Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas reaksi Pemerintah Rusia terhadap Referendum Krimea melalui Pidato Kenegaraan Presiden Vladimir Putin. Pembahasan yang dianalisis adalah teks pidato kenegaraan Presiden Vladimir Putin. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Analisis Wacana Kritis oleh Norman Fairclough. Pada teori tersebut, penulis mengkaji pidato kenegaraan Presiden Vladimir Putin dari segi teks, discourse practice, dan sociocultural practice. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa reaksi Pemerintah Rusia melalui pidato kenegaraan Presiden Vladimir Putin adalah untuk mengakui dan menyetujui Krimea kembali bergabung dengan Rusia melalui unsur sejarah dan perdamaian. ...... The aim of this study is to describe and understand the Russian Federation Government response to Crimea Referendum through President Putin?s Official Speech of the Nation Address. This research analyzed the text draft of President Vladimir Putin's official speech of the nation address by employing Critical Discourse Analysis theory of Norman Fairclough. Within this theory framework, the author examines the text of speech of President Vladimir Putin from the angle of text, discourse and sociocultural practices. The thorough analysis results in a conclusion that majority of the part of Putin?s nation address is to acknowledge and approve the Crimea reunification with Russian Federation through historical and peace lenses.
