Abstrak :
Dalam melayani sebuah sistem kelistrikan dibutuhkan pembangkit yang handal dan efisien. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas Uap PLTGU merupakan salah satu pilihan pembangkit thermal yang mempunyai kriteria tersebut. Terdapat beberapa jenis konfigurasi PLTGU. Khusus untuk PLTGU dengan dua turbin gas memliki dua jenis konfigurasi, yaitu konfigurasi 2G-2H-3S dua turbin gas, dua HRSG, tiga turbin uap dan konfigurasi 2G-2H-1S dua turbin gas, dua HRSG, satu turbine uap . Mode operasi dari setiap jenis konfigurasi menghasilkan keandalan dan efisiensi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung efisiensi dan keandalan dari dua jenis konfigurasi PLTGU yang menggunakan dua turbin gas, sehingga dapat menentukan pengaruh jenis konfigurasi terhadap efisiensi dan keandalan PLTGU. Dengan menggunakan metode energi input ouput untuk menentukan besar efisiensi dan dengan menghitung Equivalent Availability Factor EAF untuk mendapatkan faktor kesiapan atau keandalan pembangkit. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan konfigurasi 2G-2H-1S memliki nilai efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dari konfigurasi 2G-2H-3S, terhitung Untuk mode operasi Full Blok Cycle konfigurasi 2G-2H-1S memliki efisiensi maksimum 55.5 sedangkan konfigurasi 2G-2H-3S efisiensi maksimum 53.5 . Sedangkan untuk nilai keandalan konfigurasi 2G-2H-3S lebih handal dibandingkan dengan konfigurasi 2G-2H-1S. Untuk mode operasi Full Blok Cycle memliki 93.39 EAF, sedangkan konfigurasi 2G-2H-3S 92.62 EAF. Dari segi keekonomian kedua jenis konfigurasi memiliki nilai kelayakan, dimana untuk konfigurasi 2G-2H-1S lebih ekonomis dilihat dari NPV 371,286,536 USD dan IRR 12 serta waktu pengembalian modal yang relative lebih cepat 9 tahun. Dengan mengetahui konfigurasi PLTGU yang handal, efisien dan ekonomis dapat dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk pemilihan konfigurasi PLTGU yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan beban dasar, beban menengah, atau beban puncak di sebuah sistem kelistrikan.Kata Kunci : EAF, Efisiensi, Keandalan, Konfigurasi PLTGU, PLTGU. ......In serving the electrical systems required a reliable and efficient plants. Combined Cycle Power Plant CCPP is one of the thermal power plants that have a selection criteria. There are several types of CCPP configurations. Especially for CCPP with two gas turbines have two types of configurations, the configuration of 2G 2H 3S two gas turbines, two HRSG, three steam turbines and the configuration of 2G 2H 1S two gas turbines, two HRSG, one steam turbine , The mode of operation of each type of configuration produces a different reliability and efficiency. This study aimed to quantify the efficiency and reliability of two types of power plant configuration that uses two gas turbines, so as to determine the effect of this type of configuration on the efficiency and reliability of the CCPP. By using the input energy ouput to determine the efficiency and to calculate Equivalent Availability Factor EAF to obtain readiness factors or reliability of the power plant. From the results of the calculation. Calculation resulting from the configuration of 2G 2H 1S has a higher efficiency values of configuration 2G 2H 3S, accounting for full block cycle operating modes configuration 2G 2H 1S discount maximum efficiency of 55.5 , while the configuration of 2G 2H 3S efficiency a maximum of 53.5 . As for the value of reliability configuration 2G 2H 3S is more reliable than the configuration of 2G 2H 1S. For full block cycle operating modes discount EAF 93.39 , while the configuration 2G 2H 3S 92.62 EAF. In terms of economics both types of configurations have a feasibility value, which for configuration 2G 2H 1S more economical views of NPV 371,286,536 USD and IRR 12 and the payback time is 9 years faster. By knowing the configuration of a reliable, efficient and economical power plant can be used as a basis for a decision on the selection of CCPP configurations in accordance with based load, medium load, or peak load requirements in an electrical system.

CALM Buoy is one of the offshore structure which is used for loading/unloading liquid cargo to/from oil tanker from/to onshore facilities. This paper will analyze the relocation process of 35,000 DWT front 14 m depth to 22 m depth. The relocation of CALM Bouy needs some configuration changes in its mooring system due to changes of environtmental factors and future requirements for minimum 6 legs mooring. So that its anchors and other configuration can be reused For this purpose three preliminary modifications are proposed i.e. 4-4, 6-4, and 8-4, each of the configuration is then calculated for their chain tension and restoring forces. iterative calculation is carried out using catenary equation with quasi static approach on horizontal and vertical load directions. The objective of this analysis is to obtain a new suitable configuration, anchor position and anchor type for the mooring leg arrangement.

Peredaran obat palsu di Indonesia telah mencapai senilai 2 (dua) miliar dollar Amerika atau 25% dari total persentase bisnis farmasi di Indonesia pada 2016 (MIAP, 2016). Upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan permasalahan ini telah diupayakan lintas sektor instansi formal sebagai respons tindak lanjutnya. Namun demikian, produsen obat palsu justru tetap langgeng menjalankan bisnisnya. Dalam pandangan penulis, langgengnya bisnis obat palsu di Indonesia mungkin ditengarai oleh eksistensi politico-criminal configurations, yakni konsep yang digunakan oleh Briquet dan Favarel-Garrigues (2010) ketika mengungkap adanya interaksi yang bersifat symbiosis mutualism antara holders of political power (negara) dengan users of extralegal force and intimidation (organized crime). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penulis mewawancarai aparatur negara perwakilan instansi yang berwenang dalam penanganan masalah peredaran obat palsu dan dua produsen obat palsu. Hasilnya, penulis menemukan bahwa gagasan bahwa terdapatnya relasi antara negara dan organized crime dalam konsep politico-criminal configurations (Briquet & Favarel-Garrigues, 2010; Gayer, 2014; Ketchley, 2017) tampaknya belum dapat dibuktikan sepenuhnya. Relasi ini hanya ditemukan dalam bentuk kooptasi fungsi negara sebagai enforcement of norms oleh organized crime melalui corrupted state apparatus. Lebih lanjut, penulis juga menemukan bahwa proses bisnis obat yang panjang menciptakan criminogenic environment yang didukung dengan adanya corporate-organized crime. ...... Counterfeit drugs in Indonesia had reached two billion USD or 25% of total amount pharmaceutical business in Indonesia during 2016 (MIAP, 2016). Preventive and repressive effort have been endeavored across sectors of formal institution. Nevertheless, the business remain stay. In my opinion, this situation may have supported by the existance of politico-criminal configurations, a symbiosys mutualism interaction between holders of political power (state) dengan users of extralegal force and intimidation (organized crime) Briquet & Favarel-Garrigues, 2010). Through qualitative approach, this study interviewed state apparatus from seven drugs related enforcement institions and two offenders. Result shows relation of politico-criminal configurations is not fully proven. This relation is only found in the form of co-optation of state functions as enforcement of norms by organized crime through corrupted state apparatus. Furthermore, study also find that a complicated business process of drugs creates a criminogenic environment that is supported by corporate-organized crime.

Penelitian ini mengkaji aspek ergonomis pada desain pintu darurat penumpang kendaraan tempur Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) dalam Virtual Environment. Tujuannya adalah mengevaluasi desain aktual pintu darurat penumpang kendaraan tempur dan menentukan konfigurasi paling ergonomis ditinjau dari tinggi dan lebar pintu. Dihasilkan 7 buah konfigurasi yang akan dianalisis. Pengambilan data gerakan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Vicon System dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Jack 6.2.1. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) yang mengintegrasikan analisis dari tiga metode analisis: Low Back Analysis, Ovako Working Posture Analysis, dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya perubahan tinggi pintu atas dan bawah sejauh 5cm dan lebar kanan dan kiri sejauh 5cm.
Abstract
This research studies the ergonomic aspects of the armored personel vehicle emergency door design in a virtual environment. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the design of actual personel emergency door of a combat vehicle and to determinine the most ergonomic configuration using door height and width as primary consideration. From the research, seven configurations were made and analyzed. Motion capturing of the model was taken using Vicon System and analyzed using jack 6.2.1 software. Posture Evaluation Index was used to intergrated the analysis from three methods: Low Back Analysis, Ovako Working Posture Analysis System, and Rapid Upper Limb Analysis. The result of this research suggested that minor modification is necessary from original design. Additional 5 cm was added to the width design, 5 cm on the left side and another 5 cm on the right side of the door design

Skripsi ini berupaya mengkaji, dalam virtual environment, kondisi ergonomi dari 4 buah stasiun kerja pada divisi Finishing UKM Industri Garmen. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) yang mengintegrasikan hasil analisis dari tiga buah metode: Low Back Analysis (LBA), Ovako Working Posture Analysis (OWAS), dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). Tujuannya adalah untuk menentukan konfigurasi optimal yang mempengaruhi kondisi kerja pada divisi Finishing. Variabel yang menentukan pemilihan konfigurasi adalah persentil data antropometri dan posisi kerja. Dihasilkan 14 buah konfigurasi yang akan dianalisis. Hasil penelitan menyarankan agar konfigurasi optimal dijadikan landasan dalam pembuatan standar metode kerja yang ergonomis. ......This thesis tried to study, in a virtual environment, the ergonomics of 4 work stations in Finishing Division, Garment Industry SME. Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) used as an approach that integrated the results of these tree methods: Low Back Analysis (LBA), Ovako Working Posture Analysis (OWAS), and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). The objective is to determine the optimum configurations that influence working conditions in Finishing Division. Variables that determined the configurations are anthropometry percentiles and work positions. There are 14 configurations that will be analyzed. The results suggest that optimum configurations should become basis in creating better work methods.

Tujuannya adalah mengevaluasi desain aktual pintu loading dock kendaraan tempur dan menentukan konfigurasi paling ergonomis ditinjau dari lebar pintu dan posisi pijakan. Dihasilkan 6 buah konfigurasi yang akan dianalisis. Data gerakan diambil dengan menggunakan Vicon Motion Capture System dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Jack 6.2.1. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) yang mengintegrasikan analisis dari tiga metode analisis: Low Back Analysis, Ovako Working Posture Analysis, dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya perubahan lebar pintu sejauh 5 cm ke kanan dan ke kiri serta diberikan pijakan dengan jarak dari dasar pintu sejauh 30 cm serta dengan sudut 50o.
This research studies the ergonomic aspects from the loading dock door pf the 90 millimeter caliber Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) typed canon panzer in Virtual Environment. The purpose of this project was to evaluate the actual design of the loading dock door in order to determine the most ergonomic configuration which involves the door length and the position of the tread. Vicon Motion Capture system was used to capture motion which results are then analyzed using Jack 6.2.1. Posture Evaluation Index was an approach that integrated the results of these tree methods: Low Back Analysis, Ovako Working Analysis System, and Rapid Upper Limb Analysis. The results suggest that the most ergonomic design is with door length increase 5 cm to the left and to the right and also to position the tread 30 cm beneath the door with 50o angle.

This book provides a comprehensive introduction to the theory and practice of spherical microphone arrays, and was written for graduate students, researchers and engineers who work with spherical microphone arrays in a wide range of applications. The new edition includes additions and modifications, and references supplementary Matlab code to provide the reader with a straightforward start for own implementations. The book is also accompanied by a Matlab manual, which explains how to implement the examples and simulations presented in the book. The first two chapters provide the reader with the necessary mathematical and physical background, including an introduction to the spherical Fourier transform and the formulation of plane-wave sound fields in the spherical harmonic domain. In turn, the third chapter covers the theory of spatial sampling, employed when selecting the positions of microphones to sample sound pressure functions in space. Subsequent chapters highlight various spherical array configurations, including the popular rigid-sphere-based configuration. Beamforming (spatial filtering) in the spherical harmonics domain, including axis-symmetric beamforming, and the performance measures of directivity index and white noise gain are introduced, and a range of optimal beamformers for spherical arrays, including those that achieve maximum directivity and maximum robustness are developed, along with the Dolph–Chebyshev beamformer. The final chapter discusses more advanced beamformers, such as MVDR (minimum variance distortionless response) and LCMV (linearly constrained minimum variance) types, which are tailored to the measured sound field.
