"Penelitian mengenai kualitas air Ciliwung telah dilakukan di tiga stasiun yang merepresentasikan bagian yang masih alami, wilayah yang sudah dilakukan penataan dan yang sudah di normalisasi pada bulan September hingga November 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kualitas perairan Sungai Ciliwung perbatasan Depok dan Jakarta Selatan berdasarkan makrozoobentos dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Biological Monitoring Working Party - Average Score Per Taxon BMWP - ASPT. Parameter lingkungan juga turut diukur dalam penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan 22 famili makrozoobentos antara lain Chironomidae, Tubificidae, Buccinidae, Physidae, Lymnaidae, Planorbidae, Thiaridae, Viviparidae, Ampularidae, Palaemonidae, Parathelpusidae, Corbicullidae, Lestidae, Lindeniidae, Libellulidae, Aeshinidae, Corduliidae, Erpobdellidae, Hydropsychidae, Glossiphonidae, Hymenosomatidae, Dugesiidae. Sungai Ciliwung perbatasan Depok - Jakarta Selatan memiliki kisaran nilai ASPT 3 ndash; 4,87 yang mengindikasikan bahwa kondisi perairan tergolong dalam kualitas perairan agak buruk hingga sangat buruk.

A research of water quality test in Ciliwung has been conducted at three stations representing the unconstructed area, settlement area and normalization area from September until November 2017. This research aimed to determine the quality of Ciliwung River across Depok ndash South Jakarta using makrozoobentos as bioindicator through Biological Monitoring Working Party Average Score Per Taxon BMWP ASPT method. Environmental parameter also measure.
The results obtained were twenty two families of makrozoobentos namely Chironomidae, Tubificidae, Buccinidae, Physidae, Lymnaidae, Planorbidae, Thiaridae, Viviparidae, Ampularidae, Palaemonidae, Parathelpusidae, Corbicullidae, Lestidae, Lindeniidae, Libellulidae, Aeshinidae, Corduliidae, Erpobdellidae, Hydropsychidae, Glossiphonidae, Hymenosomatidae, Dugesiidae. Ciliwung River across Depok ndash South Jakarta has ASPT range between 3 ndash 4,87 which classified as poor quality water.

"Kualitas air yang baik diperlukan untuk memastikan keamanan dan kemurnian produk farmasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai kegiatan pemantauan mikrobiologi dari sampel air yang merupakan komponen penting dalam industri farmasi. Kualitas air yang baik diperlukan untuk memastikan keamanan dan kemurnian produk farmasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel air, inokulasi kultur mikroba, pewarnaan gram, dan identifikasi mikroorganisme dengan API 20E kit. Proses pemantauan dilakukan secara rutin untuk mendeteksi potensi kontaminasi mikroba. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sampel WFI mengandung mikroba Burkholderia cepacia dengan probabilitas 97%. Burkholderia cepacia adalah bakteri patogen yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi serius pada individu dengan sistem imun yang lemah. Untuk mencegah kontaminasi mikroba, direkomendasikan pengaliran loop sirkulasi secara terus menerus dan penghindaran dead legs yang dapat menyebabkan pembentukan biofilm. Disarankan pula penggunaan metode identifikasi mikrobiologis lain untuk meningkatkan akurasi hasil. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemantauan kualitas air dalam industri farmasi untuk memastikan produk yang aman dan berkualitas tinggi serta menjaga kesehatan konsumen.

Good quality water is essential to ensure the safety and purity of pharmaceutical products. This research was conducted as part of microbiological monitoring activities on water samples, which are crucial components in the pharmaceutical industry. High-quality water is necessary to ensure the safety and purity of pharmaceutical products. The research utilized methods such as water sample collection, microbial culture inoculation, gram staining, and microorganism identification using the API 20E kit. Monitoring processes were routinely carried out to detect potential microbial contamination. Analysis results indicated that the WFI sample contained Burkholderia cepacia with a probability of 97%. Burkholderia cepacia is a pathogenic bacterium capable of causing serious infections in individuals with weakened immune systems. To prevent microbial contamination, continuous circulation loop flushing and avoidance of dead legs that can lead to biofilm formation are recommended. Additionally, using alternative microbiological identification methods is advised to improve result accuracy. This study underscores the importance of monitoring water quality in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure safe, high-quality products and protect consumer health.

"Penelitian mengenai kualitas air di Saluran Tarum Barat dilakukan di tiga stasiun yang merepresentasikan bagian awal, tengah, dan akhir pada bulan Februari hingga Mei 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas dari Saluran Tarum Barat dengan menggunakan makroinvertebrata bentik sebagai bioindikator melalui metode Biological Monitoring Working Party-Average Score Per Taxon BMWP-ASPT. Tidak hanya sampel makorinvertebrata, parameter lingkungan juga turut diukur.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh enam famili makroinvertebrata yaitu Naucoridae, Viviparidae, Parathelphusidae, Pisauridae, Palaemonidae, dan Thiaridae. Famili Parathelphusidae dan Pisauridae tidak terdapat dalam daftar skoring BMWP. Saluran Tarum Barat memiliki rentang nilai ASPT 4,25-4,5 yang termasuk dalam kategori tercemar sedang.

An assessment of water quality in Saluran Tarum Barat has been conducted at three stations representing the beginning, middle, and end of the canal from February until May 2017. This research aimed to determine the quality of Saluran Tarum Barat using benthic macroinvertebrates as bioindicator through Biological Monitoring Working Party Average Score Per Taxon BMWP ASPT method. Not only samples of organisms were taken, but environmental parameter also measure.
The results obtained were six families of macroinvertebrates namely Naucoridae, Viviparidae, Parathelphusidae, Pisauridae, Palaemonidae, and Thiaridae. However, Parathelphusidae and Pisauridae families are not covered in BMWP scoring list. Saluran Tarum Barat has ASPT range from 4,25 ndash 4,5 which categorized as moderate pollution.

"Penelitian mengenai kualitas air DAS Cilutung yang dilakukan pada tiga Sub DAS merepresentasikan kegiatan yang berbeda di lingkungan sekitar Sub DAS, diantaranya kegiatan mandi cuci kakus MCK pada Sub DAS Cideres, tambang pasir pada Sub DAS Cijurey, dan pertanian pada Sub DAS Cisaar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kualitas air DAS Cilutung, Majalengka, Jawa Barat berdasarkan makroinvertebrata dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Biological Monitoring Working Party - Average Score Per Taxon BMWP - ASPT . Parameter lingkungan juga turut diukur dalam penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan 23 famili makroinvertebrata bioindikator kualitas perairan, diantaranya Chrysomelidae, Cincidelidae, Gyrinidae, Heteroceridae, Baetidae, Cydnidae, Gerridae, Mesoveliidae, Naucoridae, Aeshnidae, Lindeniidae, Corduliidae, Lestidae, Libellulidae, Perlidae, Perlodidae, Hydropsychidae, Limnephilidae, Palaemonidae, Parathelpusidae, Viviparidae, Lymnaidae, dan Thiaridae. DAS Cilutung, Majalengka, Jawa Barat memiliki kisaran nilai ASPT 5--5,9 yang menunjukkan bahwa kondisi perairan tergolong kedalam kualitas air tercemar ringan.

A research of water quality assessment in Cilutung Watershed has been conducted at three Sub Watershed representing the diverse activities around them, which are toilet activites on Cideres Sub Watershed, sands mining on Cijurey Sub Watershed, and farming on Cisaar Sub Watershed. This research aimed to determine the quality of Cilutung Watershed, Majalengka, Jawa Barat using benthic makroinvertebrates as bioindicator through Biological Monitoring Working Party Average Score Per Taxon BMWP ASPT method. Environmental parameter is also measured.

"Penelitian mengenai kualitas Sungai Pesanggrahan telah dilakukan di sembilan stasiun pengamatan di sepanjang sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas sungai dengan menggunakan makroozoobentos sebagai objek yang diteliti dan Biological Monitoring Working Party -- Average Score Per Taxon (BMWP -- ASPT) sebagai metode yang dipakai. Identifikasi sampel dilakukan di Laboratorium Ekologi, Jurusan Biologi, FMIPA, Universitas Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 13 Famili makrozoobentos antara lain Hydropsycidae, Libellulidae, Aeshnidae, Lestidae, Chironomidae, Palaemonidae, Potamoidea, Viviparidae, Ampullaridae, Thiaridae, Corbiculidae, Tubificidae, Hirudinae, dan Glossiphoniidae. Nilai (Average Score Per Taxon) ASPT berkisar antara 1--4,75. Berdasarkan nilai ASPT terlihat bahwa Sungai Pesanggrahan dari Hulu (Bogor, Jawa Barat) sampai Hilir (Kembangan, DKI Jakarta) telah mengalami pencemaran tingkat sedang sampai berat, dengan ditandai adanya pencemaran organik dan anorganik yang tinggi.

Research on the quality of the Pesanggrahan River has been performed in nine observation stations along the river. This study aims to determine the quality of the river using makroozoobentos as the object and Biological Monitoring Working Party -- Average score per taxon (BMWP -- ASPT) method. Identification of samples was conducted in Laboratory of Ecology, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia. There are 13 Families of makrozoobentos: Hydropsycidae, Libellulidae, Aeshnidae, Lestidae, Chironomidae, Palaemonidae, Potamoidea, Viviparidae, Ampullaridae, Thiaridae, Corbiculidae, Tubificidae, Hirudinae, and Glossiphoniidae. Value of ASPT (Average Score Per Taxon) ranged from 1--4.75. Based on the value of ASPT, the Pesanggrahan River from Upstream (Bogor, West Java) to Downstream (Kembangan, DKI Jakarta) has been experienced moderate to high level of pollution with indication of high organic and inorganic pollution."

"Penelitian bertujuan untuk menilai kualitas Sungai Cibareno di Banten, Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyatakan hasil identifikasi makrozoobentos sebagai bioindikator yang diambil dari 9 stasiun penelitian di Sungai Cibareno. Analisis makrozoobentos dalam rangka pemantauan kualitas Sungai Cibareno menggunakan Biological Monitoring Working Party - Average Score per Taxon (BMWP - ASPT) pada tingkat famili atau kelompok makrozoobentos berdasarkan toleransinya terhadap cemaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bagian hulu, tengah, dan hilir sungai Cibareno berturut - turut memiliki nilai ASPT sebesar 5,3, 5,5 dan 4,8. Secara keseluruhan Sungai Cibareno memiliki nilai ASPT 5,2 dan termasuk dalam tingkat pencemaran ringan.

The main objective of this study was to assess the quality of Cibareno River in Banten, West Java. The research was conducted by explain the result of identification of macrozoobenthos as the indicator which taken form 9 research stations in Cibareno River. The analysis of macrozoobenthos in order to monitor the quality of Cibareno River is using Biological Monitoring Working Party - Average Score per Taxon (BMWP - ASPT) on the family level or groups of macrozoobenthos based on the tolerance of the organism against pollutant. The result showed that the head, the middle and the downstream of Cibareno River has the ASPT score about 5,3, 5,5 and 4,8. The entire score of Cibareno River is 5,2 and it means that the pollutant level is low."
