"Latar Belakang: Hingga saat ini masih terdapat kontroversi tentang hubungan antara penyakit Parkinson dan pekerjaan welding. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi berdasar bukti terkait hubungan antara penyakit Parkinson dengan pekerjaan welding melalui laporan kasus berbasis bukti yang diperoleh lewat studi literatur.Tujuan : Untuk menjawab pertanyaan terfokus : apakah penyakit Parkinson berhubungan dengan pekerjaan welding? Metode: Studi literatur dilakukan melalui metode ‘pencarian’ dan ‘pemilihan’ artikel pada database Pubmed, Cochrane Library and JSTOR untuk menjawab pertanyaan fokus. Proses pencarian menggunakan kata kunci "Welding" atau "Welder" dan "Parkinson". Pemilihan artikel dilakukan menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ditetapkan.Result: Saat penelusuran awal didapatkan 117 artikel dari ketiga database. Setelah dilakukan proses pemilahan dan pemilihan, hanya tiga artikel yang tersisa, yang terdiri atas satu artikel berbasis analisis sistematis dan dua artikel berbasis studi pengamatan.Kesimpulan: Berdasar sumber berbasis bukti yang terpilih, penyakit Parkinson tidak berhubungan dengan pekerjaan welding. Namun pekerjaan welding dapat menimbulkan keluhan dan tanda klinis yang menyerupai penyakit Parkinson yang dikenal sebagai manganism.......Background: Up to present, there has been a controversy on the relationship between Parkinson’s disease and welding job. The aim of this study was to obtain evidence-based information regarding the relationship between Parkinson's disease and welding job through an evidence-based case report derived from a literature review.Objective : To answer the focused question : is Parkinson’s disease related to welding job?Method: A literature review was conducted through a method of search and selection of articles in the Pubmed, Cochrane Library and JSTOR database aimed at answering the study question. The process of searching articles utilized the keywords of "Welding" OR "Welder" AND "Parkinson". Article selection was performed using defined inclusion and exclusion criteria.Result: At the initial search, 117 articles were retrieved from the three databases. Following the selection process, three articles remained, which consisted of one systematic review and 2 observational studies.Conclusion: Based on the selected evidence-based resources, Parkinson's disease was not related to welding job. The welding job, however, may cause clinical symptoms and signs resembling Parkinson's disease, known as manganism."

"AbstrakA 43-year old male presented with persistent discomfort and pain upper abdomen (epigastrium) more on left side associated with fever on and off, along with fatigue and loss of appetite for the last four months. Physical examination revealed mass on left hypochondrium extending to epigastrium with mild distension of the abdomen. Imaging studies of the patient showed dextrocardia on chest x-ray postero-anterior (PA) view, thoracic and abdominal CT scan showed situs inversus totalis with multiple SOL (space occupying lesion) in right lobe of liver with largest measuring 8x6 cm2 in the 4th segment. USG-guided FNAC of the mass showed features of hepatocellular carcinoma. Thereupon, hepatocellular carcinoma in situs inversus totalis was diagosed to this patient and was clinically staged as T3aN0M0. He was given sorafenib 400 mg orally twice daily with an advice to come for regular assessment every 4 week."

"Data dan informasi mempunyai peran penting dalam suatu kegiatan baik itu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, maupun evaluasi. Data dan informasi dapat digunakan sebagai dasar membuat keputusan bagi penentu kebijakan.Membuat catatan dan pelaporan merupakan salah satu tugas pokok puskesmas di samping tugas dan fungsi yang lain. Data yang dilaporkan oleh puskesmas diharapkan akurat, teratur, berkesinambungan dan tepat waktu. Standar mutu pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas yang dibuat dan ditetapkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi DKI Jakarta menentukan bahwa laporan puskesmas seratus persen tepat waktu sebagai sasaran mutu. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas kesehatan jiwa masyarakat di puskesmas wilayah Jakarta Pusat dalam ketepatan waktu pengiriman laporan.Disain penelitian adalah penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Responden adalah petugas kesehatan jiwa di puskesmas kecamatan dan kelurahan wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Sampel penelitian berupa total populasi sebanyak 40 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara mendalam dan melihat buku ekspedisi serta catatan absen laporan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara imbalan dan supervise dengan kinerja petugas. Studi ini menyarankan agar pimpinan puskesmas dan Sub Dinas Kesehatan Masyarakat Wilayah Jakarta Pusat lebih meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas supervisi, memperhatikan pemberian imbalan utamanya dalam bentuk non materi.Daftar Pustaka 39 (1985-2004)

Time Accuracy Performance Analysis on The Sending Case Report uf The Mental Public Health Visits at The Central Jakarta Puskesmas in Year 2003-2004Data and information had important role in activities such as planning, actuating, monitoring and evaluating. The policy maker can use data and information as basis for decision.

Creating records and reporting were one of the puskesmas main responsibilities. The data reported by the puskesmas should be accurate, regular, sustainable, and timely. The puskesmas quality health services, which were developed by the Jakarta City Health Office, stated that a 100 percent timely reporting was the quality aims. This research was made to identify factors related with the central Jakarta puskesmas mental health officers on the timely report sending.

The research design was a cross sectional with quantitative and qualitative approach. Respondent were the central Jakarta puskesmas mental health officers in the municipal and local area. Research sample population was 40 persons. Data collection conducted through questionnaires, in-depth interview, review expedition book and record of time reporting.

Research results shown a correlation between supervision and rewards with the officers performances. Furthermore the research suggested that the head of puskesmas and the head of Suku Dinas Kesehatan Masyarakat should improved the quality and quantity of their supervision and giving more attention immaterial rewards.

"Aim: to learn the role of docetaxel in non-castrate resistant prostate cancer patient. Methods: literature search was conducted to find relevant study comparing the combination of docetaxel and androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) to ADT alone in non-castrate resistant prostate cancer using PubMed, Cohrane Library, Proquest, EBSCO, and Scopus database. Quality assessment of studies was done using Bond University Rapid Critical Appraisal of a Systematic Review. Results: we found 494 studies from literature search, but only two studies were included in final selection. Based on validity assessment, we chose one study to be discussed further. This study showed that combination of docetaxel and ADT is better than ADT alone in regards of overall survival (HR 0.64; 95% CI 0.55, 0.75; p<0.0001; NNT=3), biochemical progression free survival (HR 0.63; 95% CI 0.57, 0.69; p<0.0001; NNT=2) and clinical progression free survival (HR 0.73; 95% CI 0.64, 0.84; p<0.0001; NNT=2). Benefit of docetaxel and ADT combination was especially seen in high volume disease (HR 0.67; 95% CI 0.54, 0.83; p=0.0003; NNT=3). Conclusion: addition of docetaxel into ADT has beneficial effects in terms of overall survival and progression free survival in patients with non-castrate resistant metastatic prostate cancer."

"Pada masa post partum, terjadi perubahan progresif pada payudara untuk memproduksi Air Susu Ibu (ASI). Pada masa awal menyusui, beberapa permasalahan dapat muncul salah satunya yaitu clogged milk duct atau saluran susu tersumbat. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh produksi susu yang meningkat tetapi tidak dikeluarkan dengan baik, yang akhirnya menyebabkan ASI menumpuk dan timbul sumbatan pada saluran ASI. Edukasi mengenai menyusui penting dilakukan untuk mencegah hal tersebut. Adapun pemberian intervensi pijat payudara menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengatasi sumbatan tersebut. Ny. A, 22 jam postpartum dengan kondisi payudara teraba keras, penuh, dan tidak ada ASI yang keluar diberi intervensi integrated breast massage selama 30 menit untuk mengatasi clogged milk duct. Hasil evaluasi didapatkan adanya pengurangan pada massa sumbatan dari 3 cm (skala 1) menjadi tidak ada massa (skala 0), dan terdapat perubahan kondisi payudara dengan instrumen Six Point Engorgement Scale dari skala 3 menjadi skala 1. Laporan kasus ini menegaskan bahwa pemberian intervensi integrated breast massage dapat menjadi menjadi salah satu terapi pijat pada payudara yang terbukti dapat mengurangi clogged milk duct. ...... In the post partum period, progressive changes occur in the breasts to produce breast milk. In the early stages of breastfeeding, several problems can arise, one of which is clogged milk ducts. This condition is caused by increased milk production but not excreted properly, which ultimately causes breast milk to accumulate and blockages occur in the milk ducts. Education about breastfeeding is important to prevent this. Providing breast massage intervention is one way to overcome this blockage. Mrs. A, 22 hours postpartum with breasts feeling hard, full, and no breast milk coming out, was given integrated breast massage intervention for 30 minutes to treat clogged milk ducts. The evaluation results showed that there was a reduction in the blockage mass from 3 cm (scale 1) to no mass (scale 0), and there was a change in breast condition with the Six Point Engorgement Scale instrument from scale 3 to scale 1. This case report confirms that the application of integrated breast massage intervention can be a massage therapy for the breasts that has been proven to reduce clogged milk ducts."
