"Skripsi ini membahas perbandingan kedudukan anak perempuan dalam sistem waris adat Bali sebelum dan setelah keluarnya Keputusan Nomor 01/Kep/PSM-3/MDP Bali/X/2010 tentang Hasil-Hasil Pasamuhan Agung III MDP (Majelis Desa Pakraman) Bali. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar Majelis Utama Desa Pakraman lebih menggiatkan sosialisasi mengenai hak mewaris perempuan Bali dalam Keputusan Pasamuhan Agung III sampai ke daerah terpencil di Bali yang turut dibantu oleh akademisi dan masyarakat Bali. Selain itu agar Keputusan ini dijadikan payung hukum bagi institusi peradilan apabila terjadi sengketa waris adat Bali.
......The focus of this research is the comparative study of the status of daughter in Balinese inheritance system, before and after the Decree Number 01/Kep/PSM-3/MDP Bali/X/2010 Concerning the Result of Pasamuhan Agung III MDP (Majelis Desa Pakraman) Bali. This research is a qualitative research.
The researcher suggest the Majelis Utama Desa Pakraman to socialize the Decree of Pasamuhan Agung III regarding the new status of daughter in Balinese inheritance system to every region in Bali with the academicians and Balinesse people. In addition, researcher suggest the court to consider the Decree of Pasamuhan Agung III as reference in Balinese inheritance dispute."
