"ABSTRAKSeorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di apotek, rumah sakit, dan puskesmas. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Hidup Baru, Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama selama periode Januari - April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

ABSTRACTA pharmacist plays an important role in pharmacies, hospitals, and community health centers. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, an internship was conducted at the New Life Pharmacy, National Center General Hospital of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, and Kebayoran Lama Community Health Center. During internship, it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons, understandings and experiences to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

"Sebagai calon Apoteker, penting untuk memahami dan memenuhi standar kompetensi Apoteker dengan baik sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik kerja merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk mendukung kemampuan calon Apoteker dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya serta memenuhi standar kompetensi Apoteker dengan baik. Calon Apoteker harus mendapatkan gambaran secara langsung mengenai tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi, Apotek, maupun Pemerintahan. Calon Apoteker dapat mempelajari banyak hal sebelum memasuki lapangan kerja secara langsung serta mendapatkan pengalaman. Oleh karena itu, calon Apoteker di tempatkan di Apotek Kimia Farma, PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, dan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan selama periode bulan Februari – Mei 2019 untuk dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai calon Apoteker sebagaimana mestinya serta memperoleh pemahaman dan wawasan yang luas terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat pelaksanaan praktik kerja.

As a Pharmacist candidate, it is important to understand and meet the Pharmacist competency standards well before entering the workforce. Work practice is an important thing to support the ability of Pharmacist candidate to carry out their duties and responsibilities as well as meet the Pharmacist competency standards properly. Pharmacist candidate must get a direct picture of the duties and responsibilities of Pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Pharmacy, and Government. Prospective Pharmacists can learn many things before entering the workforce directly and gain experience. Therefore, the Pharmacist candidate is placed in Kimia Farma Pharmacy, PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, and the South Jakarta Administration City Health Office during the period February - May 2019 to be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities as a Pharmacist candidate as well as to gain a broad understanding and insight related to pharmaceutical work in the work practice."

"Health is the main capital needed by humans. Humans will continue to try to meet their physical and spiritual needs. Good health is health that is felt by all citizens in each country, of course Health Workers have an important role, in this case both Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and other Health Workers. Pharmacists are professionals in the health sector whose role is to provide information about medicines to be consumed, ensure that all production processes in the industry comply with GMP and are responsible for implementing drug distribution. Through Work Practice, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can understand what their duties and responsibilities are. Divided into 2 areas of specialization, namely industry and service. The practicals are held from March to October 2022. The practicums are carried out at PT Aventis Pharma, Kimia Farma K2 382 Pharmacy, Fatmawati Hospital, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta 3, and the Jatinegara Health Center as an illustration of the role of pharmacists in industry, distribution and service. Apart from learning directly from observing, prospective pharmacists are also given the opportunity to analyze the problems that exist in each workplace. Therefore, this internship report will discuss the problems and solutions proposed in each workplace.

Kesehatan merupakan modal utama yang dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Manusia akan terus berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan akan jasmani dan rohaninya. Kesehatan yang baik ialah kesehatan yang dirasakan oleh seluruh warga disetiap negaranya, tentunya Tenaga Kesehatan memiliki peranan yang penting, dalam hal ini baik Dokter, Apoteker, Perawat maupun Tenaga Kesehatan lainnya. Apoteker merupakan profesional di bidang kesehatan yang berperan dalam memberikan informasi tentang obat-obatan yang akan dikonsumsi, memastikan bahwa segala proses produksi di industri sesuai dengan CPOB dan menjadi penanggung jawab pada pelaksanaan distribusi obat. Melalui Praktik Kerja, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memahami apa yang menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Terbagi atas 2 bidang peminatan yaitu industri dan pelayanan. Praktik dilaksankan dari bulan Maret hingga Oktober 2022. Praktik kerja dilakukan di PT Aventis Pharma, Apotek Kimia Farma K2 382, RSUP Fatmawati, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta 3, dan Puskesmas Jatinegara sebagai gambaran peran apoteker dibidang industri, distribusi maupun pelayanan. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai masalah beserta solusi yang diajukan di tiap tempat praktik kerja.

Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di fasilitas pelayanan farmasi. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Guardian Pharmatama dan Apotek Atrika selama periode bulan Februari - April 2020. Selama PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker serta memperluas wawasan, pemahaman dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists must fulfill competency standards as requirements for get into working world and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when graduated and starting professional work practices. As a provision and experience for pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, therefore the Internship at PT. Guardian Pharmatama and Apotek Atrika was held on February - April 2020. During internship, pharmacists are expected to be able to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist as well as broaden their horizons, understanding and experiences to carry out pharmaceutical work in professional work practices."

"ABSTRAKApoteker memiliki peran yang penting di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit. Untuk menjalani praktik profesi, apoteker harus terlebih dahulu memenuhi standar kompetensi profesi. Terdapat 10 poin standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang diharapkan menjadi kemampuan seorang apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke dunia kerja untuk melaksanakan tugasnya. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 267. Bintaro dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode Bulan Februari-Mei 2020. Dengan adanya PKPA ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat menerapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 72 dan 73 tahun 2016 serta dapat menambah ilmu dan pengalaman untuk menghadapi dunia kerja.

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Periode Bulan Februari - Maret 2020 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Sedangkan, praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Roxy Depok Periode Mei 2020 bertujuan agar calon apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian.

Internship at PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Period February - March 2020 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, and understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. While, internship at Apotek Roxy Depok on May 2020 is intended to allow the apothecary profession students to directly understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, do the pharmaceutical practice accordance to laws and ethics, and fulfill the knowledge, skills, practical experience and also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues in the real conditition."
