Abstrak :
Agglomeratian method could be used to decrease the pyritic sulfur content in the coal. Bituminous coal from Tanjung Enim Sumatera Seiatan with 13.34 % of ash and 1,86 % of sulfur contents as raw materials, were mired by water and oil in the stainless steel cylinder, then be agitated to produce agglomerate. By using the palm oil and crude palm oil (CPO) as agglomerating oils, the ash and sulfur contents decreased to 4. 66 % and 1.42 % respectively.
