"Sertifikat laik fungsi bangunan gedung yang selanjutnya disingkat SLF adalah sertifikat yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Daerah untuk menyatakan kelaikan fungsi bangunan gedung sebelum dapat dimanfaatkan. Terbitnya Surat Keputusan (SK) SLF di Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta oleh Pemerintah Daerah setelah bangunan selesai dibangun pada kenyataanya membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena proses SLF tersebut yang panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah identifikasi aktifitas pada proses SLF yang sering mengalami keterlambatan dan termasuk kegiatan kritis. Kemudian membentuk jadwal proses SLF dengan metode fast track yaitu kegiatan proses SLF bersamaan waktu dengan kegiatan pelaksanaan konstruksi. Setelah itu mengembangkan bentuk sistem informasi proses SLF berbasis metode fast track sehingga bisa mempercepat penerbitan SK SLF setelah bangunan selesai dibangun. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif menggunakan data survey responden para stakeholder dalam kegiatan proses SLF dan kegiatan pelaksanaan konstruksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk pengembangan sistem informasi proses SLF berbasis metode fast track yang dapat mempercepat penerbitan SK SLF setelah bangunan selesai dibangun. Dengan begitu setelah bangunan selesai dibangun maka bangunan bisa segera sah secara hukum layak untuk dimanfaatkan oleh pemilik bangunan.......A building certificate of occupancy, hereinafter abbreviated as CO, is a certificate given by the Regional Government to declare the building's function-worthiness before it can be utilized. The issuance of the CO Decree in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta by the Regional Government after the building is completed in fact takes a long time because the SLF process is long. The purpose of this study is to identify activities in the CO process that often experience delays and include critical activities. Then form a schedule for the CO process with the fast track method, namely the CO process activities at the same time as the construction implementation activities. After that, develop a form of CO process information system based on the fast track method so that it can accelerate the issuance of CO decrees after the building is completed. The research method is quantitative using survey data from stakeholders in the CO process and construction implementation activities. The result of this research is the development of an CO process information system based on the fast track method that can accelerate the issuance of CO decrees after the building is completed. That way after the building is completed, the building can immediately be legally eligible for use by the building owner."
