"Latar Belakang : Gambaran klinis mania bipolar pada masa kanak dan remaja sering atipikal dan jarang menunjukkan gejala mood yang euforia sehingga cenderung sulit diidentifikasi. K-SADS MRS merupakan sebuah kuesioner yang dikembangkan khusus untuk menilai gejala mania pada anak dan remaja. Kuesioner ini menilai 15 item gejala mania pada anak dan remaja, dan saat ini belum ada versi bahasa Indonesia. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif untuk menilai kesahihan isi K-SADS MRS versi Bahasa Indonesia. Kesahihan isi dinilai menggunakan Content Validity Index for Items (I-CVI) dan Content Validity Index for Scales (S-CVI).Hasil : Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai I-CVI kuesioner K-SADS MRS versi Bahasa Indonesia sebesar 0,986, berarti butir pertanyaan dalam kuesioner K-SADS MRS relevan. Nilai S-CVI didapatkan sebesar 0,986, yang menunjukkan kuesioner K-SDAS MRS mempunyai validasi isi baik.Kesimpulan : Kuesioner K-SADS MRS versi bahasa Indonesia yang sahih secara isi dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya, untuk menilai keparahan gejala mania bipolar pada anak remaja dalam pelayanan dan sebagai bahan pengajaran bagi dokter spesialis.......Background: The clinical presentation of bipolar mania in children and adolescents is often atypical and rarely shows euphoria mood, making it difficult to identify. The K- SADS MRS is a questionnaire specifically developed to assess manic symptoms in children and adolescents. This questionnaire assesses 15 items of manic symptoms in children and adolescents, and currently, there is no Indonesian version of this questionnaire.Method: This study is a qualitative study to assess the content validity of the Indonesian version of the K-SADS MRS. Content validity was assessed using the Content Validity Index for Items (I-CVI) and the Content Validity Index for Scales (S-CVI).Results: The analysis results showed that the I-CVI value of the Indonesian version of the K-SADS MRS questionnaire was 0.986, which indicates that the items in the K- SADS MRS questionnaire are relevant. The S-CVI value was obtained at 0.986, which indicates that the K-SADS MRS questionnaire has good content validity.Conclusion: The Indonesian version of the K-SADS MRS questionnaire, which is content-valid, can be used for further research to assess the severity of bipolar manic symptoms in adolescent children in clinical services and as teaching material for specialist doctors."
