Penulis akan membahas konten yang berunsur propaganda hitam yang dilakukan media pendukung pasangan Prabowo Subianto-Hatta Rajasa dan Joko Widodo-Muhammad Jusuf Kalla dalam pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden 2014. Konten bermuatan unsur propaganda hitam ini muncul selama masa kampanye dalam acara talkshow dan program berita TV One dan Metro TV. Studi ini mengungkap media yang memiliki konten keberpihakan politik dengan melakukan propaganda hitam dengan tujuan merubah pandangan dan opini publik yang mengarah pada pembangunan citra positif dengan menggunakan segala cara. Studi ini akan menyajikan fakta propaganda hitam sepanjang kampanye pemilihan presiden 2014 yang dilakukan televisi nasional. Tulisan ini akan memaparkan analisis konten media tersebut melalui kriteria dan unsur-unsur yang mengindikasikan sebuah konten yang dianggap memuat propaganda hitam.;The author will examine the content of black propaganda by media which support Prabowo-Hatta Rajasa and Joko Widodo-Muhammad Jusuf Kalla in the election of the president and vice president in 2014.

ABSTRACT
The content of this black propaganda elements emerged during the campaign period in talkshow and news programs in TV One and Metro TV. This study reveal that media have a political alignments content with black propaganda with the aim of changing the views and public opinion which lead to the development of a positive image by using all means. This study will present the facts of black propaganda throughout the 2014 presidential election campaign conducted by national television. This paper will present the analysis of media content through the criteria and elements that indicate a content that is considered to contain the black propaganda.;The author will examine the content of black propaganda by media which support Prabowo-Hatta Rajasa and Joko Widodo-Muhammad Jusuf Kalla in the election of the president and vice president in 2014. "Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kontroversi penundaan pemilu 2024 dan tagar Jokowi 3 Periode di media sosial Twitter yang menyita perhatian publik Indonesia pada tahun 2022 dan awal tahun 2023. Kontroversi ini menjadi bentuk propaganda yang dilakukan pihak tertentu dengan tujuan tersembunyi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, peneliti menggunakan data dari sejumlah literatur dan dokumen terkait, serta wawancara terhadap sejumlah narasumber sebagai dasar dilakukan analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, propaganda penundaan pemilu 2024 dan Jokowi 3 Periode mengancam dan berisiko terhadap berkembangnya berita bohong/menyesatkan (hoax), pesan provokatif dan ujaran kebencian. Walaupun polarisasi belum terindikasi terjadi, namun propaganda ini tetap berpotensi menimbulkan polarisasi masyarakat di masa yang akan datang. Di samping itu, kontroversi ini juga mengancam kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kualitas demokrasi Indonesia dan terganggunya stabilitas politik setahun menjelang pemilu 2024. Adapun teknik propaganda yang dijalankan mencakup tujuh teknik yaitu Name Calling, Glittering Generality, Transfer, Testimony, Plain Folks, Card Stacking dan Band Wagon. Sementara itu, dalam konteks strategi upaya pencegahan, pengawasan dan penindakan kontroversi ini berupa strategi pengelolaan informasi dan strategi kolaborasi pengawasan dengan meningkatkan kerjasama pertukaran data dalam konsep fusion center. Pihak terkait juga perlu melakukan pemetaan pada ancaman dan pihak yang berpotensi memiliki kaitan dengan penanganan suatu isu.

This research is motivated by the controversy over the postponement of the 2024 election and the hashtag Jokowi 3 Periods on social media Twitter which has captured the attention of the Indonesian public in 2022 and early 2023. This controversy has become a form of propaganda carried out by certain parties with hidden goals. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, the researcher uses data from a number of related literature and documents, as well as interviews with a number of informants as a basis for analysis. The results of this study show that propaganda for the postponement of the 2024 and Jokowi 3 Period elections threatens and risks the development of fake/misleading news (hoaxes), provocative messages and hate speech. Even though polarization has not yet been indicated to occur, this propaganda still has the potential to cause polarization in society in the future. Besides that, this controversy also threatens public trust in the quality of Indonesian democracy and disrupts political and governmental stability a year before the 2024 election. The propaganda techniques that are implemented include seven techniques namely Name Calling, Glittering Generality, Transfer, Testimony, Plain Folks, Card Stacking and Band Wagons. Meanwhile, in the context of the strategy for preventing, monitoring and taking action this controversy is in the form of an information management strategy and a collaborative monitoring strategy by increasing collaborative data exchange in the fusion center concept. Related parties also need to map threats and parties that have the potential to be related to the handling of an issue. "

Penelitian ini membahas tentang propaganda yang dilakukan oleh etnis Tamil dan Tamil Diaspora melalui media website dalam melawan pemerintah Sri Lanka pada 1997-2009.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Propaganda dari Garth S. Jowett Victoria O Donnell, teori Framing dan Collective Action Frame dari Robert D. Benford David A. Snow. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bantuan propaganda dan bantuan finansial dari Tamil Diaspora merupakan respon atas propaganda media yang telah dilakukan oleh etnis Tamil di Sri Lanka. Melalui website tamilnet.com daneelam web.com, etnis Tamil menyebarluaskan propaganda tentang kondisi diskriminasi yang dialami oleh etnis Tamil dalam melawan Pemerintah Sri Lanka pada 1997-2009.Untuk itu, melalui website tamilcanadian.com, sangam.org, tamileelam.dk, tamiltigers.net, tesoc.com, tamilnet.net.au, genocide.srilanka.co.uk, Tamil Diasporaturut menyebarluaskan propaganda tentang diskriminasi yang dialami oleh etnis Tamildi Sri Lanka. Menurut data temuan, Tamil Diaspora juga memberikan bantuan danabagi etnis Tamil di Sri Lanka dalam melawan serangan Pemerintah Sri Lanka pada1997-2009.

ABSTRACT
This research discussed about Tamil ethnic and Tamil Diasporas propaganda on thewebsite against Sri Lankan Government in 1997 2009. In order to analyze it, qualitative method and secondary data were used. This research used Propaganda Theory by GarthS. Jowett Victoria O Donnell, Framing and Collective Action Frame Theory by Robert D. Benford David A. Snow. The finding of this research showed that propaganda and financial support of Tamil Diaspora was a response from Tamil Ethnics website propaganda in Sri Lanka. Through the website of tamilnet.com, eelam web.com, Tamil ethnic propagate about the condition of discrimination experienced by Tamil ethnic against the Government of Sri Lanka in 1997 2009.Besides, Tamil Diaspora also disseminated propaganda about discrimination experienced from Tamil ethnic in Sri Lanka through the website of tamilcanadian.com,sangam.org, tamileelam.dk, tamiltigers.net, tesoc.com, tamilnet.net.au, genocide.srilanka.co.uk. According to the finding, the member of Tamil Diaspora also provided financial support for the Tamil Ethnic in Sri Lanka against the Government ofSri Lanka in 1997 2009. "

"Penilitian ini membahas tentanp propaganda yang dilakukan oleh Jepang melalui media kepada masyarakatnya sendiri. Perang Dunia Kedua adalah perang terdahsyat sepanjang sejarah modern. Perang tersebut lebih mematikan dari Perang Dunia Pertama karena melibatkan banyak warga sipil yang menjadi korban. Perang, tidak dapat dijauhkan dari propaganda. Propaganda adalah sebuah cara untuk memanipulasi fakta agar menimbulkan sebuah reaksi dari penerimanya untuk melakukan apa yang propagandis inginkan. Penerima dari propaganda tersebut biasanya adalah masyarakat luas. Karena propaganda memengaruhi banyak orang, propaganda dibutuhkan untuk memulai, melangsungkan, maupun mengakhiri perang. Selaras dengan hal tersebut, media cetak sebagai media informasi dan penyebaran juga tidak terlepas dari propaganda. Di Jepang, media cetak berpengaruh membentuk pandangan masyarakat Jepang terhadap perang pada masa Perang Dunia Kedua.
skripsi ini bertujuan menjelaskan tentang bagaimana media cetak mempengaruhi pandangan masyarakat Jepang pada masa Perang Dunia Kedua dan pada masa kapitulasi dengan menggunakan teori sejarah yaitu heuristik, verifikasi, eksplanasi dan historiografi. Dari pembahasan tentang propaganda dan media cetak di dalam skripsi ini, akan didapatkan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa propaganda di Jepang pada masa PD II dan masa kapitulasi mengalami perubahan-perubahan, dan media cetaknya pun ikut berubah, baik dari segi penyajian informasi, penggunaan kata, maupun teknik propaganda yang digunakan.

This research discusses the propaganda carried out by the Japanese through the media to its own people. The Second World War was the most devastating war in modern history. The war was more deadly than the First World War because it involved many civilians. War, can not be kept away from propaganda. Propaganda is a way of manipulating facts in order to generate a reaction from the recipient to do what the propagandist wants. The recipients of the propaganda are usually the wider community. Because propaganda affects many people, propaganda is needed to start, establish, or end the war. In harmony with this, the print media as a medium of information and dissemination is also inseparable from the propaganda. In Japan, print media shaped the Japanese society 39 s view of war in the Second World War.
This thesis aims to explain how the print media influenced the views of Japanese society during World War II and during the capitulation period with history research method, that is heuristic, verification, explanation, and historiography. From the discussion of propaganda and print media in this thesis, we can conclude that propaganda in Japan during World War II and capitulation period experienced changes, and the print media also changed, both in terms of information presentation, word usage, and technique propaganda used.
