Abstrak :
Penelitian ini memberikan bukti perhitungan mengenai analisis efektifitas pelayanan antrian pada gardu tol otomatis dan gardu tol reguler. Hasil perhitungan atas gardu tol otomatis dan gardu tol reguler pada gerbang tol Cililitan 1 menunjukkan bahwa waktu pelayanan gardu tol reguler lebih efektif dibanding waktu pelayanan gardu tol otomatis. Selain itu, dilakukan juga peramalan estimasi sistem antrian gardu tol yang efektif di masa depan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk melakukan pengembangan sistem antrian gardu tol di masa depan. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan bahwa sistem antrian gardu tol otomatis akan lebih efektif di masa depan dan butuh dilakukan pengembangan.

This study provides evidence about calculation of analysis for effectiveness of the queue of automatic toll gates and regular toll gates. Calculation results of automatic toll gates and regular toll gate show that service time of regular toll gate is more effective comparing with service time of automatic toll gate. In addition, this study also provides forecasting results to estimate effectivity toll gate queue system in future as consideration to develop toll gate queue system in future. Forecasting results show that automatic toll gate queue system will be more effective in future and needs development to be done.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas tentang efektifitas pelayanan Samsat Keliling di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan persepsi berdasarkan wajib pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori efektifitas pelayanan dari Richard M Steers yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) Dimensi yaitu Optimasi Tujuan, Perspektif Sistematika dan Perilaku Pegawai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data survey dan wawancara. Penelitian ini ingin melihat sejauh mana efektifitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Samsat Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Samsat keliling sudah efektif tetapi masih ada beberapa keluhan dari wajib pajak namun hal tersebut dan harus tetap diperbaiki.

This research discuss the effectiveness of Samsat Keliling in South Jakarta roving perception by taxpayers. This research based on Richard M Steers's Theory of service effectiveness consisting of 3 (three) dimensions which is Optimalization objective, Systematics and Behavior Employee Perspective. This research is a quantitative research with survey method and interview data collection techniques. This research looked at the extent to which the effectiveness of the services provided by Samsat Keliling in South Jakarta. The results of the field study showed that the service provided by the mobile financial services sector have been effective but there are still some complaints from taxpayers, and should be corrected.

Penelitian diskriptif korelasi dan crossectional ini bertujuan menguraikan tugas pokok fungsi(tupoksi) kepala seksi dan komite keperawatan dalam efektifitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Hasil Penelitian pada 190 menunjukan mean 33,57 tahun, masa kerja 9,51 tahun, jenis kelamin perempuan 56,8% D3 keperawatan 90% menikah. Analisis data regresi logistik. Hasil analisis ada hubungan antara tupoksi kepala seksi, komite keperawatan dengan efektifitas pelayanan keperawatan (p=0,001>0,05). Tidak ada karakter individu terbukti sebagai variabel konfonding, tidak masuk dalam konfonding, tidak masuk dalam model akhir analisis multivariat. Disarankan pada kepada rumah sakit tentang pentingnya kejelasan tupoksi untuk peningkatan kinerja kasi dan komite keperawatan untuk menetapkan kebijakan setara dengan kepala bidang keperawatan. ......This research is a descriptive correlation with cross sectional program. The research was aimed to describe the relationship between main duties and function of the section and nursing committee with effectiveness of nursing service at the hospital. The result showed that from 190 respondent, their average age is 33,57 years old; 9,51 years working period,; 56,8% of the female sex; as much as 90% have a diploma in nursing and has been married. The data was analyzed by the Chi-square test, the independent t test and the logistic regression test. From he data analysis, it has been recognized that there is relation between main duties and function of the section heads and nursing committee with effectiveness of nursing services (p=0,001>0,05). No individual character that proved as confounding variables, not includes in the multivariate analysis model. It is suggested to the director of the hospital to learn more about the importance of the main duties and function clarity to improve the performance of the section head and nursing committee by arranging a policy that is equivalent to the head of nursing departement.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai efektifitas dari e-government di Arsip Nasional RI (ANRI) dalam bentuk Jaringan Informasi Kearsipan Nasional (JIKN). JIKN, sebagai salah satu bentuk pengembangan e-government dapat memberikan percepatan akses pelayanan kearsipan kepada pengguna melalui satu jaringan berskala nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam desain deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan skor rata-rata 2,96 ? 3,56 yang menyatakan bahwa penilaian JIKN cukup efektif dengan kecenderungan efektif.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is about the effectivity of e-government in The National Archives Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), in the form of Indonesian Archival Information Network (JIKN). JIKN, as a form of e-government development can provide access acceleration archival services to the users through one nationwide network. This study is a survey research with quantitative approach in the descriptive design. The results of this study showed an average score of 2.96 to 3.56 which states that the assessment of JIKN quite effectively with the trend effectively.
