"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pelecehan seksual pada perempuan di tempat kerja dengan lokasi studi kasus di Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Ditulis dengan menggunakan perspektif kriminologi feminis, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi-partisipatoris yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk ikut merasakan apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian dan memahami langsung fenomena yang terjadi di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bentuk-bentuk pelecehan yang terjadi di Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi DKI Jakarta, faktor-faktor penyebab pelecehan seksual di Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi DKI Jakarta, dan resistensi dari para korban pelecehan seksual di kantor tersebut.

This thesis described the sexual harassment in the workplace with the Office of Study Sites in Jakarta municipal police. Written using feminist criminology perspective, this study used a qualitative approach with participatory observation method which enables researchers to come to feel what is experienced by the subject of research and understanding the phenomena that occurs directly in it. This study describes the forms of abuse that occur in the Office of DKI Jakarta municipal police, the factors that cause sexual harassment in the Office of DKI Jakarta municipal police, and the resistance of the victims of sexual harassment in the office."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis novel Het Huis van de Moskee (2005) karya penulis Iran-Belanda, Kader Abdolah, dengan permasalahan penggambaran budaya patriarki yang terdapat dalam novel, dan bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya patriarki yang ada dalam novel serta menghubungkannya dengan realitas kehidupan masyarakat Iran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teori patriarki Sylvia Walby dan teori sosiologi sastra Sapardi Djoko Damono. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa bentuk budaya patriarki dalam novel Het Huis van de Moskee, yaitu eksploitasi seksual perempuan untuk tujuan reproduksi, penindasan melalui pengaturan pakaian perempuan oleh pemerintah, dan dominasi dalam pekerjaan dan posisi sosial perempuan. Temuan ini juga mencerminkan kehidupan masyarakat Iran. Dalam novel Het Huis van de Moskee, meskipun Kader Abdolah lebih berfokus pada kehidupan politik dan sosial di Iran, dia juga menyajikan gambaran perempuan dalam ceritanya dengan mengisahkan berbagai kesulitan yang mereka hadapi.

This study analyzes the novel Het Huis van de Moskee (2005) by Iranian-Dutch writer, Kader Abdolah, with the problem of depicting patriarchal culture contained in the novel, and aims to describe the patriarchal culture in the novel and relate it to the reality of Iranian people's lives. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method, using the patriarchal theory of Sylvia Walby and the theory of sociology of literature by Sapardi Djoko Damono. The results of the study show that there are several forms of patriarchal culture in the novel Het Huis van de Moskee, namely sexual exploitation of women for reproductive purposes, oppression through regulation of women's clothing by the government, and dominance in work and social position of women. These findings also reflect the life of the Iranian people. In the novel Het Huis van de Moskee, although Kader Abdolah focuses more on political and social life in Iran, she also presents a picture of the women in the story by telling about the various difficulties they face."
