Penggunaan mesin yang terlalu lama dan secara terus menerus membuka peluang yang lebih besar terhadap kerusakan mesin yang akan menyebabkan terhambatnya proses produksi sehingga menyebabkan pemborosan. Salah satunya waktu henti (downtime) pada saat melaksanakan proses produksi. Adapun yang dapat digunakan dalam menganalisis penyebab kerusakan mesin yaitu dengan menggunakan metode RCA yaitu metode 5-Whys dan Fishbond Diagram. Perbaikan cutting horizontal/vertikal (3d) pada mesin stripping “M” merupakan kategori downtime tertinggi kedua, hal tersebut dikarenakan sering terjadinya mesin cutting yang tumpul dan tidak center. ......
