Abstrak :
Banyak hal yang membuat industri konstruksi Indonesia masih belum slap untuk bersaing dalam era otonomi daerah dan era globalisasi. Silat dari proyek konstruksi itu sendiri, yang unik, rumit, berisiko dan cenderung membutuhkan banyak biaya, membuat banyak perusahaan konstruksi memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya, kemampuan dan akses dalam menangani proyek konstruksi. Bentuk kerja sama aliansi memiliki fitur untuk membagi risiko dan memungkinkan perusahaan-perusahaan yang berambisi untuk mengejar strategi individual mereka dengan keterbatasan sumber daya pada area tertentu. Strategi aliansi merupakan suatu cara dalam bekerja sama dengan pihak lain untuk mencapai tujuan yang sama tanpa menghilangkan identitas individual perusahaan tersebut. Sifat aliansi yang dinamis, carat konflik dan ambiguitas dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan jasa konstruksi terhadap indikator tingkat "kesehatan? perusahaan (finansial, daya saing, ketahanan, pertumbuhan, kesejahteraan dan citra). Identifikasi dampak penyimpangan negatif sebagai sumber risiko dipetakan pengaruhnya terhadap masing-masing indikator kinerja berdasar bobot peringkat risiko, tingkat risiko, korelasi dan pengelompokan mitra kerja sama aliansi horisontal di perusahaan jasa konstruksi BUMN dengan menggunakan metode analisa risiko, metode AHP dan metode statistik. Tindakan koreksi dilakukan sebatas rekomendasi atas risiko-risiko yang paling berpengaruh raja, yang diperlukan untuk mengurangi dan memperbaiki penyimpanganpenyimpangan negatif yang terjadi, yang dapat menurunkan kinerja perusahaan jasa konstruksi untuk mencapai aliansi strategis dengan pihak lain saat melaksanakan proyek konstruksi.

Construction industry in Indonesia is not yet ready to compete in autonomy and globalization era due to many factors. The characters of project construction; unique, complex, risky and tend to be expensive, makes many construction firms suffer from limited resources, capabilities and access in delivering the projects. The formation of alliances has the frture in sharing the risk and allows the ambition firms to catch up their individual strategy with the limited resources in certain area. Strategy alliance is a way to work together with other parties to achieve the compatible goals without leaving their individual firm's identity. The characteristic of alliance; dynamics, full of conflict and ambiguity, could affect the performance of construction firms which is measured by the °health" indicators level of the firms (financial, competitiveness, sustainability, growth, welfare and image). It needs to map all of the negative effects as the result of risks sources, in order to identify the risk influence in each performances indicator according to the risk ranking, risk level, correlation and group area in which the horizontal alliance of BUMN construction firms is occurring, by using risk analysis method, AHP method and statistic methods. The corrective action, then, is needed (as a recommendation only) to prevent and minimalist the decreasing performance of alliance from the most significant sources of risk that could harm the firms in achieving the strategic alliances while executing the project.
