AbstrakThis paper is aimed at presenting an implemented community engagement of the University of San Carlos School of Education with the communities of Agusan del Sur, Philipines, in close partnership with the Justice Peace and Integrity of Creation IDC, (JPIC-IDC) Incorporated of Agusan del Sur as a response to a felt need in the early childhood education program of the province. In 2004, JPIC pooled together concerted resources from provincial and local government units, non-government organization and academe to create and develop a cul ture based curriculum guide for early childhood education that is appropriate and responsive to the needs of indigenous groups in Agusan del Sur, Southern Philippines. To address these needs, an ethnographic commu-nity engagement framework was utilized and initiated by JPIC IDC team and the University Of San Carlos School Of Education. The community engagement framework facilitated the partnership of Agusan del Sur government leaders, a non government organization in Germany, community cultural masters, Day Care Teachers and the University of San Carlos School of Education to create a developmentally appropriate and culture-based cur-riculum for Day Care with a supporting handbook for mother teachers in early childhood education. As a result of this framework, children drop out decreased from 80% to 10% while parent community involvement in creased from 30% to 90% in 2009 (JPIC-IDC, 2007). Ongoing teacher trainings and community orientations on the culture-based curriculum have been extended to 42 additional communities in 2012-2018 from 35 com-munities in 2007 upon request from the provincial governor. Two editions of a culture-based handbook have been published and a third edition is currently prepared for District 2 communities with guided participation by Day Care teachers as co-authors. This community engagement framework, initiated by the Justice Peace and Integrity of Creation of Agusan del Sur Philippines involving all stakeholders from the provincial leaders to the recipients of early childhood education, serves as a model to community extension service programs (CES) of schools and universities as well as to curriculum practitioners and administrators. Three principles involved in this particular community engagement concretely demonstrate that program sustainability is a product of partnership, sensitivity to culture and context and relevance to
community need"

"Isu pemberdayaan pemuda (youth empowerment) tengah naik karena adanya agenda SDGs yang diterapkan oleh PBB serta kondisi di Indonesia. Seluruh elemen masyarakat, termasuk komunitas mengambil peran untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan pemuda di berbagai sektor melalui agenda yang dijalankan. Rumah Millennials, salah satu komunitas pemberdayaan pemuda yang dipilih sebagai kasus yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi community engagement yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Millennials. Konsep yang dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah komunitas, community engagement, dan youth empowerment. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dokumentasi yang diunggah pada media sosial Instagram dan situs web. Selain itu, peneliti juga berperan sebagai participant as observer untuk dapat mengenal nilai dan karakteristik interaksi yang implisit di dalamnya. Strategi community engagement yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Millennials adalah melibatkan anggota dalam program komunitas, berkomunikasi secara daring dan luring, serta mengunggah apresiasi untuk anggota. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa pemimpin memiliki peran penting untuk menjalankan strategi community engagement tersebut.
The issue of youth empowerment is gaining prominence due to the implementation of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the prevailing conditions in Indonesia. All elements of society, including communities, are taking on a role in enhancing youth empowerment across various sectors through actively pursued agendas. Rumah Millennials, chosen as a case study in this research, is one such community actively involved in youth empowerment. The aim of this study is to describe the strategies of community engagement employed by Rumah Millennials. The concepts discussed in this research are community, community engagement, and youth empowerment. The methodology involves documentary observation through content uploaded on Instagram and the community's website. Additionally, the researcher also plays a role as a participant-as-observer to gain insights into the implicit values and characteristics of interactions within the community. The identified community engagement strategies implemented by Rumah Millennials include involving members in community programs, fostering online and offline communication, and expressing appreciation through various means, such as uploading on social media. Furthermore, the research reveals the significant role of leaders in executing these community engagement strategies."

"Artikel ini membahas mengenai keterlibatan komunitas sebagai salah satu cara berpartisipasi dalam perencanaan di perkotaan. Penulis berangkat dari studi-studi sebelumnya yang membahas keterlibatan komunitas dengan NGO dalam perencanaan partisipatif, namun kurang membahas proses yang terjadi padahal penting untuk diketahui. Studi-studi lain melihat berbagai motif keterlibatan komunitas, namun belum secara spesifik melihat tekanan dari pemegang kekuasaan ternyata dapat menghadirkan tokoh penggerak komunitas yang meningkatkan keterlibatan menjadi lebih aktif. Penelitian lain membahas adanya dampak bagi komunitas berupa peningkatan kapasitas komunitas, yang dalam artikel ini sejalan dengan pendapat penulis. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini ingin melengkapi penjelasan dari studi-studi sebelumnya tersebut. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa keterlibatan komunitas dalam perencanaan perkotaan dipicu oleh faktor yang berasal dari luar yaitu tekanan dari pemegang kekuasaan dan aktor penggerak yang kemudian membawa dampak peningkatan kapasitas komunitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan komunitas yang tinggal di Kampung Tongkol, Jakarta Utara.
This article discusses about community engagement as one of the ways to participating in urban planning. The author set out from previous studies that discuss participatory planning of community engagement and NGOs, but have not yet seen the process of engagement of both, while the process is important. Other studies have looked at the motives of community engagement, but have not specifically looked at the pressure put by the power-holders that in fact can bring a pioneer figure that increases the engagement to become more active. Other studies discussed the impact to the community on community capacity building, which has the same line of opinions with the authors. Therefore, this article would like to complete the explanation of the previous studies. This article argues that community engagement in urban planning is triggered by extrinsic factors such as pressure from power holders and pioneer figure that bring impacts on community capacity building. The writer applies qualitative method in this research. The data is collected by observing and conducting in-depth interviews with people living in Kampung Tongkol, Jakarta Utara."

Menyadari hal itu, Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Enrekang melakukan transformasi dengan menjadikan perpustakaan sebagai ruang pelibatan masyarakat. Perubahan itu tidaklah terjadi secara instan, tetapi melalui proses pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh program PerpuSeru selaku mitra pengembangan perpustakaan. Program pengembangan perpustakaan tersebut telah berkonstribusi pada perubahan paradigma perpustakaan dalam menyediakan layanan perpustakaan. Tentu tak lepas pula dari komitmen dan konsistensi dari pimpinan dan pustakawan dalam mendukung program tersebut. Salah satu strategi pengembangan perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial yang telah diterapkan yaitu kegiatan pelibatan masyarakat, yang bertujuan mengajak masyarakat belajar dan berkegiatan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan kesempatan meningkatkan potensinya di perpustakaan. "[Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai komunitas merek dengan mengembangkan model yang menggambarkan bagaimana pandangan pelanggan atas unsur-unsur komunitas merek pada media sosial, yaitu pandangan pelanggan atas produk, pandangan pelanggan atas merek, pandangan konsumen atas perusahaan, dan pandangan pelanggan atas pelanggan lainnya, serta tingkat keterlibatan (community engagement) terhadap kepercayaan merek. Penelitian ini berfokus pada 129 sampel yang tergabung dalam komunitas merek GoPro dan datanya
diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis regresi multivariat. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari unsur komunitas merek yakni pandangan pelanggan atas produk, merek, perusahaan, dan pelanggan lainnya dengan brand trust. Dan community engagement sebagai variabel moderasi terbukti memiliki pengaruh dari variabel di dalam penelitian.
This research explain about brand community by developing a model depicting how customers views with the elements of a brand community based on social media. (i.e brand, product, company, and other customers), also the level of community engagement towards brand trust. This research focused on 129 samples which joined in brand community of GoPro, and the data was tested by using multiple regression analysis and multivariate analysis regression. The result of this research indicated that the elements of brand community (customers views on product, customers views on brand, customers views on company, andcustomers views on other customers) affected brand trust. "Di tengah kekhawatiran lingkungan yang mendesak, arsitek telah muncul sebagai peran krusial dalam upaya mencari solusi desain yang berkelanjutan dan peduli lingkungan. Skripsi sarjana ini mencakup eksplorasi solusi arsitektur berkelanjutan, seiring dengan menjaga nilai-nilai etika. Mengakui dampak besar lingkungan binaan terhadap perubahan iklim dan mengambil tanggung jawab untuk mempromosikan masa depan yang lebih hijau dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah berkelanjutan baik secara lingkungan maupun sosial di Bowen Hills, Brisbane, Australia melalui desain kontekstual spasial dan berbasis penelitian. Studi literatur, metode kualitatif, dan kuantitatif digunakan untuk skripsi ini. "Creative Bound" diusulkan dan menawarkan pendekatan arsitektur yang aktif terlibat dengan masalah perubahan iklim, menawarkan pusat partisipasi komunitas yang terpadu, berbentuk gedung dengan berbagai fungsi yang terinspirasi oleh warna dan semangat Bowen Hills. Konsepnya mencerminkan fusi kreativitas dan aspirasi masyarakat yang berkembang. Visi saya adalah menciptakan ruang yang menggabungkan kebutuhan para pekerja profesional dan non-profesional, mendorong kolaborasi, pembelajaran, dan pertumbuhan pribadi.
Amidst urgent environmental concerns, architects have emerged as crucial role in the quest for sustainable and environmentally conscious design solutions. This undergraduate thesis covers exploration of sustainable architectural solutions, adjacent to preserving ethical value. Acknowledging the substantial impact of the built environment on climate change and taken on the responsibility of promoting a greener and more sustainable future. Aiming to addresses both environmental and social sustainable issues in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, Australia through spatial and research-based contextual design, literature studies, qualitative and quantitative methods are used for this thesis. “Creative Bound” is proposed and presents an architectural approach that actively engages with climate change issues, offering a mixed-use, midrise, community engagement hub inspired by the spirit of Bowen Hills. The concept embodies the fusion of creativity and the aspiration of a thriving, inclusive community. My vision is to craft a space that seamlessly blends the needs of professional and non-professional workers, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and personal growth."

"Dalam konteks esport, diperlukan keterlibatan pemain videogame esport mulai dari keterlibatan kognitif, keterlibatan afektif, dan keterlibatan perilaku dibutuhkan untuk mendorong consumption behaviour pada para pemain videogame esport itu sendiri; community engagement, coproduction, new player recruitment, dan word of mouth. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menganalisis 219 responden dengan rentang usia 17-25 tahun yang telah bermain videogame esport lebih dari satu tahun dan bermain videogame esport selama lebih dari 4 jam selama satu minggu. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei online dan data yang didapat diolah dengan teknik Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil dari olahan data menunjukkan bahwa Affective Engagement dan Behavioral Engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap seluruh dimensi consumption behaviour. Namun, cognitive engagement hanya memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap word of mouth.
In the context of esports, the engagement of esports videogame players, starting from cognitive engagement, affective engagement, and behavioral engagement is needed to encourage consumption behavior in esports videogame players themselves; community engagement, coproduction, new player recruitment, and word of mouth. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional with purposive sampling method. This study analyzed 219 respondents with an age range of 17-25 years who had played esports videogames for more than one year and played esports videogames for more than 4 hours for one week. The data collection method used is an online survey and the data obtained is processed using the Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results of the processed data show that Affective Engagement and Behavioral Engagement have a positive influence on all dimensions of consumption behavior. However, cognitive engagement only has a positive effect on word of mouth."

"Bukalapak merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bisnis e-commerce. Sebagai bisnis C to C, Bukalapak memfasilitasi dalam platform komunitas daring bernama Komunitas Bukalapak melalui sosial media Instagram @pelapak_bukalapak. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dan alat dari MPR yang digunakan oleh Komunitas Bukalapak di media sosial Instagram @pelapak_bukalapak. Selain itu, makalah ini juga terdapat ulasan lebih dalam mengenai kaitan strategi MPR yang telah dilakukan dengan Brand Community Engagement. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah konten analisis kuantitatif. Hasilnya, terdapat dua strategi MPR yang digunakan yaitu strategi Pull dan strategi Push. Strategi MPR yang dipakai adalah strategi MPR berdasarkan pemikiran Kotler dan strategi Brand Community Engagement berdasarkan pemikiran Baldus. Dari segi MPR, Informasi yang diberikan adalah informasi mengenai edukasi berbisnis kepada para followers Bukalapak. Dari segi engagement, strategi Push memiliki engagement lebih tinggi dibandingkan strategi Pull melihat jumlah komentar followers yang mendominasi. Masih ada peluang pengembangan strategi Pass karena belum pernah diimplementasikan sebelumnya.
Bukalapak is one of the companies engaged in the e-commerce business. As a C to C business, Bukalapak facilitates an online community platform called the Bukalapak Community through social media Instagram @pelapak_bukalapak. This research aims to find out the strategies and tools of the MPR used by the Bukalapak Community on Instagram @pelapak_bukalapak social media. In addition, this paper also contains a more in-depth review of the relationship between the MPR strategy that has been carried out with Brand Community Engagement. The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis content. As a result, there are two MPR strategies used, namely the Pull strategy and the Push strategy. The MPR strategy used is based on Kotler's and the Brand Community Engagement strategy based on Baldus’s. In terms of the MPR, the information provided is information about business education to Bukalapak followers. In terms of engagement, the Push strategy has higher engagement than the Pull strategy, seeing the number of followers' comments that dominate. There are still opportunities to develop the Pass strategy because it has never been implemented before."
