"ABSTRAK
Dalam penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode yang disebut sebagai Control Source Electromagnetic (CSEM) yang diintegrasikan dengan data seismik, yang dikenal dengan High Resolution Electromagnetic (HREM). HREM adalah teknologi explorasi yang dapat mengidentifikasi adanya hidrokarbon pada seismic section. Teknik HR-EM telah diterapkan pada lapangan Takara di cekungan Sumatera Selatan. Dalam studi ini, kami fokus pada cara yang praktis untuk menurunkan karakterisasi Reservoir dari data awal HR-EM yang diperoleh dari sinyal Electromagnetic survey berupa: Resistivity dan Induce Polarization yang diintegrasikan dengan Interval velocity atau dikenal dengan Integrated Attribute. Dengan mengintegrasikan ketiga parameter tersebut, maka kita dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan kita dalam interpretasi suatu prospect, serta dapat menurunkan resiko dryhole. Kemudian data tersebut di link dengan karakteristik reservoir seperti "Porositas?, "Saturasi air" dan "Ketebalan" dengan menggunakan Template sederhana sehingga kita dapat memperkirakan isi fluida daerah yang belum di bor jika memiliki lingkungan geologi pengendapan yang sama dengan daerah yang telah dibor.

ABSTRAK
This research uses a method which is referred to as the control source electromagnetic (CSEM), integrated with seismic data and well logs data. That?s why we call High Resolution electromagnetic (HREM). HREM is land survey technology which can identify the presence of hydrocarbons defined by any anomalies recorded in the seismic section. HR-EM technique has been applied in Takara field at South Sumatra Basin. This study is focused on practical ways to increase confidence level of our interpretation, as well as to reduce the risk of dry hole, by integrating the electrical properties from HR-EM data and elastic properties from seismic data. The elastic property is the interval velocity and the electrical properties are Resistivity and Induce Polarization derived from Electromagnetic signals. The integration of those three parameters is known as Integrated Attribute. Then those data is link with the reservoir characteristics such as porosity, water saturation, and bed thickness by using simple templates. Using this method, we can estimate the fluid content of un-drilled areas if un-drilled area has the same geological depositional environment as the drilled area."

"Latar belakang. Hiperurisemia merupakan salah satu parameter metabolik yang diperkirakan mempunyai peranan dalam perjalanan non-alcoholic liver disease NAFLD . Studi mengenai peranan asam urat dalam progresivitas penyakit hati masih terbatas.Tujuan. Mengetahui korelasi antara kadar asam urat dengan nilai Elastografi Transien ET dan Controlled Attenuation Parameter CAP pasien NAFLD.Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang melibatkan 113 pasien NAFLD dewasa. Dilakukan uji korelasi antara kadar asam urat dengan nilai ET dan nilai CAP. Lalu dilakukan analisis tambahan dengan membagi pasien menjadi 2 kelompok berdasarkan nilai ET dan CAP. Nilai titik potong ET untuk fibrosis signifikan sebesar ge; 7 kPa dan nilai CAP ge; 285 dB/m digunakan untuk membedakan steatosis ringan dan steatosis sedangberat. Faktor metabolik yang mempengaruhi derajat steatosis dan fibrosis dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dan dilakukan analisis regresi logistik.Hasil. Terdapat 45 pasien dengan steatosis sedang-berat dan 34 pasien yang mengalami fibrosis signifikan. Tidak terdapat korelasi antara kadar asam urat dengan nilai CAP koefisien korelasi r = 0,2 dan p=0,026 maupun nilai ET r = 0,151 dan p = 0,110 . Terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar asam urat antara kelompok steatosis ringan dibandingkan steatosis sedang-berat 6,31 1,44 mg/dL vs 6,94 1,62 mg/dL, p = 0,03 . Tidak terdapat hubungan independen antara hiperurisemia dan derajat steatosis. Sedangkan faktor yang berhubungan secara independen dengan derajat fibrosis signifikan adalah hiperurisemia OR 2,450; 95 IK 1,054- 5,697 dan kenaikan kadar glukosa puasa OR 3,988 1,105-14,389 . Kelompok fibrosis signifikan mempunyai nilai rerata kadar asam urat yang lebih tinggi 6,89 1,60 mg/dL vs 6,42 1,50 mg/dL walau tidak bermakna secara statistik nilai p = 0,145 .Kesimpulan. Tidak terdapat korelasi antara kadar asam urat dengan nilai ET dan CAP

Background. Hyperuricemia is one of metabolic parameter which has been considered to play an important role in NAFLD. There is still lack of studies or evidence about correlation between serum uric acid level with liver disease progression.Aim of the study. To know the correlation between serum uric acid level and the steatosis and fibrosis degree of non alcoholic fatty liver disease evaluated using Controlled Attenuation Parameter CAP Transient Elastography TE examination.Methods. This study is a cross sectional study using secondary data of 113 NAFLD. Correlation between uric acid level and the degree of steatosis and fibrosis were also evaluated. Cutoff value for significant liver fibrosis ge 7 kPa. Mild and moderate severe steatosis diagnosed with a cutoff value of ge 285 dB m. Each metabolic factors were analyzed using chi square test. Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed using logistic regression test.Results. Of 113 NAFLD patients, there were 45 patients with moderate severe steatosis and 34 patients with significant fibrosis. There was no correlation between uric acid level and CAP correlation coefficient 0.2, P 0.026 and ET correlation coefficient 0.151, P 1,110 value were found. The difference of uric acid level mean value was found between mild steatosis and moderate severe steatosis 6.31 1.44 mg dL vs. 6.94 162 mg dL, P 0,03 . Hyperuricemia was not independent risk factor of moderate severe steatosis. High level of fasting blood glucose OR 3.98, 95 CI 1.105 14.389 and hyperuricemia OR 2.501, 95 CI 1.095 5.714 were found to be independent risk factors for significant liver fibrosis. Significant liver fibrosis group tends to have a higher mean value of uric acid level 6.89 1.60 mg dL vs. 6.42 1,50 mg dL with a p value 0,145.Conclusion. There was no correlation between uric acid an CAP TE value"

"Pasien trisomi21 memiliki peningkatan resiko leukemia terutama tipe Leukemia Mielositik Akut(LMA). Proses leukemogenesis terjadi dalam 3 hit. Hit pertama adalah trisomi 21, hit kedua adalah varian gen GATA1 dan hit ketiga adalah mutasi somatik lainnya. Hit pertama dan kedua cukup untuk menyebabkan Transient Abnormal Myelopoiesis (TAM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pola varian gen GATA1 dalam memengaruhi TAM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pasien dianamnesa dan dilakukan pengambilan darah untuk pemeriksaan patologi klinik dan ekstraksi DNA. DNA akan dilakukan PCR, elektroforesis dan Sanger Sequencing. Data akan dilakukan analisis bioinformatik. Subyek terbanyak berusia 0-1 bulan(45,75%), dilahirkan oleh ibu <35 tahun(78,1%) dan lebih banyak dijumpai pada kehamilan multipara(71,8%). Kelainan laboratorium yang paling sering adalah anemia, dan lebih banyak dijumpai pada pasien 0-1 bulan, kelahiran aterm dari ibu primipara. Dari hasil analisis bioinformatik ditemukan 79 varian dan pada 32 pasien, di antaranya 10 silent, 67 missense dan 2 nonsense. Pada pengujian patogenisitas, nonsense mutation dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai pathogenic. Pada pasien TAM lebih banyak dijumpai hanya gejala laboratorium(62.5%) daripada pasien dengan gejala klinis dan laboratorium(37.5%). Keseluruhan varian nonsense menunjukkan gejala klinis dan laboratorium, pada varian missense didapatkan 47,7% sampel hanya dengan gejala laboratorium, sedangkan pada silent variant didapatkan 30% sampel dengan gejala laboratorium.
......Trisomy21 have increased risk of Acute Myelocytic Leukemia(AML). Leukemogenesis occurs in 3 hits. The first hit was trisomy21, the second hit was GATA1 gene variant and third hit was somatic mutation. The first and second hit were enough to cause Transient Abnormal Myelopoiesis(TAM). The purpose of this study was to determine the variant of GATA1 gene in influencing TAM. This research is descriptive cross-sectional research. Anamnesis dan physical examination will be done. Blood samples will be taken. DNA will be further processed through PCR, electrophoresis and Sanger Sequencing. The data will be analyzed bioinformatically. Most subjects were aged 0-1month(45.75%), borned to mothers <35years (78.1%) and were more common in multiparous pregnancies(71.8%). The most frequent laboratory abnormalities are anemia, these are more common in patients aged 0-1month, born aterm from primiparous mothers. From the results of bioinformatic analysis, 79 variants were found in 32patients, of which 10were silent, 67were missense and 2were nonsense. In pathogenicity testing, we found this nonsense variant is pathogenic. TAM patients were frequently found with laboratory symptoms only(62.5%). All of the nonsense variants show clinical and laboratory symptoms. In missense variant, 47.7% of the samples only show laboratory symptoms, while 30%silent variant shows laboratory symptoms only."

"The validation of Pressurized Water Reactor typed Nuclear Power Plant simulator developed by BATAN (SIMBAT-PWR) using standard code of COBRA-EN on reactor transient condition has been done. The development of SIMBAT-PWR has accomplished several neutronics and thermal-hydraulic calculation modules. Therefore, the validation of the simulator is needed, especially in transient reactor operation condition. The research purpose is for characterizing the thermal-hydraulic parameters of PWR1000 core, which is able to be applied or as a comparison in developing the SIMBAT- PWR. The validation involves the calculation of the thermal-hydraulic parameters using COBRA-EN code. Furthermore, the calculation schemes are based on COBRA-EN with fixed material properties and dynamic properties that are calculated by MATPRO sub routine (COBRA-EN+MATPRO) for reactor condition of startup, power rise and power fluctuation from nominal to over power. The comparison of the temperature distribution at nominal 100% power shows that the fuel centerline temperature calculated by SIMBAT-PWR has 8.76% higher than COBRA-EN and 7.70% lower than COBRA-EN+MATPRO. In general, SIMBAT- PWR calculation results on fuel temperature distribution are mostly between COBRA-EN and COBRA- EN+MATPRO results. The deviations of the fuel centerline, fuel surface, inner and outer cladding as well as coolant bulk temperature in the SIMBAT-PWR and the COBRA-EN calculation, are due to the difference of the gap between heat transfer coefficient and the cladding thermal conductivity."

"Gejala degradasi dalam isolasi peralatan listrik salah satunya ditandai dengan timbulnya fenomena peluahan sebagian. Peluahan sebagian adalah pelepasan listrik lokal yang sebagian menjembatani isolasi antar konduktor. Pendeteksian peluahan sebagian pada kubikel 20 kV diperlukan karena merupakan suatu tindakan preventif terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya suatu kegagalan pada peralatan listrik. Pendeteksian dilakukan menggunakan alat “UltraTEV Plus2 Partial Discharge Detector”. Ketika fenomena peluahan sebagian terjadi di kubikel 20 kV, gelombang elektromagnetik yang dihasilkan akan merambat keluar dari bagian dalam kubikel melalui lubang di selubung kompartemen logam kubikel. Hal tersebut akan menghasilkan Transient Earth Voltage (TEV) pada selubung logam kubikel. TEV dapat dideteksi secara non-intrusif dengan menempatkan probe TEV di bagian luar kubikel yang dibumikan saat kubikel sedang beroperasi. Sehingga, tingkat dan pengaruh dari faktor persentase pembebanan, kelembaban serta umur pemakaian terhadap terjadinya peluahan sebagian pada kubikel 20 kV dapat diketahui. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kelembaban dengan terjadinya peluahan sebagian. Pada saat pembebanan tinggi, suhu lingkungan disekitar kubikel akan mengalami kenaikan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan adanya perbedaan suhu antara di dalam kubikel dengan suhu sekitar kubikel atau dikenal dengan proses kondensasi. Kondensasi tersebut dapat membuat kubikel 20 kV menjadi lembab yang selanjutnya akan diakhiri dengan terjadinya fenomena peluahan sebagian.
......The phenomenon of degradation in electrical equipment is one of them characterized by the emergence of partial discharge phenomena. Partial discharge is the release of local electricity which partly bridges the isolation between conductors. Partial detection of discharge in 20 kV cubicles is needed because it is a preventive measure against the possibility of a failure of electrical equipment. Detection is carried out using the "UltraTEV Plus2 Partial Discharge Detector" tool. When the phenomenon of partial discharge occurs in cubicles of 20 kV, the electromagnetic wave produced will propagate out from the inside of the cubicle through a hole in the casing of the cubicle metal compartment. This will produce Transient Earth Voltage (TEV) on the cubicle metal sheath. TEV can be detected non-intrusively by placing a TEV probe on the outside of the earthed cubicle when the cubicle is operating. Thus, the level and influence of the percentage factor of loading, humidity and service life on the occurrence of partial discharge in the 20 kV cubicle can be known. The test results show there is a relationship between humidity and the occurrence of partial discharge. At the time of loading the peak, the ambient temperature around the cubicle will increase. This can cause a difference in temperature between the cubicles and the temperature around the cubicle, also known as the condensation process. The condensation can make the 20 kV cubicle become moist, which in turn will end with the occurrence of a partial discharge phenomenon."
