Perangkat lunak NioPulse digunakan untuk simulasi, optimalisasi, lay+out& dan extract& sirkuit RSFQ superkonduktif sirkuit, termasuk komponen utama RSFQ, logic& gates&RSFQ,flip flops dan DC/SFQ converter. Semua proses dari simulasi dan extraction telah dijelaskan secara mendatail.
