"ABSTRAKObat merupakan bahan atau paduan bahan, termasuk produk biologi yang digunakan untuk mempengaruhi atau menyelidiki sistem fisiologi atau keadaan patologi dalam rangka penetapan diagnosis, pencegahan, penyembuhan, pemulihan, peningkatan kesehatan dan kontrasepsi untuk manusia. Agar obat yang bermutu bagi masyarakat tetap tersedia, industri farmasi memiliki peran penting dalam membuat obat yang memiliki mutu yang baik dan memastikan mutu tersebut sehingga obat tersebut sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Abbott Indonesia ini adalah agar memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi serta memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi. Dalam rangkaian praktik kerja, mahasiswa juga mengerjakan tugas khusus berupa Analisis RFT (Right On First Time) pada Prosedur Pengajuan CR (Change Request). Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini diantaranya adalah untuk mengetahui rasio RFT (Right on First Time) CR dalam rangka melakukan evaluasi pada sistem kontrol perubahan di PT. Abbott Indonesia.

ABSTRACTDrugs are materials or materials mixture of biological compound which are used to affect or to observe the physiological system or the pathological condition in making diagnose, preventing, healing, recovering, or improving health or contraception for human. To make sure the availability of high quality drugs for society, the pharmacy industry has an important role in producing good quality drugs and quality control so that the drugs can work well. The purpose of Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) at PT. Abbott Indonesia is for the students to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmacy Industry and comprehend the application of CPOB in Pharmacy Industry. During the practices, the students were also assigned to a special task that is Right On First Time (RFT) Analysis on Change Request (CR) Application Procedure. One of the goals of this special task is to evaluate the change control system in PT. Abbott Indonesia."

Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Monitoring Change Request di PT Abbott Indonesia Periode Oktober 2017 ndash; Maret 2018 rdquo;. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap Change Request yang terjadi pada periode Oktober 2017 ndash; Maret 2018. Secara umum, PT Abbott Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Salah satu tahapan dalam rangkaian validasi sistem komputer adalah kualifikasi instalasi dan kualifikasi operasional. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menyusun prosedur kualifikasi instalasi dan kualifikasi operasional dari sistem komputerisasi Master Change Request Online.
