"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris tentang pola makan dan hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi ibu
dengan pola makan anak autis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tiga sekolah khusus gangguan perkembangan anak di
wilayah Jakarta Selatan, yaitu: (1) Sekolah Dasar Khusus “Pantara”, (2) Sekolah Khusus ”Permata Hati”, dan (3)
Sekolah Khusus Terpadu ”Mandiga”, pada April-Mei 2005. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga yang
mempunyai anak autis usia sekolah, yaitu 7–13 tahun. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang yang dipilih secara
acak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan
metode survei. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan persamaan regresi diperoleh Ŷ = 50,50 + 1,29X. Hubungan antara
kedua varibel dinyatakan oleh koefisien korelasi rxy= 0,57. Uji keberartian korelasi terlihat bahwa thitung = 3,65 lebih
besar dari ttabel= 1,70 yang berarti koefisien korelasi 0,57 adalah berarti. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh (rxy)² =
0,32, hal ini berarti bahwa 32,19% pola makan anak autis ditentukan oleh pengetahuan gizi ibu.
Relationship between Maternal Nutrition Knowledge with Diet Autistic Child. This research aims to get empirical
data on eating pattern and the relation between mother knowledge of nutrition with autis child food consumption. This
research was executed in three special schools of child growth trouble, that is: (1) Special Elemantary School of Pantara
(2) Special School of Permata Hati and (3) Special School of Mandiga all are un South Jakarta, in April–May 2005.
This research sample done at housewife having child of school age autis, that is 7-13 years. Sample that is accurate 30
persons who selected at random in this case. Sampling technique applied is technique purposive sampling. Hypothesis
test conducted by using equation of Y regresi = 50.50 + 1.29X. Equation show result which are positive between
accurate variable. Correlation coefficient (rxy) between mother knowledge of nutrition with autis child consumption is
equal to 0.57, later then got determinasi coefficient by correlation square (rxy)2 obtained by value 32.19%. Calculatioan
of coefficient determinasi above indicating that autis child food consumptioan determined by mother knowledge on
nutrition equal to 32.19%."

RINGKASAN EKSEKUTIF Bagian 1:Analisis SituasiDi Indonesia, keberadaan orang autis masih belum diberi perhatian khusus bahkan cenderung sering diabaikan. Akibatnya orang-orang autis sering disalahpahami oleh orang-orang non autis yang akhirnya menimbulkan stigma negatif dalam pikiran mereka. Stigma negatif membuat orang-orang non autis terutama mereka yang belum pernah bertemu dengan orang autis sebelumnya menjadi takut, menjauhi, bahkan melakukan tindak bullying terhadap orang autis. Keadaan ini mengakibatkan orang-orang autis semakin dikucilkan dari lingkungan bermasyarakat dan jarang ada orang yang mau berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dengan mereka kecuali keluarga atau kerabat dekat mereka.Bagian 2:Tujuan dan ManfaatTujuan utama dari film ini adalah untuk menginformasikan masyarakat non autis bahwa pada kenyataannya tidak selalu orang autis seburuk stigma-stigma negatif yang mereka miliki selama ini. Selain itu, film ini juga bertujuan untuk mengedukasi khalayak bagaimana cara berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi yang tepat dengan orang-orang autis. Dan pada akhirnya film ini ingin memberikan manfaat kepada orang-orang autis dan keluarganya agar diberi perhatian dan lsquo;tempat rsquo; yang layak di Negara ini.Bagian 3:Film yang DikembangkanFilm yang dikembangkan berjudul ldquo;Berbicara Dengan Mereka rdquo; yang menceritakan bagaimana kehidupan sehari-hari seorang yang autis dan bagaimana orang-orang di sekitarnya berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dengan dia.Bagian 4:Media Pre-test dan Rencana EvaluasiMetode pre-test yang dilaksanakan akan menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion FGD . Sedangkan metode evaluasi film akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survei online menggunakan kuesioner.Bagian 5:AnggaranAnggaran pembuatan film adalah sejumlah Rp. 362.000,00. Sedangkan untuk prakiraan pendapatannya sejumlah Rp. 390.000,00.

EXECUTIVE SUMMERY Part 1 Situation AnalysisIn Indonesia, the existence of autistic people haven rsquo t been given the special attention or even so often still being ignored. As a result, autistic people often being misunderstood by non autistic people and will leads to make negative stigmas inside of their minds. These negative stigmas make non autistic people ndash especially for them who were never met autistic people before ndash to be afraid of, avoid, and even bullied the autistic people. This condition makes autistic people to be even more excluded from the society and seldom there will be people who want to interact and communicate with them except their family or relatives.Part 2 Goals and Functions of Making This FilmThe main goal of making this film is to inform the non autistic people that in reality the autistic people are not always as bad as all the negative stigmas they have all this time. Furthermore, this film also wants to educate the audience how are the right ways to interact and communicate with the autistic people. And in the end the purpose of making this film is to help the autistic people and their families so they will get the special attention and the rightful lsquo place rsquo in this country.Part 3 Developed Film The title of the developed film is ldquo Berbicara Dengan Mereka rdquo ldquo Talk to Them rdquo which told the story about the daily life of a female autist and how the people around her interact and communicate with her.Part 4 Pre test Media and Evaluation PlanThe pre test method that will be held is Focus Group Discussion. And on the other hand, the method that will be used for the film rsquo s evaluation is online survey using questionnaire.Part 5 BudgetingThe amount of budget for making this film is Rp. 362.000,00. Whereas the estimation for the income is Rp. 390.000,00. "

Skripsi ini mendeskripsikan tentang ragam pengasuhan dalam empat keluarga dengan anak autis. Pengasuhan yang dilakukan oleh keluarga bertujuan supaya anak autis bisa diterima di masyarakat seperti anak normal pada umumnya. Keempat keluarga memiliki cara pengasuhan yang diyakini dapat meminimalisasi kebutuhan khusus anak autis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara in-depth interview dan pengamatan terlibat untuk mengetahui cara pengasuhan yang dilakukan masing-masing keluarga terhadap anak autis. Skripsi ini juga menjelaskan tentang adaptasi yang dilakukan asisten rumah tangga sebagai fictive kin sehingga mereka bisa bekerja mengasuh anak autis dalam jangka waktu yang lama.

ABSTRACT
This thesis describes the variety of parenting in four families with children with autism. Parenting is done by the family aims so that children with autism can be accepted like normal children in the society. The four families have their own way of parenting that is believed to minimize the special needs of children with autism. The data was collected with qualitative research method, by in depth interviews and observations participation to find out how each family cares for the children with autism. This thesis also explains the adaptation for housekeepers as fictive kin for children with autism for long periods of time. "

"The focus of this study is application DIR Model from Greenspan and Wieder for autistic child to develop his functional emotional developmental capacities. When we want to intervention with autistic child, we consider 3 aspects are Developmental (focus on functional developmental level), Individual (sensory proiile and individual differences), and Relationship (means interact between children and parents). The rationale of this study is autism which pervasive developmental disorder so he has dysfunction in two main areas are sensory processing and social engagement. DIR Model can help autistic child to overcome sensory processing ditiiculties and communication and relating in social context. The purpose of this study is autistic child be able to share attention, engage with, and interact purpeselirl way which are basic skills from functional emotional developmental capacities.
This research is descriptive study case. Subject is 6,5 years old boy who has low functioning autistic disorder. Research duration for 3 months started from September tmtil December on 2006. Intervention was divided with 3 program were Sensory Integration Therapy, Diet Therapy and Floortime Tlierapy. Subject followed 8 sessions sensory integration therapy and joined with diet program to control his behavior. Sensory integration therapy was conducted by therapist and dict program was controlled by pediatrician. Third intervention started from December 14th until 20th. Researcher had two roles, first as a therapist playing with tloortime methods with subject and the second as an observer when subject and his mother were playing together. Recording data by audiovisual data taking and interviewing method as the process was taken place.
The main result from this research is l) sensory integration therapy help subject to start shared attention and regulate any kind of sensory information; 2) dict therapy also has positive effect to his digestive system and help the mother to manage feeding habit; 3). Floortime therapy can develop functional emotional capacities in 3 areas: shared attention, engagement, and purposeful emotional interaction; 4) Sensory integration therapy can improve subject?s sensory reactivity so he more is alert with environment and help him manage his behavior calmly; 5) to develop functional communication capacities, jlooriime session is useful strategy. The reason is Ileortime can enrich the subject behavior when relating with therapist. The sensitivity to the subject sensory preferences made the engagement come easily. Play activities still focused on sensory-motor play. This findings means sensory integration therapy and dict therapy both are important to make basic skill for subject. Floortime is a basic tool to make the subject want to relate intentionaly with others in fun context."

"ABSTRAK
Pola sidik jari yang merupakan salah satu chi khas dari masing-masing individu yang tidak akan berubah dan berkaitm dengan genetika dan memiliki pola berbeda, maka dalarn penelitian ini mencitrakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pola sidik jari anak penyandang autis terhadap anak yang normal. Pada anak penyandang autis kebanyakan memiliki pola whorl serta pola pada jari kanan dan jari kiri tidak simetris, sedangkan pada anak normal kebanyakan pola jari lrenan dan jari kiri memiliki kesimetrisan. Dalam penelitiaan ini menghasilkan recognition rate dala training dengan Laju pembeLajaran a.U,2 dan epoc = 1000 tanpa PCA sebesar 98,51"A. dengan PCA sebesar 100% dan menghasilkan recognition rote data testing dengan laju pembelajaran a = 0,2 dan epoch=1000 tmpa PCA sebesar 78,33% dengan PCA sebesar 68,34%. Dengan demikian metoda jaringan saraf tiruan dapat digunakan untuk identifikasi anak autis dengan keakuratan 78.33%

The pattern of fingerprint is the which one of characteristic of a each individual that wm not be change and related with the genetics and also has a different pattern. so in this research differences finger print patterns from children with autism to normal kids. In most children with autism have a whorl pattern and the pattern of the finger right and left finger is not symmetrical pattern, where as in normal children most of the pattern off finger left and right finger has a symmetry.
