"Teknologi informasi pelelangan ikan menjadi kebutuhan bagi peserta lelang. Aplikasi Fish Auction Information System (FAIS) dapat mempermudah peserta lelang dalam aktifitas pelelangan ikan. Untuk dapat diterapkan pada pelabuhan perikanan di Indonesia, diperlukan penelitian mengenai feasibilitas aplikasi ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji usability aplikasi, mengetahui kesiapan peserta lelang terhadap aplikasi FAIS dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan peserta lelang dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi FAIS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan kesiapan aplikasi. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta lelang dari Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Muara Angke. Terdapat 30 responden dari populasi tersebut digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SUS untuk pengujian aplikasi, metode deskriptif Chi Square dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS dan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengujian usability aplikasi FAIS berjalan dengan baik. Indeks kesiapan sebesar 3,87 menunjukkan bahwa peserta lelang telah siap menerima tetapi membutuhkan pendampingan dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi pelelangan ikan. Dari analisis SEM, variabel pengetahuan merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kesiapan dan variabel modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar peserta lelang dapat mengikuti pelatihan atau penyuluhan terhadap aplikasi FAIS untuk mendorong kesiapan peserta lelang.

Fish auction information technology is a necessity for auction participants. The Fish Auction Information System (FAIS) application can facilitate bidders in fish auction activities. To be applied to fishing ports in Indonesia, research is needed on the feasibility of this application. The purpose of this study is to test the usability of the application, determine the readiness of bidders to the FAIS application and analyze the factors that affect the readiness of bidders in utilizing the FAIS application. This study used quantitative methods using System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaires and application readiness. The study population is bidders from the Muara Angke Fish Auction Place (TPI). There were 30 respondents from the population used as a sample in the study. Data processing using the SUS method for application testing, Chi-Square descriptive method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SPSS and Smart PLS applications. The results showed that the usability testing of FAIS applications went well. A readiness index of 3.87 indicates that bidders are ready to accept but need assistance in utilizing fish auction applications. From SEM analysis, knowledge variables are the most positively influential factor on readiness, and capital variables do not affect readiness. This study recommends that bidders can attend training or counseling on FAIS applications to encourage the readiness of auction participants."
