Abstrak :
Fase remaja merupakan suatu peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak ke masa dewasa. Banyak perubahan yang terjadi seperti perubahan fisik, psikis, maupun psikososial. Conduct Disorder merupakan gangguan perilaku yang lebih banyak dialami oleh remaja. Berdasarkan kisah dalam Cerkak Ngeyel karya Andrasari Setyaningsih, penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan: (1) bagaimana keterkaitan karakter Aji dengan isu psikologis Conduct Disorder?; (2) bagaimana pola asuh orang tua terhadap kepribadian Aji?; serta (3) bagaimana hubungan antara kisah Aji dengan falsafah Ngundhuh Wohing Pakarti?. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuktikan adanya Conduct Disorder pada tokoh Aji menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, Teori Psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud, serta falsafah Ngundhuh Wohing Pakarti. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tokoh Aji mengalami Conduct Disorder berdasarkan karakter yang ditunjukan dalam Cerkak. Pola asuh permisif yang dilakukan sang Ibu juga memperkuat penyebab Conduct Disorder yang dialami Aji. Falsafah Jawa Ngundhuh Wohing Pakarti yang diterima oleh Aji disebabkan oleh dirinya yang terlalu mengikuti hawa nepsu sehingga menderita sakit. Penelitian ini memberi kebaharuan penelitian dalam bidang psikologi karena menggunakan karya sastra cerkak dalam membahas Conduct Disorder. ......The adolescent phase is a transition from childhood to adulthood. Many changes occur such as physical, psychological, and psychosocial changes. Conduct Disorder is a behavioral disorder that is more commonly experienced by adolescents. Based on the story in Cerkak Ngeyel by Andrasari Setyaningsih, this research raises the issues: (1) how does Aji's character relate to the psychological issue of Conduct Disorder?; (2) how does parenting affect Aji's personality?; and (3) how is the relationship between Aji's story and the philosophy of Ngundhuh Wohing Pakarti? The purpose of this research is to prove the existence of Conduct Disorder in Aji's character using descriptive qualitative method, Sigmund Freud's Psychoanalysis Theory, and the philosophy of Ngundhuh Wohing Pakarti. The result of this research is that the character Aji experiences Conduct Disorder based on the characters shown in Cerkak. His mother's permissive parenting also strengthens the cause of Aji's Conduct Disorder. The Javanese philosophy of Ngundhuh Wohing Pakarti received by Aji is caused by him following his desires too much so that he suffers from illness. This research provides a novelty of research in the field of psychology because it uses cerkak literary works in discussing Conduct Disorder.

Tekanan publik Ameriika terutama kalangan LSM dan kelompok konsumen akibat tuduhan pelanggaran HAM terutama eksploitasi buruh sejak tahun 90-an membuat banyak perusahaan multinational termasuk Gap membuat barikade melalui pelaksanaan Code of Conduct. Code of Conduct adalah satu set aturan dan etika bisnis yang memuat aspek-aspek dasar hak asasi manusia khususnya dalam bidang perburuhan seperti yang harus diikuti oleh setiap vendor, pabrik, atau subkontraktor sebagai prasyarat untuk melakukan transaksi bisnis. Isi Code of Conduct terdiri dari penghormatan terhadap hukum setempat, pembatasan jam kerja, larangan penggunaaan buruh paksa dan buruh anak, kebebasan berserikat, pembayaran upah minimum, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, kebijakan non-diskriminasi. Banyak pihak yang melihat bahwa Code of Conduct merupakan bagian dari startegi kehumasan semata. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian yang menggunakan metode studi kasus ini adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan Code of Conduct sebagai upaya public relations dalam menghadapi tekanan dari publik terutama dari kalangan LSM seperti aktivis HAM, gerakan buruh, konsumen, pelajar dan mahasiswa. Masalah yang diidentifikasi dalam thesis ini adalah kegiatan public relations melalui penerapan Code of Conduct termasuk bagaimana perusahaan Gap sebagai suatu institusi bisnis melakukan aktivitas HAM perburuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagai insitusi bisnis ternyata menunjukan bahwa Code of Conduct bukan semata-mata berfungsi sebagai alat PR, namun lebih jauh telah dilaksanakan secara sungguh-sungguh yang diperlihatkan dengan kerjasama berbagai LSM dan pemutusan hubungan bisnis dengan partner bisnisnya yang melakukan pelanggaran isi dari Code of Conduct. Many multinational company like Gap, due to growing pressure from American public particularly from non-government organizations and consumer group on human rights violations has created their own Code of Conduct. This voluntary business ethic comprised of a set of rule of basic labor rights as a compulsory measurements for each business partner e.g. vendors, factories, and subcontractors, as a condition to engage business transaction with Gap. Code of Conduct covers a full compliance with the laws of their respective countries, stipulating among others limitation of working hours, the prohibition of forced and child labor, minimum wage, workers health and safety, non-discriminatory policy, etc. Outside parties such as NGO's tend to see that this constitutes of public relations spin, hence the purpose of this research which using case study is to identify the implementation of Code of Conduct under the pressure from labor and human rights movement. Key issues in this thesis is to investigate whether or not there was a deliberate attempts to use the Code of Conduct as public relations gimmick amid a business environment. The research result revealed that COC is not merely a public relations tool as there were many actual engagement with various non-government organizations and the termination of business relationships with its business partners due to Code of Conduct violations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah whistleblowing system dan kode etik berpengaruh terhadap jumlah kasus fraud yang dilaporkan, dan apakah dewan komisaris dan komite audit dapat memperkuat pengaruh whistleblowing system dan kode etik terhadap jumlah kasus fraud yang dilaporkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel data perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode observasi tahun 2012-2016. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa whistleblowing system berpengaruh positif terhadap jumlah kasus fraud yang dilaporkan, sementara kode etik berpengaruh negatif terhadap jumlah kasus fraud yang dilaporkan. Dewan komisaris yang berkualitas dapat memperkuat pengaruh whistleblowing system terhadap jumlah kasus fraud yang dilaporkan, namun tidak memperkuat pengaruh kode etik terhadap jumlah kasus fraud yang dilaporkan. Sementara itu, komite audit yang berkualitas tidak dapat memperkuat pengaruh whistleblowing system dan kode etik terhadap jumlah kasus fraud yang dilaporkan. Disarankan dewan komisaris untuk melaksanakan peran pengawasannya dengan efektif dalam rangka meningkatkan efektifitas whistleblowing system.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine whether the whistleblowing system and code of ethics affect the number of reported fraud cases, and whether the board of commissioners and the audit committee can strengthen the influence of whistleblowing systems and codes of conduct on the number of reported fraud cases. In testing the hypothesis, this study uses a sample of banking company data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observation period of 2012 2016. The research method used panel regression analysis. The results showed that the whistleblowing system had a positive effect on the number of reported fraud cases, while the code of ethics had a negative effect on the number of reported fraud cases. A qualified board of commissioners may strengthen whistleblowing influence on the number of reported fraud cases, but do not reinforce the effect of the code on the number of reported fraud cases. Meanwhile, qualified audit committees can not reinforce the influence of whistleblowing systems and codes of conduct on the number of reported fraud cases. It is recommended that the board of commissioners perform their supervisory role effectively in order to improve the effectiveness of the whistleblowing system.
