"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari job characteristic, rewards and recognition, perceived organizational support, perceived supervisor support, procedural justice, dan distributive justice sebagai anteseden terhadap job engagement dan organization engagement sebagai employee engagement serta job satisfaction , organization commitment, intention to leave dan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai konsekuensi pada karyawan di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan data yang diambil dari 356 sampel karyawan yang berdomisili dan bekerja di wilayah DKI Jakarta melalui online survey. Hasil yang didapatkan melalui structural equation modelling menunjukkan bahwa variabel job characteristic, rewards and recognition, procedural justice dan distributive justice yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap job engagement. Variabel job characteristic, rewards and recognition, perceived supervisor support, procedural justice dan keadilan distributive memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap organization engagement. Selain itu, job engagement dan organization engagement terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction , organization commitment, intention to leave dan organizational citizenship behavior. Namun hanya job enagement yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Saran yang ditawarkan kepada perusahaan yang ada di Wilayah DKI Jakarta diantaranya yaitu penilaian kinerja yang lebih efektif, sistem reward yang memperhitungkan masa kerja karyawan, dan adanya briefing untuk memantau pekerjaan dan menjalin komunikasi antara atasan dan karyawan

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics, rewards and recognition, perceived organizational support, perceived support of superiors, procedural justice and distributive justice as an antecedent to job engagement and organization engagement as employee engagement and job satisfaction, organizational commitment, a desire to get out and organizational citizenship behavior as a consequence of the employees in the Jakarta area. The hypothesis was tested using data taken from a sample of 356 employees who live and work in Jakarta area through an online survey. The results obtained through structural equation modeling showed that the variables of job characteristics, rewards and recognition, procedural justice and distributive justice has a significant and positive effect on job engagement. Variable job characteristics, rewards and recognition, perceived supervisor support, procedural justice and distributive justice has a significant and positive influence on the organization engagement. In addition, job engagement and engagement organization shown to have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, a desire to get out and organizational citizenship behavior. But the only job enagement who have significant and negative effect on the willingness of employees to leave the company. Suggestions are offered to companies that are in the Jakarta area among which more effective performance appraisal, reward systems that take into account the period of employment, and their briefings to monitor the work and establish communication between supervisors and employees"

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang nilai risiko yang ada di Unit Dapur Peleburan Departemen Cor Divisi Tempa & Cor PT. Pindad Persero Bandung tahun 2016. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survey dengan metode sekuensial eksplanatori (bertahap). Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan analisis berdasarkan nilai konsekuensi, pajanan dan kemungkinan dengan menggunakan metode penilaian semi-kuantitatif W.T Fine untuk mengetahui level risiko yang ada dalam proses/tahap produksi yang mengacu pada standar AS/NZS 4360:2004. This study discusses the value of the existing risks in the Kitchen Melting Unit Department Of Casting Division Casting & Forging PT. Pindad Persero Bandung in 2016. The design of this study using survey techniques with explanatory sequential method (two-phased). The risk assessment carried out by the analysis based on the value of the consequences, exposure and likelihood of using a semi-quantitative assessment methods W.T Fine to determine the level of risk in the process / production stage refers to AS / NZS 4360: 2004 standard. The study states that the level of risk that exist in the Kitchen Melting Unit Department Of Casting Division Casting & Forging PT. Pindad Persero Bandung include Priority 1, Substantial, and Priority 3."

"Sebuah perusahaan startup PT. Soyaka Cerdas Kaya secara tiba-tiba memberhentikan seluruh karyawan dan memberhentikan pengiriman barang kepada konsumen tanpa memberikan informasi yang jelas mengenai penutupan perusahaan tersebut. Hal itu mengakibatkan kerugian bagi para konsumen, membuat salah satu konsumen menggugat melalui Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK) yang kemudian keluar Putusan BPSK Kab. Garut Nomor: 01/Pts.Arb/BPSK/IV/2023. Namun, pelaku usaha keberatan dengan adanya putusan itu dikarenakan merasa tidak pernah dipanggil secara patut oleh pihak BPSK, sehingga pelaku usaha mengajukan permohonan keberatan ke Pengadilan Negeri Garut. Majelis Hakim PN Garut melalui putusan Nomor 15/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2023/PN Grt menolak permohonan keberatan tersebut dengan pertimbangan bukti dan saksi yang diberikan tidak relevan dan upaya hukum yang dilakukan pelaku usaha tidak berkaitan dengan alasan-alasan diajukannya permohonan keberatan. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode penelitian doktrinal dengan metode pendekatan normatif dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum kepada konsumen yang dapat diberikan oleh pemerintah melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (UUPK) dan mengetahui akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan dari Putusan Nomor 15/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2023/PN Grt. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah PT. Soyaka Cerdas Kaya telah melanggar Hak Konsumen yang diatur di Pasal 4 UUPK dan Perlindungan Hukum yang dapat diberikan kepada konsumen telah diatur dalam Pasal 7 UUPK tentang Kewajiban Ganti Rugi. Akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan dari perkara ini ialah PT. Soyaka Cerdas Kaya dapat dikenakan sanksi berupa sanksi administratif ataupun sanksi pidana. Kesimpulannya adalah konsumen yang dirugikan oleh PT. Soyaka Cerdas Kaya dapat menuntut haknya melalui penyelesaian sengketa melalui proses pengadilan ataupun diluar pengadilan seperti BPSK sebagaimana telah diatur Pasal 45 UUPK dan akibat dari tindakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh PT. Soyaka Cerdas Kaya dikenakan sanksi berupa sanksi administratif melalui putusan BPSK Kab. Garut Nomor: 01/Pts.Arb/BPSK/IV/2023 mengingat majelis hakim dalam permohonan keberatan Nomor 15/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2023/PN Grt menolak permohonan yang diajukan.

A startup company, PT. Soyaka Cerdas Kaya, suddenly laid off all its employees and stopped shipping goods to consumers without informing clear reasons for the company's closure. This resulted in consumer losses, causing one of the consumers to sue through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK), which BPSK Garut issued in BPSK Decision Number: 01/Pts.Arb/BPSK/IV/2023. However, PT. Soyaka objected to the decision because BPSK did not issue a valid and proper summons, so PT. Soyaka filed an objection to the Garut District Court. The Panel of Judges at the Garut District Court through decision Number 15/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2023/PN Grt rejected the objection application by considering that the evidence and witnesses submitted were considered irrelevant and the legal efforts filed by the business actor were not related to the reasons for filing the objection application. This study was analyzed using a doctrinal research method with a normative method with the objective of the study to determine the form of legal protection for consumers provided by the government through Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection (UUPK) and to determine the legal consequences appear from Decision Number 15/Pdt.Sus-BPS 2023/ PN Grt. The results of this study are that PT. Soyaka has violated Consumer Rights as regulated in Article 4 of the UUPK, and the legal protection that can be given to consumers is regulated in Article 7 of the UUPK concerning Compensation Obligations. Also, the legal consequences of this case are that PT. Soyaka can be subject to administrative or criminal sanctions. The conclusion is that consumers whom PT Soyaka harms can claim their rights through dispute resolution through the court process or outside the court, such as BPSK, regulated in Article 45 of the UUPK, and the result of legal actions taken by PT. Soyaka can be subject to administrative sanctions through the decision of the BPSK Garut Number: 01/Pts.Arb/BPSK/IV/2023, considering that the panel of judges in the objection application Number 15/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2023/PN Grt rejected the submitted application."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang penilaian risiko K3 pada aktivitas produksi di PT Harita Panca Utama project site Sekayan, Kalimantan Utara tahun 2014. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai risiko K3 pada setiap aktivitas produksi di PT Harita Panca Utama. Penelitian ini mengacu pada standar AS/NZS 4360:2004 dengan menggunakan analisis risiko semikuantitatif dan perhitungan nilai risiko dengan metode dari W.T. Fine.
Penelitian ini menggunakan Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko. Nilai risiko merupakan hasil perkalian dari nilai consequences, probability, dan exposure. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas produksi di PT Harita Panca Utama memiliki 133 risiko K3.

This study describe risk assessment of occupational health and safety in PT Harita Panca Utama project site Sekayan, North Kalimantan 2014. The objective of this study is to get health and safety level of risk in every production activity in PT harita Panca Utama. This study referred to AS/NZS 4360:2004 standard with semi-quantitative analysis, and mathematics method from W.T. Fine.
This study used Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for hazard and risk identification. Risk score is determined by multiplication of consequences, probability, and exposure. This result of this study showed that production activity in PT Harita Panca Utama has 133 occupational health and safety risk

"Penelitian yang dilakukan membahas mengenai proses manajemen risiko yang ada di warehouse PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Tbk mulai dari tahapan identifikasi hazard dan risiko, analisis dan evaluasi risiko, penilaian risiko, pengendalian, komunikasi dan konsultasi hingga pemantauan dan telaah ulang. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif yang mengacu standar AS/NZS 4360:2004. Tahap identifikasi hazard dan risiko menggunakan tabel Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Kemudian untuk proses analisis risiko mengacu pada tabel ukuran semi kuantitatif berdasarkan criteria Fine.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ditemuka level of risk pada masing-masing tahap proses pekerjaan di warehouse dari level of risk pada masing-masing tahap proses pekerjaan di warehouse dari hasil penelitian ada lima risiko yang mampu mengakibatkan kecelakaan kerja. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan upaya pengendalian yang bersifat engineering, administrative, serta penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD).

This research was conducted in order to examine the process of risk management that happened at warehouse PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Tbk, started from the hazard and risk identification stages, analysis and the evaluation of risk, risk assessment, risk controlling, communication and consultation up to monitoring and review. This research was done by using semi-quantitative risk analysis that refers to the AS/NZS 4360:2004 standars. Hazard and risk identification stage was done by using the table Job Safety Analysis (JSA). For the process of risk analysis, it refers to the table of semi-quantitative measure based on fine criteria.
The result of this research showed that the level of risk has been found on each stage in the warehouse from the very high level, from research there are five risk capable cause accidents, among others; mechanical hazards (guides container/truck getting hit), mechanical hazards (hit by a forklift), lifting, drop object, and chemical hazards (chemical spills). Therefore, control measures are needed engineering, administrative, as well as the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai ketentuan hukum mengenai perjanjian sewa guna usaha (leasing) dan akibat hukum yang timbul dari wanprestasi lessee dalam perjanjian sewa guna usaha (leasing) pada praktiknya merujuk pada pendapat Hakim-Hakim dalam Putusan-Putusan Pengadilan di Indonesia dan disesuaikan dengan teori yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman konsep dan ketentuan hukum mengenai Perjanjian Sewa Guna Usaha (Leasing) serta akibat hukum terhadap lessee yang wanprestasi dalam Perjanjian Sewa Guna Usaha (Leasing). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian hukum yuridis-normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang memfokuskan pada studi dokumen dan data-data yang diperoleh dari bahan-bahan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mengenai akibat hukum jika debitur wanprestasi dalam perjanjian leasing yang merujuk pada pertimbangan Hakim. Jika lessee wanprestasi dengan tidak melakukan pembayaran angsuran sesuai yang telah diperjanjikan, maka kreditur (lessor) dapat melakukan penarikan kembali barang/obyek sewa guna usaha. Namun setelah penarikan dilakukan penjualan untuk menutupi hutang debitur (lessee) di mana hal tersebut keliru dengan konsep jaminan kebendaan. Selain kekeliruan dan ketidakseragaman pendapat Hakim terhadap akibat hukum yang timbul, terdapat pula ketidakseragaman pendapat Hakim mengenai kepemilikan barang/obyek sewa guna usaha yang juga berkaitan dengan konsep penjaminan

This bachelor thesis discusses the legal provisions regarding lease agreement (leasing) and the legal consequences arising from default of lessee in leasing agreement (leasing) in practice referring to the opinions of Judges in Court Decisions in Indonesia and adjusted to the prevailing theory. This study aims to provide an understanding of the concepts ang legal provisions regarding leasing agreement and the legal consequences for lessee who are in default in the leasing agreement. This research is a descriptive study with the form of juridical-normative legal research using secondary data which focuses on document studies and data obtained from library materials. The results of this study are about the legal consequences if the debtor defaults in the lease agreement which refers to the Judge's consideration. If lessee is in default by not making the installment payments as agreed, the creditor (lessor) can withdraw the goods / objects of the lease. However, after the withdrawal is made, the sale is made to cover the debtor's debt (lessee), which is mistaken for the concept of a material guarantee. In addition to errors and disagreements in judges 'opinions regarding the legal consequences, there are also disagreements in judges' opinions regarding ownership of leased goods / objects which are also related to the concept of guarantee."

"This cross sectional study was carried out in Jakarta, among institutionalized elderly aged 60 - 74 years. Rabe study reported that there is a high prevalence of low body mass index (BMI) value among the elderly in Jakarta. Ferro-Luzzi et at (1992) and James et al (1988) stated that an adult person with BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2 was proposed being chronic energy deficient (CED) and had functioning and health impairment. General aim of this study is to investigate whether low BMI among elderly is associated with adaptation in energy expenditure and had negative consequences on health.
Based on James and colleague classification of BMI, two groups of elderly with different BMI value represented this study. Twenty elderly subjects with BMI < 11.00 kg/m2 (low BMI group) and 20 elderly subjects with BMI 22.0 --25.00 kg/m2 (normal BMI group). To every subject in each group was conducted questionnaires, Hb level measurement, 2 days combined record and recall daily physical activity, 2 days combined food weighing and 24-hour food recall intake, and resting energy expenditure (REE). Body composition was assessed by skinfolds technique and bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) using Lukaski and Deurenberg equations.
Result revealed that fat mass and fat free mass of low BMI subjects are significantly lower than the normal BMI subjects. The low BMI subjects had very low fat mass. However, both groups had same PAL [1.3 X basal Metabolic rate (BMR)]. The low BMI subjects who were considered as CED had similar level of activity of daily living (ADL) as those with normal BMI subjects. Both BMI group had no significant different on the number of health complaint.
On the whole, findings indicated that the CED elderly had no physical adaptation and negative consequences on health. Anyway using the cut-off point to define CED proposed by Ferro-Luzzi and colleague for Indonesian elderly needs carefully consideration. "
