"ABSTRAKPada saat mendatang, dunia kerja akan diisi oleh generasi milenial. Generasi ini mempunyai karakter dan aktivitas yang berbeda dengan generasi sebelumnya karena generasi ini selalu didampingi oleh teknologi sehingga dapat mengubah pola aktivitas dan rutinitas. Tingkat produktivitas generasi ini dalam bekerja dibutuhkan guna mendapatkan hasil kerja yang optimal. Salah satu faktor yang mendukung tingkat produktivitas adalah atmosfir ruang tempat generasi milenial berkegiatan. Atmosfir ruang mencakup keseluruhan kualitas spasial yang dihadirkan. Skripsi ini ditulis bertujuan untuk mengkaji atmosfir ruang sehingga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat produktivitas dari generasi milenial.

ABSTRACTIn the future, millennial generation will fill the work age. This generation has it own character and activities that entirely different with the previous generations because millennial grows with technologies by their sight, it can change the activity and routines pattern. Levels of Productivity in millennials while working is needed for receive the optimal work results. One of the factors that can increasing the level of productivity is the space atmosphere. Space rsquo s atmosphere includes all of the spatial qualities. This is written to analyze how atmosphere in space can affect levels of productivity in millennial generation."

"Komponen mendasar yang berfungsi untuk menciptakan ruang dari sebuah bangunan adalah dinding. Menggunakan cara tradisional untuk membangun dinding telah menjadi praktik yang tersebar luas. Studi ini membandingkan beton ringan dan dinding beton pracetak untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi bahan yang lebih efektif untuk konstruksi dinding di perumahan perumahan Indonesia. Semua informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber. Data yang perlu diolah untuk menganalisis topik penelitian ini adalah panjang dinding keliling dan volume dinding bersih. Penulis menganalisis biaya prefabrikasi, ereksi, dan peralatan untuk konstruksi dinding beton pracetak. Penulis juga menganalisis biaya pemasangan, plesteran dan penyelesaian, serta peralatan untuk konstruksi dinding bata beton ringan. Hasil dari kedua metode tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil pertama yang didapatkan adalah secara total harga bata beton ringan lebih rendah, dengan harga Rp 4.380.830,78 dibandingkan dengan dinding beton pracetak, Rp 4.558.123.752,63. Lantai rendah memiliki biaya penggunaan bata beton ringan lebih murah. Sebaliknya, lantai yang lebih tinggi memiliki biaya penggunaan dinding beton pracetak lebih murah. Temuan dalam makalah penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan sisi teknologi dan ekonomi pembangunan rumah di Indonesia.......A fundamental component that works to create or demarcate spaces from a building is walls. Using traditional means to construct walls has been a widespread practice. With the aid of columns, bricks are arranged in this manner. This study compares lightweight concrete and precast concrete walls to identify and evaluate more effective materials for wall construction in Indonesian residential housing. All the information needed for this study was gathered from numerous sources. The data needs to be processed to analyse this research topic: perimeter wall lengths and clear wall volume. The author analyses the cost of prefabrication, erection, and equipment for the precast concrete wall construction. The author analyses the cost of installation, plastering and finishing, and equipment for the lightweight concrete brick wall construction. The results from the two methods are then compared in a table and graph. There are several results obtained from this research. First, the used price of lightweight concrete bricks is lower, with a total price of IDR 4,380,830.78 compared to precast concrete walls, IDR 4,558,123,752.63 when compared in total. Lower floors have reduced prices for lightweight concrete bricks compared to a per-floor basis. In contrast, higher floors have a lower total price for using precast concrete walls. The finding produced in this research paper may improve the technological and economic sides of housebuilding in Indonesia."
