoteker memiliki peran penting di berbagai sektor yang meliputi apotek, rumah sakit, industri farmasi, distributor, dan sektor pemerintahan. Apoteker diharuskan untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker indonesia yang terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi ketika memasuki dunia kerja dan melaksanakan praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi tersebut merupakan kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh apoteker ketika lulus dan menjalankan praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Selain ilmu yang memadai, seorang calon apoteker juga diharapkan memiliki bekal pengalaman dalam menjalankan praktik profesi apoteker. Pharmacists have an important roles in various sectors which include pharmacy, hospital, pharmaceutical industry, distributor and government sector. Pharmacist is required to meet the competency standards of Indonesian pharmacist which consist of ten competency standards when entering the work and carrying out professional practices. This competency standards are the ability that pharmacist is expected to have when graduates and carry out the pharmacist's professional work practice. In addition to adequate knowledge, a prospective pharmacist is also expected to have experience in practicing the pharmacist profession. Therefore, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was carried out at PT Harsen Laboratories and Apotek Atrika during the period February - August 2020. "Kedudukan Apoteker pada industri farmasi telah tercantum jelas dalam CPOB yaitu berperan sebagai personil kunci dalam produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu yang harus independen antara satu terhadap yang lain serta merupakan apoteker purnawaktu. Mengingat pentingnya peran apoteker dalam industri farmasi, maka calon apoteker harus mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan yang cukup serta memiliki pengalaman yang memadai. Univesitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Guardian Pharmatama dalam mengadakan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai suatu sarana pembelajaran bagi calon apoteker yang berlangsung pada periode Juli – Agustus 2019. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, calon apoteker menjadi lebih siap ketika bekerja dan dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang dimilikinya dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian yang ada di industri farmasi. Selama PKPA penulis diberikan tugas khusus yaitu melakukan pembuatan standar waktu untuk kegiatan penyiapan mesin produksi. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengurangi waste time produksi yang berakibat pada pengurangan lead time produk serta meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.

The position of Apothecary in the pharmaceutical industry has been clearly stated in CPOB, namely having a role as key personnel in production, quality control, and quality assurance who must be independent from one another and are full-time pharmacists. Given the important role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists must obtain sufficient knowledge and have sufficient experience. Univesitas Indonesia collaborates with PT Guardian Pharmatama in holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) activity as a learning tool for prospective pharmacists which takes place in the period July - August 2019. With this activity, prospective pharmacists are more ready when working and can apply knowledge owned in order to overcome problems related to pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. During PKPA the author is given a special task, namely making time standards for production machine preparation activities. The purpose of this special task is to reduce production waste time which results in reduced product lead time and improves company performance."

Through the PKPA process in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and pharmacies, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and experience suitable for do pharmaceutical work."

"Apoteker mempunyai tanggung jawab yang penting di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek, yaitu pada proses pembuatan obat hingga pemberian obat kepada pasien. Apoteker harus menjaga mutu, keamanan, dan efektivitas obat agar pasien dapat memperoleh produk yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker perlu memenuhi Standar Kompetensi Apoteker agar dapat menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan rasional dan bertanggung jawab. Calon apoteker harus menjalankan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebelum dapat menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia dan Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna pada periode Januari hingga April tahun 2021. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini diharapkan agar seorang calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai pengadaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman produk jadi (obat) kepada distributor di PT Takeda Indonesia dan pengadaan obat hingga pemberian obat kepada pasien secara langsung di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna, serta memahami seluruh tugas pokok dan fungsi Apoteker di industri dan apotek.

The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is carried out at PT Takeda Indonesia and the Roxy Jakasampurna Pharmacy in the period January to April 2021. This Pharmacist Professional Work Practice activity is expected so that a prospective pharmacist can gain new knowledge regarding the procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products (drugs) to distributors in PT Takeda Indonesia and drug procurement to giving drugs to patients directly at the Roxy Jakasampurna Pharmacy, as well as understanding all the main duties and functions of pharmacists in industry and pharmacies."
