"Telecommunication service industry has been facing a rapid development in recent years. There are four kind of telecommunication services (JASTEL) which has their own business performance. Presumably JASTEL Usage - as one of the business performance measures -has been, without exception, affected by Customer Value. Simultaneously Customer Value is most likely be influenced by Customer Requirement and JASTEL Marketing Mix Performance. This article analyzes both the Customer Requirement and Service Marketing Mix Performance Influence onto Customer Value and altogether its impact on JASTEL Usage. Hereby are the conclusions: (1) There emerges a discrepancy in Customer Requirement, Service Marketing Mix Performance, Customer Value and JASTEL Usage among Fixed JASTEL, Cellular Mobile JASTEL and Fixed Wireless JASTEL, (2) Customer Requirement influences JASTEL Marketing Mix Performance and both of them do affect Customer Value, (3) Customer Requirement, Service Marketing Mix and JASTEL Customer Value do affect JASTEL Usage."

"Perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia pesat. Saat ini terdapat 94 buah bank yang memberikan layanan perbankan syariah, baik sebagai Bank Umum Syariah, Unit Usaha Syariah, maupun Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS). Aset perbankan syariah sebesar Rp 12,24 triliun (per Agustus 2004). Dalam setahun, aset tersebut meningkat 86 persen dari sebelumnya Rp 6,559 triliun (per September 2003).
Banyak faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan masyarakat untuk menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Tesis ini meneliti faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat dan menganalisis bagaimana peluang masyarakat menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Variabel dependen: Nasabah Bank Syariah. Variabel Independen: Usia, Pendidikan, Pendapatan, Sistem Syariah, Variasi Produk, Pelayanan, Pembiayaan Bisnis Halal, Promosi.
Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif dengan model analisis regresi logistik (logit).

The fast growth islamic banking in Indonesia. In this time there are 94 units of islamic banks. Assets of islamic banks equal to Rp 12,24 billion ( per August 2004). In one year, the asset increase 86 percentage of previously Rp 6,559 billion (per September 2003).
A lot of factor becoming consideration society to become customer of islamic bank. This thesis research factors of influencing of society requirement and analyze how opportunity (probability) society to become customer of islamic bank. Dependent Variable: Customer of Islamic Bank. Independent Variable: Age, Education, Income, Syariah System, Variation of Product, Services, Halal Business Financing, and Promotion.
The research by descriptive analysis and the quantitative analysis, with logistics (logit) model.
