Siswa SMA termasuk golongan remaja yang masa pencarian identitas diri,dalam masa tersebut remaja tidak jarang terlibat dalam pergaulan yang menyimpang khusunya penggunaan narkoba. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya penelitian mengenai faktor penyebab penyalahgunaan narkoba di pada siswa SMA Pemilihan SMA Triguna sebagai obyek penelitian karena masih banyak siswa terindikasi positif narkoba atau mempunyai riwayat narkoba.Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauhmana efektifitas sosialisasi program P4GN yang telah dilaksanakan terhadap penurunan angka penyalahgunaan penurunan penyalahguna narkoba. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini, menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan Budiani bahwa untuk mengukur efektivitas suatu program dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan variabel berikut: ketepatan sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program serta pemantuan program sehingga terjadi suatu keefektifan secara menyeluruh dan komperhensif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif serta metode kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk mendukung hasil Kualitatif. Teknik penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara kepada para informan, tahap selanjutnya peneliti juga menggunakan Kuesioner data guna mendukung hasilkualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sosialisasi program P4GN telah efektif dilaksanakan, faktor lingkungan sebaya lebih dominan yang menjadi faktor mendorong siswa SMA Triguna masih menggunakan narkoba.

ABSTRACT
High school students include teenagers who search period of identity, in those days teenagers are not infrequently involved in the association deviant especially drug use. Therefore the need for research on the factors causing drug abuse in high school students. Selection of SMA Triguna as the object of research because there are many students indicated positive drugs or have a history of drugs. The purpose of the study to determine the extent of effectiveness of socialization P4GN program that has been implemented to decrease the number of abuses of drug abusers abuse. To answer the problems of this research, using the theory put forward Budiani that to measure the effectiveness of a program can be done by using the following variables the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and monitoring program resulting in a comprehensive and comprehensive effectiveness. Research method using descriptive qualitative approach and quantitative method used to support the result of Qualitative. Technique of this research is observation and interview to informant, next step also researcher use data questionnaire to support result qualitative. The conclusion of this research is the socialization of P4GN program has been effectively implemented, peer environmental factors more dominant which become the factor to encourage high school students Triguna still use drugs.
