"Budaya keselamatan pasien merupakan pondasi utama dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan champion keselamatan pasien terhadap penerapan budaya keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experiment design: pretest-posttest without control group design, sampel yang digunakan 81 perawat. Data analisis dengan menggunakan Mc Nemar. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan persentasi penerapan budaya keselamatan pasien setelah program pemberdayaan champion keselamatan pasien dengan pengaruh yang tidak bermakna secara statistik (p= 0,451; CI= 0.084-0.928). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pengembangan champion keselamatan pasien dengan memperhatikan kriteria kelayakan sebagai champion keselamatan pasien serta membangun program pemberdayaan champion keselamatan pasien berkelanjutan sesuai kebutuhan rumah sakit.

The culture of patient safety is the main foundation in the implementation of patient safety. This study aimed to determine the influence of the patient safety champion empowerment on the application of patient safety culture in Jakarta Hajj Hospital.

This research method used pre-experimental design: pretest-posttest without control group design, the sample was 81 nurses. Data were analyzed using Mc Nemar test.

The results showed there was an increase in the percentage of the implementation of a patient safety culture after the program of patient safety champions empowerment had been implemented, which was not statistically significant (p = 0.451; CI = 0084-0928).

It is recommended to develop the patient safety champions by taking into account the eligibility criteria as a patient safety champion and to build a sustainable program of patient safety champion empowerment that suitable to the needs of the hospital."

This paper discussed the point of view from strategies for diversification; champion - sponsor; and priority scale in order to present the risk that appeared in Blue Ocean implementation. In the last part, this paper presented some solutions in order to minimize the involved risk in implementing Blue Ocean Strategy."

Jagoan bernada lebih positif ketimbang istilah preman pada masa kini.Jagoan adalah sebutan untuk anggota masyarakat yang berpengaruh dan disegani di kampungnya, orang yang kuat, tukang pukul dan pemberani.Dalam masyarakat Bekasi, jawara dianggap lebih tinggi tingkatannya dari pada jagoan. Jawara dianggap sebagai pendekar, ksatria yang ditokohkan masyarakat Bekasi sebagai orang yang suka memberi perlindungan dan keselamatan secara fisik terhadap masyarakat, juga dianggap sebagai orang yang dituakan atau sesepuh.Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan peranan jawara pada masa perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia di daerah Bekasi. Semangat nasionalisme yang dimiliki para jawara akibat pengaruh kelompok-kelompok pemuda di Jakarta dan pemimpin-pemimpin nasionalis Indonesia.Kelompok-kelompok pemuda, pemimpin-pemimpin nasionalis, dan para jawara bahu membahu dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan Indonesia. Perjuangan mereka ditujukan untuk melawan tentara Jepang dan tentara Belanda yang ingin bercokol kembali di wilayah Indonesia.Karena semangat revolusionernya, maka aksi-aksi yang dilakukan para jawara berekses pada perampokan-perampokan dan pembakaran Gereja Wetan di Kampung Sawah yang oleh mereka dianggap sebagai kaki tangan kolonial Belanda.

ABSTRAK

The rather common term for faction " bouncer" and a pugnacious by Indonesia society referred as a champion. The champion impressing more positive compared to freeman term at present day.

The champion is mention for the society member having an effect on and respected in his kampong, one who the strength, bounce and brave.

In Bekasi society, jawara is assumed as someone who has higher level than a champion. Jawara is considered to be a hero, chevalier who is figured by Bekasi society as one who likes to give safety and protection in physical to society. He is also considered to be someone who old or doyen.

This research is carefully examined the jawara's role from Bekasi in the Indonesian Revolution. The spirit of nationalism was possessed by the champions influenced by the young man groups and the nationalist leaders in Jakarta.

The young man groups, the nationalist leaders, and jawara-jawara were in cooperative to defend the country. Their struggle intended to against Japanese military and the restoration of the Dutch colonialism.

Because of The of spirit of revolutionary so many kinds of bad action there were robberies and the burning of the Catholic Church in Kampong Sawah that it was regarded to back up the Dutch colonialism."
