"Tingkat loyalitas konsumen sudah banyak diprediksi dengan berbagai atribut dari framework kepuasan pelanggan, tetapi output yang dihasilkan tidak konsisten. Konsep yang sedang berkembang saat ini yang dianggap sebagai predictor yang baik untuk loyalitas adalah customer experience. Ada delapan faktor pembentuk B2C customer experience menurut Lemke et al. (2006), yaitu accessibility, competence, customer recognition, helpfulness, personalization, problem solving, promise fulfillment, dan value for time. Dari penelitian terhadap responden yang dalam enam bulan terakhir berinteraksi dengan Hoka Hoka Bento didapatkan hasil bahwa problem solving, promise fulfillment, serta value for time merupakan tiga faktor yang paling berkorelasi dengan customer experience dan accessibility merupakan faktor dengan korelasi terendah. Penelitian ini juga mendapatkan hubungan yang kuat antara customer experience dengan loyalitas.

Many researchers have predicted consumer loyalty based on attributes from customer satisfaction framework, but many found inconsistent results. Customer experience is a growing concept which is considered as a good predictor for loyalty. There are eight factors which contribute to customer experience based on research by Lemke et al. (2006); accessibility, competence, customer recognition, helpfulness, personalization, problem solving, promise fulfillment, and value for time. From research concerning to respondents which in the last six months interacting with Hoka Hoka Bento, results show that problem solving, promise fulfillment, and value for time are three factors with the highest correlation with customer experience and accessibility is the lowest. This research also finds strong correlation between customer experience and loyalty."

"Aluminum, as a conductor material, has long been used for high-voltage overhead transmission lines due to its economic value and high electrical conductivity. By adding Al2O3np and alloying elements such as zirconium (Zr), cerium (Ce), and magnesium (Mg), aluminum’s strength and performance could be improved without compromising too much of its electrical conductivity. The focus of this research was to investigate the mechanical, electrical properties, and microstructure of Al-0.12%Zr-0.15%Ce-5%Mg, reinforced with different volume fractions (from 0.5 to 1.5%) of Al2O3 nano particles, using the stir casting method. The tensile strength of the composite was improved by up to 1.2 vf-% in alumina, and decreased with further addition due to clustering and pores, while elongation was reduced with when increasing the reinforcement. It was found that the electrical conductivity of the composite generally decreased with the addition of reinforcement. The microstructure observations showed that the composites yielded finer grains and more pores than the unreinforced alloy, with 1.2vf-% of reinforcement having the finest grain. The electrical conductivity of the composite was 44% IACS, which is still lower than that of the unreinforced alloy."

"Kami melakukan perhitungan konduktivitas optis pada layered (perovskite) Pr0.5Ca1.5MnO4 untuk mengidentifikasi fenomena charge-ordering. Pemodelan melibatkan orbital Mn dan O yang berada pada bidang MnO2 dari layered Pr0.5Ca1.5MnO4. Interaksi yang diperhitungkan dalam pemodelan yaitu interaksi Coulomb inter-orbital dan intra-orbital, distorsi Jahn-Teller dan exchange interaction dengan menerapkan beberapa asumsi. Perhitungan dilakukan menggunakan Dynamical Mean Field Theory untuk mencapai self-consistency. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan profile yang mendekati hasil eksperimen dengan puncak charge-ordering berada di bawah 1 eV dan puncak charge-transfer pada 3-3.7 eV. Di bawah temperatur TCO/OO (~325 K), puncak charge-ordering mengalami blue shift seiring dengan penurunan temperatur.

We calculate the optical conductivity of layered (perovskite) Pr0.5Ca1.5MnO4 to capture charge-ordering phenomena. The calculations are based on a model which considers Mn and O orbitals within the MnO2 plane of layered Pr0.5Ca1.5MnO4. Interaction terms included in the model with some assumptions are the inter-orbital and intra-orbital Coulomb repulsions, the static Jahn-Teller distortion and the exchange interaction. We calculate within Dynamical Mean Field Theory to achieve self-consistency. The result shows a profile similar to recent experimental data, where the charge-ordering peak appears below 1 eV and charge-transfer peak at 3-3.7 eV. For temperature lower than TCO/OO (~325 K), the charge-ordering peak undergoes a blue shift as the temperature is decreased.

"Latar belakang: Kanker kolorektal merupakan keganasan peringkat ketiga terbesar di dunia dengan insidensi dan penyebab kematian terbanyak, Peran deteksi dini kanker kolorektal dengan visualisasi langsung dan penanda tertentu terbukti menurunkan angka insidensi dan kematian, namun program ini memiliki tingkat partisipasi yang rendah. Metode non invasif pemeriksaan berbasis feses telah digunakan dan dikembangkan. Kombinasi mRNA CEA, mRNA COX-2 dan FIT pada feses diharapkan sebagai metode deteksi dini non invasif dengan sensitivitas dan spesifitas yang baik dalam penanda diagnostik kanker kolorektal.
Tujuan: Mengevaluasi nilai diagnostik kombinasi pemeriksaan mRNA CEA, mRNA COX-2 dan FIT pada feses sebagai penanda diagnostik kanker kolorektal
Metode: Studi potong lintang dengan populasi terjangkau pasien dewasa yang diduga kanker kolorektal di Rumah Sakit Ciptomangunkusumo pada bulan November 2015 hingga Februari 2016, Uji diagnostik digunakan untuk mengevaluasi nilai sensitivitas, spesifisitas, NPP, NPN, PLR, NLR pada kombinasi dalam mendeteksi kanker kolorektal dengan pemeriksaan histopatologi jaringan yang diambil dari kolonoskopi sebagai baku emas.
Hasil: Dari total 97 subjek penelitian, rerata usia 56 tahun, 50,5% pria dan 77,3% berusia > 50 tahun. Keluhan klinis perdarahan nyata saluran cerna terbanyak dengan 43,3%. Lokasi tumor terbanyak pada kolon descenden, sigmoid, dan rektum yaitu 8,24%, 6,18%, dan 5,15%. Proporsi lesi kanker kolorektal (adenokarsinoma) sebanyak 15% dan lesi non kanker kolorektal sebanyak 84.5%. Nilai sensitivitas dan spesifitas pada kanker kolorektal sebesar 93,33% (IK 95% 70,18-98,81) dan 60,98% (IK 95% 50,15-70,82). NPP, NPN, PLR, dan NLR berturut turut 30,43% (IK 95% 19,08-44,81), 98.04% (IK 95% 89,70- 99,65), 2,39 ( IK 95% 1,28-4,48), dan 0,11 (IK 95% 0,02 – 0,79). Skor AUC untuk membedakan kanker kolorektal adalah 77,2 % (IK 95% 66,3 – 88,0)
Kesimpulan: Nilai sensitivitas, spesifitas, NPP, NPN, PLR dan NLR kombinasi pemeriksaan mRNA CEA, mRNA COX-2 dan FIT pada feses untuk mendeteksi kanker kolorektal berturut-turut adalah 93,33%, 60,98%, 30,43%, 98,04%, 2.39, dan 0,11.

Background: Colorectal cancer is the third largest malignancy in the world with the highest incidence and cause of death. The role of early detection of colorectal cancer with direct visualization and certain markers has been proven to reduce incidence and death rates, however this program has a low participation rate. Non-invasive methods of stool-based examination have been used and developed. The combination of CEA mRNA, COX-2 mRNA and FIT in feces is expected to be a non-invasive early detection method with good sensitivity and specificity as a diagnostic marker for colorectal cancer.
Aim: Evaluating the diagnostic value of a combination of CEA mRNA, COX-2 mRNA and FIT examination in feces as a diagnostic marker for colorectal cancer
Method: Cross-sectional study with an accessible population of adult patients suspected of colorectal cancer at Ciptomangunkusumo Hospital from November 2015 to February 2016. Diagnostic tests were used to evaluate the value of sensitivity, specificity, NPP, NPN, PLR, NLR in combination in detecting colorectal cancer with histopathological examination tissue taken from colonoscopy as the gold standard.
Results: Of the total 97 research subjects, the average age was 56 years, 50.5% were men and 77.3% were > 50 years old. Clinical complaints of real gastrointestinal bleeding were the highest with 43.3%. The most common tumor locations were the descending colon, sigmoid and rectum, namely 8.24%, 6.18% and 5.15%. The proportion of colorectal cancer lesions (adenocarcinoma) was 15% and non-colorectal cancer lesions was 84.5%. The sensitivity and specificity values ​​for colorectal cancer were 93.33% (95% CI 70.18-98.81) and 60.98% (95% CI 50.15-70.82). NPP, NPN, PLR, and NLR respectively 30.43% (95% CI 19.08-44.81), 98.04% (95% CI 89.70- 99.65), 2.39 (95% CI 1 .28-4.48), and 0.11 (95% CI 0.02 – 0.79). The AUC score for differentiating colorectal cancer is 77.2% (95% CI 66.3 – 88.0)
Conclusion: The sensitivity, specificity, NPP, NPN, PLR and NLR values ​​of the combination of CEA mRNA, COX-2 mRNA and FIT examination in feces to detect colorectal cancer were 93.33%, 60.98%, 30.43%, 98.04%, 2.39, and 0.11.

"Aluminium sebagai bahan konduktor sangatlah luas pengaplikasiannya. Salah satunya adalah untuk kebutuhan kabel transmisi tinggi. Semaikin hari kriteria yang harus dimiliki kabel transmisi ini semakin tinggi, mengingat kebutuhan listrik yang semakin meningkat. Didalam penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai pembuatan serta pengkarakterisasian material komposit AlZrCe/Al2O3 nano partikel dengan metode pengecoran aduk untuk keperluan kabel transmisi.
Di dalam matriks, zirkonium akan menambah ketahanan panas sedangkan cerium akan menjaga konduktivitas listrik agar tidak turun dan diharapakan penambahan partikel Al2O3 akan meningkatkan kekuatan tarik dari komposit ini. Magnesium sebesar 5 wt% ditambahkan sebagai unsur peningkat kemampubasahan antara matriks dan penguat.
Didapatkan bahwa penambahan Al2O3 akan meningkatkan kekuatan tarik, menurunkan konduktivitas listrik dan menurunkan koefisien muai panas komposit ini. Titik optimal untuk mendapatkan sifat mekanik listrik dan panas yang paling baik didapatkan pada fraksi volume 1,2% Al2O3. Daerah antarmuka yang didapatkan oleh seluruh sampel pengujian tidaklah baik, sehingga data yang dihasilkan belum bisa optimal dan sesuai dengan harapan.

Aluminum as conductor material is very broad applicability. One of them is to demand of high-voltage overhead transmission lines. The requirements that must be owned of high-voltage overhead transmission lines are getting higher these days, because the electric needs are increasing. In this research will be investigated about fabrication and characterization AlZrCe/Al2O3(np) using stir casting process for overhead cable transmission.
In the matrix, zirconium will be increase heat resistance, cerium will keep the value of electrical conductivity in order not to decrease and the addition of Al2O3 particles is expected to increase the tensile strength of the composite. Magnesium 5 wt% was adding as wettability agent.
The results showed that the addition of Al2O3 will increase the tensile strength, decrease electrical conductivity and decrease coefficient thermal expansion of this composite. The optimal value for get the best of mechanical, electrical and thermal properties is obtained at 1.2% Al2O3 volume fraction. Interface areas obtained by the entire sample testing is not good, so the resulting data can not be optimal and appropriate expectations.

"Penelitian ini yang berfokus pada pengaruh unsur logam tanah jarang cerium Ce terhadap fasa intermetalik yang terbentuk pada saat proses solidifikasi, dimana unsur cerium Ce ditambahkan sebesar 0.1; 0.3; dan 0.5 wt pada matriks paduan Al-5Zn-0.5Si. Penambahan unsur cerium Ce yang semakin banyak ,sesuai dengan urutannya, maka anoda korban akan semakin baik efisiensinya. Cerium Ce yang ditambahkan pada proses tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan Icorr yaitu 0.8x10-5, 1.3x10-5, 2.9x10-5 Volt, sebagai efisiensi anoda korban. Selain itu, penambahan cerium Ce yang semakin banyak akan membuat ukuran butir menjadi lebih kecil, yaitu 108.42, 97.14, 94.55 mm. Fasa intermetalik yang terbentuk dapat dilihat pada grafik yang dihasilkan dari pengujian DSC Differential Scanning Calorimetry , dimana grafik tersebut menjelaskan adanya fasa AlCeSi2 Al Si dan Al2Zn2Ce yang dapat mempengaruhi efiensi anoda korban.

The research is focusing on the influence of rare earth cerium Ce element on intermetallic phase that is formed on the solidification process, where cerium Ce is added on 0.1 0.3 and 0.5 wt level on Al 5Zn 0.5Si alloy as microstructure rsquo s grain refiner and precipitates rsquo refiner which will be formed on the solidification process. The more cerium Ce added gradually, the better sacrificial anode efficiency to be exposed to corrosion. The addition of more cerium Ce will make the grain size smaller from 108.42, 97.14, 94.55 mm. The added cerium Ce will be affected on the Icorr from 0.8x10 5, 1.3x10 5, 2.9x10 5 Volt, as sacrificial anode efficiency. The intermetallic phase formed can be seen in the graph generated from the DSC Differential Scanning Calorimetry testing, which describes the presence of AlCeSi2 Al Si and Al2Zn2Ce phases that may affect the effectiveness of sacrificial anodes."
