"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat kesuksesan dari sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan dan manfaat bersih. Populasi dari penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh satuan kerja di pemerintah kota Banda Aceh dan pemerintah kabupaten Aceh Besar. Responden penelitian merupakan pengguna SIPKD yaitu Pejabat pengelola keuangan, bendahara pengeluaran dan bendahara penerimaan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode survey, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian.Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu Lisrel 8.8. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan DeLone dan McLean IS Success Model (2003) menunjukkan bahwa dari 9 hipotesis yang dibangun, 7 hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh. 2 hipotesis lainnya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yaitu kualitas sistem terhadap penggunaan serta kualitas layanan terhadap penggunaan. Secara keseluruhan SIPKD dapat dikategorikan sukses.......This study aims to look at the success rate of the local financial management information system (Sistem Informasai Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah). The research variables consisted of information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, use and net benefits. Population of this research consisted of all work units in the municipality of Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar district government. Respondents are users SIPKD namely financial management officer, treasurer and treasurer acceptance. Selection of the sample survey method, in which the entire population of the research sample. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with lisrel tools.8.8. Research results using DeLone and McLean IS Success Model (2003) showed that out of 9 hypotheses constructed, 7 hypotheses show the effect 2 other hypotheses do not show the influence that the quality system is to use and the quality of service to use. Overall SIPKD can be considered a success."

"Aplikasi e-Bupot 23/26 dibuat oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah setiap kewajiban Wajib Pajak dalam melakukan penyetoran dan pelaporan SPT PPh 23/26 dengan adanya kepastian hukum atas Bukti Potong yang diterbitkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat evaluasi sistem e-Bupot 23/26 berdasarkan Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) dan DeLone and McLean IS Success Model (D&M). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT XYZ (sebuah perusahaan jasa bandar udara) dan tenant PT XYZ dengan pendekataan studi kasus dan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara semi terstruktur. Hasil evaluasi sistem e-Bupot 23/26 berdasarkan persepsi tenant PT XYZ menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi e-Bupot 23/26 memberikan kemudahan dalam proses administrasi perpajakan dimana dapat dilihat dari adanya kevalidan data lawan transaksi, dasar pemotongan PPh 23/26, dan pelaporan SPT PPh 23/26 secara online. Sedangkan dari persepsi PT XYZ menunjukkan bahwa Bukti Potong hasil dari e-Bupot 23/26 dapat memberi keunggulan dari segi perhitungan PPh Tahunan Badan Perusahaan dimana fitur barcode pada Bukti Potong dapat memperkecil atau bahkan membuat PT XYZ terhindar dari penolakan pengkreditan.......The e-Bupot 23/26 application is made by the Directorate General of Taxes with the aim of facilitating every taxpayer's obligation in depositing and reporting the Monthly Tax Return WHT Art 23 with legal certainty on the issued Withholding Tax Slip. This study aims to evaluate the e-Bupot 23/26 system based on the Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) and the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model (D&M). This research was conducted at PT XYZ (an airport service company) and its tenants with a case study approach and qualitative methods. The data collection technique used is semi-structured interview. The results of the evaluation of the e-Bupot 23/26 system based on the perception of PT XYZ’s tenants show that the e-Bupot 23/26 application provides convenience in the tax administration process which can be seen from the validity of the counterparty data, the basis for Withholding Tax Slip Art 23/26, and online reporting The Monthly Tax Return WHT Art 2/26. Meanwhile, PT XYZ's perception show that Withholding Tax Slip from e-Bupot 23/26 can provide advantages in terms of calculating the Company's Annual Income Tax where the barcode feature on the Withholding Tax Slip can reduce or even prevent PT XYZ from credit rejection."

Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas sistem mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pembayar pajak sementara kualitas informasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan. First result of this study is system quality has significant impact to taxpayers’ satisfaction while information quality has not. "Universitas Sriwijaya (Unsri) sebagai salah satu institusi perguruan tinggi negeri selayaknya mampu untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam menunjang berbagai kegiatan salah satunya dalam kegiatan proses pembelajaran. Salah satu penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada Universitas Sriwijaya yaitu dengan menggunaan sistem informasi akademik yang diberi nama Sistem Informasi Manajemen Akademik (SIMAK) Universitas Sriwijaya. SIMAK merupakan aplikasi mandatory yang dikembangkan pada tahun 2008 untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik di Unsri. Berdasarkan data logactivity SIMAK yang diambil pada tanggal 26 Desember 2018, persentase rata-rata penggunaan aplikasi SIMAK tahun 2013-2018 yaitu 77,7% pengguna dosen yang mengakses aplikasi SIMAK, sehingga dapat dilihat rendahnya pengguna dosen. Universitas Sriwijaya belum pernah melakukan evaluasi terhadap faktor kesuksesan penggunaan SIMAK. Hal ini yang membuat peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi kesuksesan penggunaan aplikasi SIMAK oleh pengguna dosen. Model penelitian yang digunakan merupakan hasil modifikasi teori kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean dengan menambahkan beberapa variabel dari aspek individu dan aspek organisasi. Pengumpulan data melalui survei kepada 1232 responden dosen yang menjadi pengguna SIMAK. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan metode mixed method. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan SmartPLS sebagai alat olah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesuksesan penggunaan aplikasi SIMAK Online yaitu information quality, system quality, service quality, top management support, self-efficacy, user satisfaction, dan net benefit.

Sriwijaya University (Unsri) as one of the state higher education institutions should be able to utilize information and communication technology in supporting various activities, one of which is in the learning process activities. One of the uses of information and communication technology at Sriwijaya University is by using an academic information system named Sistem Informasi Manajemen Akademik (SIMAK) of Sriwijaya University. SIMAK is a mandatory application developed in 2008 to support academic activities in Unsri. Based on SIMAK activity log data taken on December 26, 2018, the average percentage of SIMAK application usage in 2013-2018 is 77.7% of lecturers who access SIMAK applications, so that they can be seen as low lecturer users. Sriwijaya University has never evaluated the success factor of using SIMAK. This makes the researcher want to know what factors affecting the success of SIMAK application usage by lecturer users. The research model used is a modification of DeLone and McLeans information system success theory by adding several variables from individual aspects and organizational aspects. Data collection through a survey of 1232 lecturer respondents who were SIMAK users. The research method used is the mixed method method. Data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SmartPLS as data processing tools. The results of this study indicate the factors that influence the successful use of SIMAK Online applications, namely information quality, system quality, service quality, top management support, self-efficacy, user satisfaction, and net benefits"
