"Penelitian ini memaparkan mengenai pengaruh karakteristik kepemimpinan Mao Zedong dalam terlaksananya Mars Panjang oleh Partai Komunis Tiongkok (PKT). Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana karakteristik kepemimpinan Mao Zedong memungkinkan PKT untuk berhasil melaksanakan Mars Panjang. Metode penelitian yakni studi pustaka dengan membaca, menggabungkan, dan menganalisa sumber-sumber sejarah primer dan sekunder yang telah dikumpulkan. Kesimpulan atas penelitian ini adalah dengan karakteristik yang Mao Zedong miliki sebagai seorang pemimpin, PKT dapat menyelesaikan Mars Panjang dan memperoleh keuntungan yang dapat menutupi kerugian atas pelaksanaan Mars Panjang sebelum dipimpin oleh Mao Zedong.......This study describes the influence of Mao Zedong's leadership characteristics in the execution of the Long March by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). This study aims to provide insight into how Mao Zedong's leadership characteristics enabled the CCP to successfully carry out the Long March. The research method is literature study by reading, combining, and analyzing primary and secondary historical sources that have been collected. The conclusion of this study is that with the characteristics that Mao Zedong had as a leader, the CCP was able to complete the Long March and gain profits that could cover the losses from carrying out the Long March before being led by Mao Zedong."

"Cancel Culture atau dikenal sebagai aksi boikot merupakan fenomena memboikot seseorang akibat mengucapkan atau melakukan tindakan yang bertentangan dengan norma yang ada di masyarakat. Aksi boikot ini banyak terjadi di media sosial dan mayoritas menargetkan seorang selebriti. Fenomena Cancel Culture ramai terjadi di berbagai negara, termasuk di Tiongkok. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemanfaatan fenomena Cancel Culture oleh pemerintah Tiongkok untuk mengendalikan industri hiburan dan dampaknya bagi perkembangan industri hiburan di Tiongkok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan budaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan pelanggaran yang terjadi di dalam industri hiburan Tiongkok umumnya berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai budaya dalam masyarakat Tiongkok. Pemerintah menggunakan aksi pemboikotan untuk mengatur kembali industri hiburan sekaligus mengingatkan kembali masyarakat atas nilai-nilai budaya yang dianut Tiongkok.......Cancel Culture or known as boycott action is a phenomenon of boycotting someone due to their saying or taking actions that are contrary to the norms that exist in society. This study article used the qualitative research method with a cultural approach. And also collected data through literature studies. The results show that infractions that occur in the Chinese entertainment industry are generally related to cultural values ​​in Chinese society. The government uses boycotts to reorganize the entertainment industry, as well as reminding back the people of China of their cultural roots. "

Just as the CCP strived to celebrate this symbolic event, the China Studies academia also tried to shed light on the history of the CCP and the survival as well as future prospect of the regime. Among all these publications, “The Chinese Communist Party: A Century in Ten Lives” and “Rethinking Chinese Politics” were probably the most representative. The former explained history of the CCP with 10 people’s life courses. The latter tried to examine whether Chinese politics is institutionalized from the perspective of elite politics and the party-state regime. The last part of both books focused on the implication of Xi’s ruling on the centennial development of the CCP and party-state system regime. Through criticizing these two books within the framework of “power sharing” and “state-society relations”, this article will investigate the implication of Xi’s ruling on the development of Chinese politics, and even comparative politics in terms of the organizational and institutional changes, the choice of reform path, and social stability and the nature of regime."
