"Demokrasi di abad 21 telah kehilangan maknanya, oleh karena itu perlu diciptakan dihidupkan kembali melalui usaha yang harus dilakukan oleh publik. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, klien telah meminta sebuah rancangan untuk memfasilitasi penghidupan kembali demokrasi yaitu Hall of Democracy. Klien pada proyek ini adalah seorang dermawan, Griegous Keppler, cucu dari Frederick Keppler, penemu sejumlah produk kaca terkenal. Desain dari Hall of Democracy yang baru akan menerapkan transparansi sebagai konsep utamanya sambil mengintegrasikan teknologi material baru dan menerapkan Australian Building Codes.

Democracy in the 21st century has lost its meaning, therefore it needs to be reinvented and reinvigorated through the determined effort of the people. To achieve this goal, the client has requested a design to facilitate this reinvention of democracy, Hall of Democracy. The client himself is a philanthropist, Grievous Keppler, the great grand grandson of Frederick Keppler, the inventor of a number of glass products. The design of the new Hall of Democracy will implementing transparency as its main concept while integrates the reinvented technology of materials and also to comply with the Australian Building Codes.
